+ 1 moreWent perfectly, and the rapid answer saved me from leaking damage. Door works perfectly and swings better than it did in old space.
Description of Work: Removed old bathtub faucet from clawfoot, fixed leak, explained what to order regarding new faucet, prepped for reception of new faucet. When I mentioned I had a leak, on his answering service, he called back within ten minutes and was here in one-half hour. Removed existing interior door, adjusted size, hung on new space, and installed new doorknob.All within one hour.

Description of Work: Tore down old plaster and replaced with dry-wall. Assisted with plumbing problem at no charge. Completed the job(s) on June 9. Bid on the job June 1, came exactly on time when he said he would to begin work. Had easy to read and forthright contract. (contractors license # 2705140396) Cleaned up all mess made by the construction, did not request up-front money, did exactly what we agreed upon, was polite and considerate regarding the kitties I didn't want let out. Closed doors to keep in air-conditioning (some leave doors open ) I would recommend this contractor.
