1 800 GOT JUNK

The company showed up as promised within their specified time window, calling me ahead of time to let me know when they should arrive. Team was very polite and worked fast. The price was very reasonable.

They were happy to book my appointment online. The gentlemen were supposed to call with an ETA, given they cannot give an exact time but rather a window they will arrive, they called while in my parking lot. While their website assured me they would recycle items and donate other items before taking them to the dump, the men removing my items threw them haphazardly into a dump trunk. They broke items on the sidewalk of my rental complex and did not completely clean it up. They also seemed confused that I had sorted items to be trashed, recycled and donated. The cost of removal seems enormous given they were clearly going to the trash dump. I was not at all pleased.

WAAAAAAAYOverpriced. They charged me for removing a full load, but were not careful about loading the truck in a way to maximize space. Everything was just thrown in the truck haphazardly instead of efficiently. They were friendly and professional, but because there were at least 6 guys there to load one truck, I had to explain several different times what they needed to remove. In the end, a few pieces were left behind that I had meant for them to remove. Also, they left muddy boot prints on my carpet. Thank goodness I had already scheduled to have it cleaned this week. I used this company's services a few years ago and was pleased with the results. At the time, the two guys who showed up loaded the truck in such a way that I did not end up paying about 1/3 of what I paid this time for about the same amount of stuff. Bottom line - I felt like this was a huge ripoff. I will never use them again. ***UPDATED to add After a phone call explaining our dissatisfaction, they came back out and picked up the items that had been left behind.

They were very professional and prompt. I think they are wonderful to work with. The employees were very nice and kept me informed on when they would be out. I thought the pricing was very reasonable for what they did. I would highly recommend them.

They arrived on time. They were very professional and packed the truck well so they gave me a very good price for removing the trash. I was impressed at how fast they worked and how professional they were. I would definitely call them again and highly recommend them.

They're excellent. I couldn't say enough good things. They showed up on time, did exactly what they said they would do and they couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. They came in under what they estimated so they did a great job. Their price was good.

received a call stating I would be given estimate. workers came and the estimate was too expensive for what little I needed hauled away. 250.00 for 6 little boxes and 6 garbage bags. didn't bother to follow up with this company

they took the playset from the backyard first which was very heavy and needed dismantling. We agreed on a price before they started. They did a good job on this. I described the amount of branches (long but not big and heavy) that would need to be hauled away. When they saw it they wanted quite a bit (I think it was $200). We decided to do it ourselves as it was not heavy. It took 2 trips with a pick-up truck to haul it to the dump.

Came on time, picked up required items , Sent me receipt of items that were accepted for donation Very pleased.

This was a great experience and I have already booked them to clean out my garage.

The thing I wanted moved was outside of their size. However, they were really great to work with. They were punctual, they came out and actually recommended someone else. They were really good.

Great - the guys were in and out in less than an hour. This would have taken at least 10 trips to the city dump for me to complete. Estimate was close as to what I gathered from the online information. Definitely would use again.
