They were thorough, professional, courteous and bent over backwards patiently to accommodate our needs and were flexible and understanding throughout the whole process. Excellent service and Quality!! I did a lot of research and took many quotes from different companies - Tailored Living stood out way above the rest. The lady who came home was positive open minded and very creative. She listened carefully to our needs and ideas and incorporated everything we wanted in a very user-friendly design. The company is a family run convern and the quaility and attention to detail shows! The owner took time out several times to personally work on my design with engineers and also my pricing working through several options to give us best value for money. They accomodated my timescale and fitted my installation in to suit my needs and convenience. I would recommend them to everyone over and above any of the larger companies any day!!!!!!

Susan from Tailored Living was prompt and extremely friendly when we met at my house to go over the spaces. She listened to what I was looking for, my budget, and took everything into account when designing the spaces. Everything she designed was functional and a great use of the space we had available. The gentlemen who installed the cabinetry were also prompt and courteous. They worked very hard (particularly with the mudroom where cabinets were being installed on a brick wall). Even when we hit a slight snag when I felt the hooks in the mudroom were going to be too low to truly be useful, the installers put their heads together and came up with a great solution, and even Susan stopped in to take a look and then give all the projects the once over. I have been extremely pleased with the results of our new spaces. In particular, the mudroom cabinetry and bench are truly lovely and incredibly useful. I will use this company in the future when we tackle other areas in our home that need functional and aesthetic organization/ storage solutions.

We were very pleased with the product and service provided. The pricing was quite competitive with other estimates that we obtained, and they were the only company we contacted that was willing to match the stain on existing cabinetry in the master bath. (That may not be possible at a reasonable cost in the case of small projects.) We also chose them because the owner was involved in preparing the estimate and visiting the site during installation and was available to help solve any issues that arose in the course of the project. Although we had considered design options with a couple of other companies and had a reasonable idea as to what we wanted to do, the owner had excellent ideas that we incorporated in the final design. The installers were punctual, polite, skilled at their work, and did their best to address any concerns and make sure things were done correctly the first time. The project was completed as scheduled, with delivery and installation taking the better part of a week once the manufacturing had been completed. We would use them again and have no concerns with recommending that others consider using their services.

They were very tenacious in solving a very specific problem that was tailored to my old brick building. They were very creative. They were also tenacious in trying to work around a stuctural issue. Their service is outstanding and their products are very good.

Martha did an exceptional job answering all of my questions. She is fantastic. The floor install was excellent, they mechanically abraded the concrete floor, sealed the cracks and then applied the epoxy floor coating, chips, and then the clear coat. Took two days. The garage floor looks amazing. I am very pleased, do not hesitate.

It went well, except for a hitch. An installer accidently put a hole in a water line. The water line was close to a stud and the error was easy to make. Luckily, there was no significant damage as water got turned off quickly. Building manager called in a plumber and Tailored Living paid for the plumber. They modified the design to put a backing on the wall so we did not need to repair the hole in the sheetrock. I was very impressed with the installers knowledge of their product and willingness to alter design when problems occurred. They were able to finish the install in the scheduled time, despite problems.

We were very pleased with the work that Todd Carter from Tailored Living did re-organizing out closet. The initial consultation was in early February. He went through all the different options we had, measured the space and tried numerous layouts on his computer until he found the optimum layout. We were given an electronic document with several views of the proposed layout before he left. The installation was scheduled about three weeks later and took about half a day to complete. The workers showed up on time, were courteous and did not make a mess. Now most of our clothes fit in the closet. We will definitely use them again.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. they were professional and customer-service driiven form scheduling the initial design consultation to designing and installing the three part project -- even when the scope of our final project was somewhat smaller in scope than our original estimate. I dealt with the company owner, designer, project manager and a team of two installers. To a person, they were respectful of my time and my home. The end result has made a tremendous difference in our new home with more limitied storage space than our last and the overall project was an overwhelmingly positive experience. I will keep Tailored Living in mind for future projectrs and wholeheartedly endorse them to others.

It went flawlessly! Martha made multiple changes to the design based on our requests, was responsive, and professional. Her attention to detail was inimitable. She worked with my wife and I helping us think through designs that would accomodate our lifestyle, not just our clothes. Ultimately, I decided not to move forward with the closets, but there is no reason if I need closets in the future, I would not turn to Tailored Living and their team for their professional services. This is the second time I have used Tailored Living to install a closet time; this time a Kitchen pantry. Tailored Living not only does an excellent job overall, but their attention to detail and follow up is outstanding. I would never use anyone else. From the first step, working with the Designer (Martha) to the installer (Hansame), everyone was very professional and courteous. The installer showed up on time and was very organized in the installation. This company really cares about the quality of their workmanship and ensuring that the customer is happy. Also, the office is very easy to deal with. They made the entire experience easy. Would highly recommend them.

