We had our master bedroom bath remodeled and some of our closet space was sacraficed in the process. I contacted Closet Tailors of Reston to help me figure out what could be done with the remaining space. Lacy, the designer, came up with a great design that lends itself to easy organization. Even though my closet is a small one (6' x 7', maybe), her design affords me the ability to pack a lot in and to do so in a very organized fashion. I can stand at the door and see everything in my closet. I also love the cabinets, which are perfect for underwear, stockings, etc. My bedroom closet was completely installed within hours and I just love it. The quality of the materials is very nice and substantial and the brushed nickel rods and pulls are perfect for my decor. I love the valet rack and can?t imagine anyone not wanting one in his or her closet. I am very, very happy with this purchase and believe the $1600 price tag is well worth it. Also, Hussain, the installer, was very nice, polite, and efficient and clearly did a great installation job within several hours. I highly recommend Closet Tailors of Reston to anyone who needs to bring organization to their closet.

Very nice job; old shelves (builder had installed wire racks) removed; holes spackled. New closet system carefully measured and installed. One minor problem with height for my pants storage; installer came back promptly and adjusted shelf height. One really nice touch is that Todd, the owner, called to check on how well we liked the job. We've dealt with too many businesses in the past that never checked on the job their workmen performed - here, Todd cared. We'll definitely use him again if we re-do a couple more closets.

In home planning and design consultation with Closet Tailors' owner Todd Carter was most helpfull in selecting the most usefull design. Professional installation over a two day period went very well and was coordinated with the general contractor who constructed the home addition where the larger closet was completed.

She is very creative and helpful. She did a good job in presenting how they could help me. She came up with some great ideas for the project.

Went very smoothly from start to finish. They came up with the entire design--I didn't really know what I wanted except a very functional and nice looking closet. They had good ideas, implemented the ideas very well. They were neat. Polite. They were quiet. Really have no complaints.

We were scheduled for installation within a couple of weeks of signing the contract; however, the recent snowstorm made it necessary to reschedule. This was not a problem for us. The technician arrived early and worked most of the day installing the components. He did an excellent job--all the rails, shelves, etc., fit perfectly. It was an outstanding result. (This is a new home and we had the builder remove the wire shelves and refinish the walls). The technician cleared up all the debris and left the rooms in an immaculate condition. We are very pleased with the new closets, set-up and highly recommend ClosetTailors.

The results are spectacular. The planning was very professional and greatly expanded our usable space. Todd's advice to paint the closet before installing shelving, was very good--pale pink, on the theory that everyone looks good in pink, turned out to be a good choice. Todd Carter and staff were very flexible in scheduling, and re-scheduling due to some health issues we were having. Todd was very responsive in returning promptly, and cheerfully, to tweak our arrangement a bit when the spaces weren't quite right. I highly recommend this company.

We had a good experience. A couple of the consultants came to the house and they came up with a design. The contractors then came and built a great closet for me and it?s just what we wanted. I will use them again in the future.

It was a pleasure working with everyone from Closet Tailors! Jennifer came over to measure and create the designs for both closets. The software package she used made it very easy to visualize the design and make adjustments. I had an estimate from another company that was lower and Jennifer worked with me on the price. She kept in touch as we worked the installation schedule and reminded me a few days beforehand. Our installers, Hassan and Azzeddine, arrived exactly on time. They covered the floors and removed all debris from the existing fixtures. They worked efficiently and were done in a few hours. Azzeddine was very patient with my 5-year old who was curious about the work and even let him help by handing him small parts. Todd, the owner, arrived just as they were completing to inspect the work. He used articles of clothing to make sure the bars were hung at the proper height and some adjustment were made. They vacuumed and wiped down all the new surfaces before they left.
