Description of Work: They checked out two heatpumps at our home. This included refrigerant pressure checks, correct compressor and fan operation outside, and filter, thermostat, condensate drainage, and fan operations checks on the inside. These were specific things that I saw them evaluate. There may have been other items on the checklist that I was not aware of. I was impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge and skill of the technician.
