handyman service
+ -1 moregot charged of $400 and the pro never came back. The telephone # and phone # is not legit all the information was bogus. He estimate and after they disconnected.

+ 0 moreI live in Henrico, VA. They were late and didn't call to let me know, making it hard for me to plan my day. They did more than other washers for the deck, in that they included the furniture. Cleaned window screens at no charge as long as I removed them and reinstalled them. Windows looked great, including sills. Back of townhome looks great. I had to wait about 2.5 weeks, after calling end of April for these services, which isn't too bad that time of year. My deck is 9' x 20', and it is hard to find someone willing to clean one so small. I was glad to find a company able to do deck, back of home, and windows. It's a hassle having to schedule services separately.

gutter cleaning
+ -1 moreWe scheduled for Clay's Window Cleaning to come out and clean the gutter at our house for the week of 5/14. They promised someone will show up during the week but they did not. Called them the week after to see what was going on, had to leave a voice mail with my name and phone number and the reason calling, but they did not return the call. Called again later with the info and they still did not return the call. They are very unprofessional to say the least.
Description of Work: What service? They did not even show up for the scheduled service.

+ -1 moreClay's is not a large company. They are small. They really do excellent work though. My windows looked so good after they were done. I think they are the best around and I sure would use them again. They did such a good job for me that I saved their business card and everything.
Description of Work: Clay's cleaned every one of my windows on the inside and outside. I had him do at least fourteen to sixteen windows on both the lower and upper floor of my house. I really care not to elaborate on what I paid other than to say I paid more than a hundred bucks. I wish to divulge no more personal information about my finances than that.

+ -1 moreI like that this guy does a great job and is very careful about the way that he works. He is efficient, is prompt and hard working about getting the work done. This guy also does a great job keeping my home and landscaping in good condition while doing the work.
