Description of Work: Master Bath Shower, Toilet, Soaking Tub & Double Vanity Sinks - Remove existing & Replace. Brad, Lisa, Dwayne & Chad have gone above & beyond our expectations. Brad visited for an initial consultation, prepared a contract & quote - and has seamlessly coordinated with our construction crews to complete our project. My husband & I were treated respectfully; as well as, OUR HOME. Sligh will be my Plumbing Contractor as long as I live in this home.

+ 0 moreFor them to replace water heater the door frame of utility room was cut out, When they came to remove and replace water heater after floor repairs, the "so called" helper said he was no carpenter and he wasn't putting the "dam" door frame back. I ask this person to leave, they sent some one else that was more professional. Once finished the price was quite a bit more than expected (almost double). For the hassle and the lack of professionalism and high cost I would not use them again. I had used them many times before at this home and a rental home but no more.
Description of Work: Water heater leaked and had to be replaced. water in all of down stars, need to remove temporarily to replace floor

Description of Work: i HAVE USED Sligh for many years. They are the best in the area. Had a AC problem and they were here within the hour and corrected the problem in a matter of minutes. I have used them for plumbing in the past and their service is more than excellent !

+ -1 moreWe had a few issues, but everything has been worked out. I get good service from them. They are responsive and get the job done. They take care of a number things so I can ask them any questions that I have. It is also nice because they are so close.
Description of Work: I use them for heating and a/c service. I just had them here today to have the furnace checked.

+ -1 moreowner of the Company should have been more involved with one family member. hearing various comments from employees, about what was wrong with the equipment, was confusing They did respond to my phone calls in a timely manner.
Description of Work: due to extreme reaction betweem family members and staff of Plumbing Co. I cannot say too much, This Co. is still the place I would call for assistance.. A lot has happened between us and I do not feel comfortable telling you about the MESS Started ot as a malfunction of the central air. then, no, it's the furnace, not enough power to circulate cooled air have new furnace installed, change from oil to natural gas. new duct work installed, city inspector did not pass the work, all duct work removed, another air return duct installed. all new duct work installed. inspector passed the job. needless to say this lasted over a span of months...

+ -1 moreI think they did a great job fixing what they were supposed to. They worked very quietly which I thought was great. I had actually forgotten they were even there. When he was finished with the job he cleaned up and explained what he did.
Description of Work: They fixed the dripping spigot in the kitchen.
