Description of Work: Chris came out promptly at the scheduled time and quickly determined that the cause of the severe vibration in both of our church's two units was a bent blade on each one of the fans. He suspected that the blade on each fan farthest from the building had accumulated snow during the winter, and that snow had frozen/been rained on/frozen again, so that simply the weight of the accumulation had bent that blade on each unit. He quickly bent them back into position, and when we turned them back on, the difference was like night and day. Great job!

Description of Work: The A/C was not cooling the house They checked the heat pump for freon pressure and had to add approx. four pounds of freon. The service tech(Chris) was very professional and knew his business.

They did a good job except I thought that they would take the top of the air compressor outside to clean it on the inside.....they didn't. Description of Work: I bought the A/C checkup from Angie's list for $49. The technician worked outside, so I did not observe exactly what he was doing (nor would I know what he was doing if I did observe.)When he came in the house, he said he replaced the capacitor. The charge was $131 on top of the $49 I already paid. It may be true that the capacitor needed replacement, but I would have liked the technician to have informed me before he went ahead and did the work. This seems very unprofessional to me. I had no choice but to pay the additional cost.

Description of Work: Basically, he just checked the system. He did one temp reading on one vent & asked if i changed the filters. He told me it worked fine ( system only 3 yrs old). I guess it helps your peace of mind
