Description of Work: I had two jobs. One was attic fan replacement and the other was to re-roof a couple of storage sheds. I had good experiences setting up the pre-bid inspections and pricing for both. For the attic fan, Kevin Spence went so far as to climb up on the roof to get a closer look. For the other job, Mark McShurly came out to look at the other job and promptly submitted and the revised his proposal once I made a couple of changes to the scope. Their pricing was competitive for both jobs and I ended up hiring them for one. I highly recommend St. Joseph's Roofing.

Description of Work: misunderstanding - they forgot to tell me the minimum is 495 they called morning of anticipated visit and apologized and followed up with an email i had minor work to be done so I did not use them

Description of Work: The only way you can reach this company is to leave a message. Then you must wait, sometimes for hours, for a call back. If you miss the call, you must start all over.

Description of Work: Kevin came out to give me an estimate. He climbed through a window in my house to get on the roof (metal covered porch). In the process he left dirt marks on my carpet. All other estimators put up a ladder to get on the roof. It is now a month later and I still don't have an estimate and this is after calling to inquire at least 3 times. I was told it was emailed but I checked my spam folders and confirmed my address and still no estimate. Obviously I'm not going with these guys.
