Will and his team are knowledgeable and responsive, a trusted contractor! He resolved several plumbing issues and replaced smoke detectors throughout the house.

I highly recommend HandyManCan LLC and have used them often over the past 10 years or more. They have remodeled two bathrooms, painted many walls and re-finished our basement and deck. Will Grant and his team are very professional and thorough. Will can provide great recommendations on how to bring rooms up to date.

I strongly recommend Will Grant, The Handyman Can for any job. They rescued my 1982 kitchen with a complete makeover and amazed my neighbors with their efficiency. They installed cabinetry, an intricate marble backsplash, multiple recessed lights, under-mount countertop lights, and pendant lights. They installed the gas and electrical appliances and worked closely with me and the designer to keep the original footprint. They installed the new plumbing and updated the electrical sockets to code. They updated my bookshelves, sanding before painting them and were most patient when they made some carpentry improvements. Their estimates were spot on. I've never had a cleaner work crew. They'll be coming back this spring to make repairs to and paint my exterior, including the wood dormers.

I love it when Will Grant does work on my house. He is punctual, he communicates well, and best of all I don't have to worry about the job being done right. His work is impeccable. This job was replacing numerous sections of drywall that had been cut out to do major plumbing work on my house. When I called Will to schedule an estimate, he responded that day and unlike other contractors, he schedules an exact time when he will arrive for the estimate instead of a window of time. His estimate came right around the same price as some others, and I was happy to hire him because he has done work for me previously and I knew he would do a great job. During the work he was meticulous in protecting the rooms where drywall work was getting done. Instead of just draping a cloth over kitchen counters, he hung plastic to completely seal off everything on the counters. The finished product was beautiful. Perfectly done with no seams visible and completely smooth. And the cleanup was perfect as well. No dust left in the house. And the work was performed right on schedule.

Went great. A true handyman, he noticed a few other things around the house and fixed them too. He purchased the supplies at Home Depot, showed the receipt and didn’t up-charge. He does most of his scheduling/office work in the evenings which worked out great for me, but don’t expect him to be too responsive during normal business hours. He may not get back to you until 8pm. That’s a good thing because it means he isn’t taking calls while he is working on your project.

Great…fixed all items! Will Grant figured out that replacement faucet parts would work and he repaired the faucet. He replaced the shower tiles. He repaired the drywall that was damaged in the room below by the shower faucet leak. Super.

If I could give Will and his crew an ‘A+’ I would. Everything went perfectly. Will came in October to give us a quote. He was right on time and very professional. The quote he gave was fair and the timeline for completion was perfect. We accepted his quote and scheduled for the work to begin in mid November. On the day The project was to begin Will arrived promptly with Carlos and they wasted no time getting to work. They prepped the area, by laying out tarp to protect the floors and hung plastic to prevent the dust from spreading. Will kept me abreast of everything and asked me about decisions that needed to be made. He and Carlos were very professional and courteous. The project was finished right on time and cost was right within the range I was quoted. Will and his crew are meticulous and very detail oriented. They cleaned up and packed away everything at the end of the day and their work is outstanding. Our kitchen could not have turned on better. I have already told Will that we want to retile our Master bathroom and I will be calling him soon to look and get a quote. I highly recommend The Handyman Can. He is superb. Not only does he do great work but he is also very friendly and professional. A+.

Never came, as promised to do, to check on portions of original estimate before I would agree to contract. Never called. I was eventually able to obtain comparable work at a less expensive price.

I set up a time with Will for an estimate via text. He showed up on time for the estimate but that's about the only thing that went right. Will began by asking me a number of intrusive questions about my property that had nothing to do with the job I.e how much I paid for it, who I bought it from, etc. He then proceeded to criticize much of everything done by my other contractors - carpet install, tile work, even chastising me for a dirty sink. When he finally got to the estimate some of his prices seemed reasonable others were on the high side. I agreed to hire him to install 4 closet doors and replace a few tiles for approximately $500. There was a misunderstanding between us as to which day his employee would come to do the work. Will also failed to give me a time when his employee would arrive despite the fact that the property was an investment property and he knew I did not live there. Furthermore his employee went to the wrong address. I never received a voicemail from he or his employee regarding the mix up and was unaware there was even a problem. Several days later I received a curt text from Will blaming this mix up on me and saying he was booked for the next few weeks and wouldnt be able to do the job. When I confronted him about what was going on he then claimed he was "just trying to understand what happened". Super service award for this? Absolutely not. Will clearly has a chip on his shoulder and a passive aggressive way of relating to his customers. This will be the last time I try to hire someone with a masters degree and a resentful attitude about being a home contractor. Grow up Will!

Great Job, On time Very professional

If you want to hire this company, do not get in a hurry. I had to push the original appointment (for estimate only - not even actual work) by about 2 weeks due to the current tenants availability. I tried to rescheduled twice only to be pushed by an additional 1 month on the first appointment then that was cancelled (by Handyman Can) and delayed another 2 weeks. Again, this was just an estimate, so there is no telling how long it would have taken to get the actual work completed. Mr. Grant seemed to be a nice enough person, but there is no time management at all. Yes, I hired a different company. Because I wanted the deck repaired before winter arrived.

Everything was removed from the bathroom except the walls. Marco came every day and did a fantastic job on everything, including laying tile, installing fixtures, painting, etc. We would not hesitate to call on the company again for any repair needs.

very smoothly...they will come back in a few weeks to finish the master bath. I believe they were very knowledgeable: there was an undertermined leak, and Will Grant found it and it was a small repair in the end.

Will and his team did an excellent job! He showed up on time with a crew of 4 workers and they knocked out my long standing laundry list of things that needed to get done in the house. They painted the entrance way, installed new lighting and installed bathroom fixtures. He also did outside work of repairing dry rot wood on the exterior of my house. Will is such a nice man and easy to work with. He was extremely helpful, honest and punctual!. He did an amazing job and I highly recommend him and his team!

He seems competent and responsive and I think he's an all round handy man I think he's pretty good at a bunch of different things and so just that versatility is important.

This job could not have gone better. I thought this might be a one person show, and he'd need to come back out again and again for finish what was a pretty healthy list of things to do in a day. He arrived exactly on time, with a very nice and professional team, and they dove in. He had suggestions, gave us some other estimates, was very courteous (not only to us, but to his workers as well- - which is how it should be but not always how it is...). His prices were better than other quotes that I had (from another company, and from Home Depot), and what I paid is what was quoted (no surprises). And the work done, each part of it, was done superbly. We have a list of things that we still want to do (he gave us detailed estimates, in writing, while here). 100% chance we'll return and use him (and his team) for the rest of the work.

Will and his crew of David and Carlos did a very professional job of repairing the drywall and meticulous painting of the room and trim on 10 windows. He also painted trim on 4 outside Windows and made minor repair to siding. Will is so knowledgeable about house-related issues. He gives new meaning to the word "Handyman."

The guys were punctual, pleasant, efficient, competent, and cleaned up after themselves. I've used them before and will do so again.
