+ -1 moreIt was a bit disappointing that the technician couldn't replace the joint without having to use a rubber connector. Also, the price for labor ($160/hr) was much higher than I had expected. And, since the technician didn't have the parts in his truck, which suprised me, I had to pay for the time required for him to drive to/from a parts depository. The entire job cost over $600 when I was expecting a charge of between $250-$300. The tech, however, was personable and attempted to explain the reason for the charges. I believe that their services might be more appropriate for businesses rather than residences.
Description of Work: Replacement of PVC joint in piping below toilet.

+ -1 moreThe technician was very professional and on time. He put in the part to the home warranty service and explained that they may not be able to find the part since it was an older shower. However, they were able to find the replacement part and installed the part. I was very happy with the service and I thought he was professional and knowledgeable.