Tailored Living was very responsive and was able to speed up production of the system and give me an early delivery date to accommodate my needs. From the initial visit , work was completed in less than 3 weeks. They may not be able to deliver that quickly in all cases, but they worked hard to meet my difficult schedule needs at the time. They did an outstanding job. Actual installation took longer than they had estimated, but the installer was a perfectionist and I appreciate that. There was a tricky corner in the closet space that required careful carpentry to bridge the closet system sections as they turned the corner. Crown molding also had to be carefully mitred to give a smooth finished look. Their work was perfect. Their proposal for a great deal of double-hung level space significantly increased my closet space. They designed sections to accommodate over-size suitcases, bulky spare comforters, and lots of shoes. I recommend getting more than one proposal. I went to one other highly-regarded closet system company. Their proposal was similar, but didn't include crown molding and was not as imaginative as Tani's design. They said they could not bridge the two sections at that tricky corner and said they'd leave the sections separate with a space in between. Not a big deal, but just shows that Tailored Living will go the extra mile in their designs. The other company's estimate was approximately $500 more than Tailored Living and their installation time was weeks later. They were not as responsive from the outset. If you are considering installing such a system, keep in mind that you may need to hire a separate contractor to demolish whatever shelving and rods are currently in your closet, and to repair drywall damage and paint. Tailored Living does "patch and paint" and I wanted a thorough refinishing of the walls and trim in the closet, so I did hire another company for that piece of it.

From the moment Todd Carter entered our home my husband and I knew we had chosen the right company to help us with our storage needs. Todd listened, observed and came up with terrific designs to meet our lifestyle perfectly. The costs were reasonable, his team was very efficient and we were extremely impressed with their constant follow up. I've never worked with a more customer oriented company and would highly recommend Tod and team to anyone looking for beautiful, efficient, storage solutions.

This was the second closet we have had Tailored Living remodel. The first was our Master Bedroom Closet which was very involved. The experience on that closet was great so when we were ready to do our daughter's closet we called them again. Todd does a great job with offering creative solutions which when dealing with closets built in the 70's that weren't designed for today's lifestyle. We removed the two large sliding doors to the closet in order to open up the space but were left with deep recessed areas on both sides of the closet space that we didn't know how to maximize the use of. Todd came up with a design that set hanging rods and shelves across the shallow dimension of the ends with a double width floor to ceiling set of drawers, concealed laundry hampers and jewelry drawer. The two sections are then topped with clear glass doors within which are shelves for our daughters model horse collection to be displayed. The install was scheduled and they showed up on time as usual and the installers knocked out the work. They had uneven floors and out of plumb walls to adapt to and they came up with attractive solutions to minimize the appearance of the problem areas. Our daughter loves her closet, we love the cleanliness of her room and the whole experience was the pleasure that we expected that it would be! We are already eying the coat closets in our front foyer!

The initial person who assisted with the closet's design was very helpful and pleasant. They completed the job in one day, cleaned up after themselves, and the price was reasonable. We would definitely use them again.

The design they drew up for me for each of these three areas efficiently utilized the space. More so than another closet company I had contacted. Tailored Living gave me many more options and useful space. Todd came up with great ideas to help organize our closets. In the sewing room, he had several brilliant ideas to keep me organized. I am thrilled with the spaces. I even have some space left in my clothes closets. I suppose this means I'll have to go shopping! The installers were neat, clean, respectful and very professional. They obviously have pride in their workmanship. I highly recommend Tailored Living and their staff.

They were very professional and they did a very good installation job. In terms of price, they were probably a little bit more expensive but they were worth it. I would say, I think they were a little bit higher but they were worth it. I would use this company again in the future.

The whole experience and results were excellent. They came and measured when they said they would, designed the project within our budget and really made best use of the space. Gave us a few nice options to choose from. I could always get someone on ethe phone and get answers and suggestions long before construction began. The guys who came out to do the installation a few days ago were on time, polite and personable and cleaned up before they left. The clever design makes the room seem bigger than it is and we can accomplish a lot more – music, crafts, woodwork, etc. They were referred by colleagues whom I trust and I’d recommend them to anyone regardless of how big the project is. I plan to have them come back and do closets in other parts of the house.
