Daniel was extremely professional and helpful during the entire service call. He promptly set up the appointment and arrived on time. In fact, he called to see if he could come early. He was very honest and helpful. Daniel talked me through everything that he was doing as he serviced both our upstairs and downstairs air conditioning units. He also taught me some things to do throughout the year to keep our units running more efficiently. Daniel was very willing to answer all of my questions, even concerning airflow in certain rooms and duct work throughout the house. He also taught took me up in the attic to instruct me on how to adjust the airvents. I was extremely impressed with his services and will definitely call him again. I have already recommended his services to friends and family and will continue to do so.

I saw the advertised $49 AC tune-up and reached out to Daniel to see if he would also service my gas furnace on the same visit and the additional cost to do so. Daniel said that it would not be an issue and that he would service my furnace within the same $49 promo. Daniel was puctual, professional and did a great job communicating his findings. He has a detailed service record that captures all relevant information from the HVAC units and is a great tool for a home-owner's records. He did not try to upsell any additional services, nor did he try to sell me a new "higher efficiency" unit to replace my 15 yr old AC (I have been getting this sales pitch from all folks who come to do my annual maintenance - I do agree I can save a little money with a new higher efficiency unit, but looking a my monthly bills, nothing too significant!) Daniel is young, but has all the makings of a successful businessman. His professional demeanor, appearance, knowledge, honesty and respect for customers will take him a very long way. I have already recommended him to a few friends who are looking for HVAC replacements. Wish him all the very best!

I contacted Daniel to schedule my appointment, and he promptly returned my call and scheduled a time. He showed up on time, and went right to work checking out my system. For what might be the first time EVER with what I've experienced in buying the Big Deals, this company actually performed the work that I had asked for without trying to sell me other services or products. That's HUGE to me. It makes me feel like I'm a person, and not just a dollar sign. I thought for sure that my system would need at least a pound of freon, but Daniel said it was all working properly. That again, is huge because he could have easily just told me that it needed some freon just to sell me something.I'll need this HVAC replaced within the next year or so, and I'll DEFINITELY be using Armstrong. I'm very impressed with their professionalism and integrity. That's hard to find in today's businesses! Highly recommended!

Mr. Armstrong was pleasant and very professional. I liked that he told me what he was going to do before doing it. He had to remove some A/C ducting tape in order to access the inside unit, and he replaced it with new tape. He presented as someone who was experienced, knowledgeable, physically fit, humble, and punctual. My greatest joy, however, was the marked change in the sound of the compressor outside after he cleaned the cooling fins. It ran significantly more quietly and easily, and clearly was not having to work nearly as hard to remove the heat. As someone with a little bit of mechanical knowledge, I knew that this meant it would draw less electricity, cost less to run, and run longer before requiring replacement or repair. I was very pleased with Mr. Armstrong's work. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone needing A/C work, and will certainly call him first next time I need any A/C-related work done.

Despite being given the wrong address Daniel showed up promptly and was very forgiving of our over protective dog. The work he recomended was all stuff I could handle myself and I was never pressured to buy additional services. When I am ready to upgrade my system Armstrong will be called to do the work.

It had been a few years since I had my HVAC (two units) checked out, so I looked around for a good contractor to perform the work. Armstrong Mechanical came out promptly, gave a courtesy call before arriving, and checked out my systems thoroughly. In addition working the systems, I was told of a few problems observed that had nothing to do with the air conditioners. I appreciated that. Also had a drain system from one unit that was clogged. Had the tubing replaced and extended. Nice work, done quickly. I highly recommend Armstrong to anyone who wants HVAC work done. Great service from initial phone call to finish.

Daniel was punctual, polite, and did a very thorough job of checking over my a/c system from top to bottom. He gave me recommendations and emailed estimates the next day. I would not hesitate to call Daniel again.

My experience was with very good. They were prompt courteous and very professional. Rather than try to sell me something they made suggestions on how to deal with my system going forward.

70 year old brick cape cod style home which had an oil furnace for heating and no central air conditioning needed a more economical heating mode and needed central air conditioning. There are no air ducts in the home and the installation of ducts would have been too intrusive and costly in terms of the available space in the 2 bedroom home. Daniel Armstrong researched every possible delivery system based on the limitations that I gave to him. The system best suited for my needs was the Mitsubishi Mr. Slim system which Daniel Armstrong described/explained to me in detail so that I knew exactly what the components were going to look like, where they were going to be placed, how long installation would take and exactly what the cost would be before he ordered the system. The installation was done exactly within the time frame that Daniel Armstrong said it would be done. When I came home from work each day that Daniel Armstrong had been working in my home, everything was so clean and undisturbed that I could not even tell that he had been there other than for what parts of the system had been installed that day. Once everything had been installed, Daniel Armstrong demonstrated how to work the system and made sure that I understood how to operate it. He removed the old oil burner and outside above ground oil tank and capped off all of the fuel lines. He sealed off the remaining outlet to the chimney.

He listened to what I had to say and said there was no reason for him to come out to me because I didn't actually have a problem with my unit. I respected his honesty and will use him if need be in the future.

Danny's work gave me exactly what I had asked him to reveal. I now feel as though the furnace heating system works for me -- not me for it!
