They were very responsive to my phone calls and e-mails, and we agreed on an estimate and date for the work to be completed. They arrived on time and completed all of the work in one day. While working, they suggested some repairs to the gutters that would help to prevent future damage. I agreed to the additional work and the additional charge for materials and labor. When Carlos arrived to do the work, he went right to it. He worked quickly and kept me informed about what he was finding and how it was going. When he was done with that, he put in humidifiers at first. The next day, he came with help to apply the mold-prevention treatment before adding fans to aid in drying.
