This company would get an A+ if I could give it to them. Called this morning, cold day, meaning busy day for them. Furnace was making funny gurgling sounds. Tho I called at 6:30 am, they answered right away, cheerfully. I explained the problem. Tho they were booked for the day, they squeezed me in, and arrived a few hours later. They very quickly diagnosed the problem. It was minor, and they repaired it right away, for MUCH less than I figured it would cost. Eighteen months ago, I employed this company to repair my (now twenty-year-old) hearing unit. THAT repair also went very well (which is why I used them again). In both cases, the repair personnel were prompt, friendly, polite, made no mess, explained everything, and honored my request that we do only what was necessary (since I plan to replace said furnace in six months). Chamberlain's personnel are often here in my condo building making repairs for neighbors and/or the condo building itself (I believe they have the service contract for my building). They are unfailingly polite, professional, friendly and do a great job. Who wouldn't hire them?

Joe and his team at Chamberlain Enterprise are very knowledgable and professional in addressing our entire condo building's HVAC repair and maintenance issues, as well as for our individual condo units. The few times my HVAC system has required service, Joe has always been responsive, prompt, courteous, and efficient. I also appreciate the fact that Joe took the time to explain the source of the problem and his plan for the repairs in a way that I could understand (since I'm obviously not a HVAC expert).
