Description of Work: Replaced old heating and A/C units, Hot Water Heater, and Sump Pump with extremely efficient units, and installed dampers in forced air ducts with two controls, upper and main floor. Wow! Monthly utility bill drop is extraordinatary!!!

+ -1 moreDo take some time to design, plan, order equipment, and install before your system completely quits! Some redesign had to take place as the system was installed, which was logical, since this was a custom install of top of the line equipment, which was not your everyday job. Better to do this kind of job in the spring or the fall when you don't need your air system on all of the time. Plan ahead. Be ready to take Tand T at their word. They are taking yours.
Description of Work: Worked with me to design highly energy efficient heating and air conditioning system, along with efficient water heater, and replace sump pump, as part of replacement of old equipment and upgrade to better more efficient equipment. Worked with me to find best design and equipment of system and install a damper system and zone controls to fit our lifestyle and lifestyle of many owners to come. Used highest efficiency Carrier Heating and Air Conditioning system, installed electronic filtration, humidifier, high efficieny filter, UV light, and coupled all with hi-tech zone control system that operates the heating and AC inconjunction with three new dampers in the air ducting system. Custom installations and custom damper installation. Installed efficent hot water heater. Removed all old components of sump pump system and replaced with new. Installed better and more efficient intake and exhaust lines for gas portion of heater system. Much improvement in heat and AC distribution, lower monthly utility bills, and much improved air quality too.

+ -1 moreExtremely satisfied. Called early last evening and was scheduled for this morning. Received confirmation call at 9 am and they arrived when promised. Very professional and knowledgeable. Performed work well in a timely fashion. Had to leave to get materials and coolant, but were back within the stated 20 minute time frame. Very intelligent. Very polite.
Description of Work: Diagnosed problem with decreasing air conditioning efficiency. Sealed duct leaks around AC coil. Replenished coolant.
