+ 3 moreIt went very badly. We like Williams and Williams initially. The person we spoke to (Justin) did a good job coming up with a design. We called the references and did our homework. We payed the initial contract payment of $16,000+. They never started work. They promised to come, hired a tree firm to clear the area, but never began construction. We were left with a partially cleared backyard, trees removed, and a general mess. We have lost at least a year and are worse than when we started. We cannot recommend Williams and Williams.

Description of Work: I contacted the company at the very beginning of June for a driveway and outdoor kitchen project. Two months went by before I was contacted to set up the outdoor kitchen estimate. We had already completed the driveway. It has now been (almost 5) months from my initial contact, and I still have not received any estimate.

Description of Work: Repaired damage due to flooding of house from a burst pipe on top floor. Matched and replace marble, replaced carpet, restored kitchen cabinetry, refinished wood floors, replaced radiant floor heating, painted.
