Everything about our experience with St. Joseph's roofing was very professional. Their rep came to our house to discuss the work we wanted done, inspect the attic, take pictures of the exterior of our house and give us references where we could view the color shingles we were considering. The work was completed on schedule and the cleanup was thorough. Communication with the company before and during the work was excellent. Any questions we had were quickly answered. We've received numerous compliments from neighbors on how nice our new roof, gutters and downspouts look. I'd recommend St. Joseph's to anyone looking for a new roof.

St Joseph's Roofing recently replaced my roof, and I am VERY satisfied with my experience with this roofer. Everyone I interacted with was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgable. The entire process went well from the first phone call to the office manager to the completion of my project. It took only a few days to get an appointment for a price quote. The salesman was very knowledgable and efficient. He promptly sent me the proposal/contract; we made a change which literally took only about 15 minutes to turn around with signatures. I promptly received an email from the office manager providing information regarding my upcoming project. I had a deadline for getting my roof replaced, and the project scheduler was more than happy to accommodate my schedule reqest. The team arrived promptly to install the new roof, and shortly afterwards the project manager called me to see how things were going and to see if I had any questions. The team worked efficiently and each person was very pleasant. When the team finished, they did a sweep for nails, and the next day the project manager came to pick up unused materials and did another sweep for nails which really impressed me - he found 22 nails! The entire process was so smooth and efficient. I have dealt with one other roofer, and my experience with that roofer in no way compared with St Joseph's. I highly recommend St Joseph's for their professionalism, efficiency, and workmanship.

We contacted St. Joseph’s Roofing to get an estimate for replacing our roof and gutters. One of the spring storms had removed shingles and the roof needed to be replaced. An appointment was made with Ron. He arrived in the evening so that we could both meet with him. Prior to his arrival, we had received a slideshow from the company informing us of the process, materials, and warranty information. We could ask questions during this first meeting since we had read over the slides. He was professional and thorough. He looked at the roof and gutters. He inspected the attic and found that the venting had been done incorrectly through the soffits. He stated that this could also be included in the work order. He had sample materials that we could view, described the products available, and discussed the entire process from beginning to end. We were notified throughout the job with emails from Mark letting us know when the materials would be delivered and the workers would arrive. During the roofing job, the owner came to visit the job site and discuss any problems that had been discovered. On two occasions, when I contacted the company by email and phone to discuss schedule conflicts, the response was immediate and very clearly answered my questions. The workers protected my flowerbeds and trees. Both the roofing and gutter teams were professional, efficient, and left my yard looking beautiful. It was amazing and enjoyable for my boys watching them work. When the work was done, Ron came back to ensure that everything had been completed to our satisfaction. They were not the lowest bid, but we would use them again because of the great value they provided.

St. Joseph's Roofing was a fantastic company to work with in replacing our roof. They provided an excellent overview of products available and gave us addresses where we could view not just their work, but the specific color roof we had selected to be sure that we liked it. They were easy to work with, prompt and showed up when they said they would. They carefully covered our deck and other exterior items to prevent damage while they worked. We could not be happier with our whole experience and our roof looks great! We have already recommended that our daughter and son-in-law use them when the time comes for them to replace their roof.

My experience with St. Joseph’s Roofing was positive from start through finish. After my initial email inquiry, they send me a helpful slide presentation about the mechanics of getting a new roof. It was a great way to learn about the process and to prepare for the initial consultation with our Project Manager. I appreciate the care they put into helping educate their customers. At the consultation, the Project Manager clearly explained everything and thoroughly answered my questions. There were no high pressure sales tactics or gimmicks, rather it was a pleasant and informative conversation. The quote was reasonable and fair. The new roof looks fantastic and the customer service throughout the experience has been attentive and friendly.

After unexpectedly needing a new roof we were delighted to find St. Joseph’s Roofing. After gathering several estimates we decided to go with St. Joseph’s, and boy are we glad we did. This company was a joy to work with from start to finish. We have had experience with contractors in the past when communication was lacking and less than stellar. That is not the case with St. Joseph’s. They not only communicated every step of the way they followed through on their promises and timeline. Every single represetitive of St. Joseph’s handled themselves in a polite and professional manner. This includes the sales force all the way to the installers. They were a pleasure to work with and I won’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

St. Joseph’s got our job done promptly and earlier than originally anticipated. They had great customer service and met with us beforehand to do a walk through and discuss the steps, and were very easy to get a hold of during the process. The actual work only took half a day (townhouse) and they were neat and efficient. They followed up promptly to do an inspection of the job afterward as well. We enjoyed working with them and would definitely recommend them.

St. Joseph's roofing is top notch!!! After the recent wind storm that caused havoc to so many residents we had several storm chasers come to our neighborhood looking for a quick buck. Well the only thing that did was get us motivated to have our insurance company come and do an inspection of our roof and discovered that due to hail damage we did in fact need a new roof. Rather than go with a storm chaser that leaves as quickly as a summer storm we decided to go with a local company that had also been recommended from our church. They were amazing! They were extremely professional throughout the entire process and explained everything in detail. I was a little concerned that spots of our grass had yellowed due to a tarp that was placed down to catch debris. So they told us to hold off on payment until we were assured that the grass would green up again. They even offered to come out and water the grass for us!!! They assured us that if it didn't green up again that they would come out and lay down sod in the fall. That attention to detail was so impressive to me. They were truly committed to customer satisfaction. Their pricing was fair and I couldn't be happier with the job. Oh, and by the way, the grass did green up again. You can't beat St. Joseph's roofing.

St Joseph’s Roofing was excellent from start to finish. The staff is always accessible and the workmanship was superb. I also appreciated the great cleanup job. I wish I had wrapped the fascia board years ago. My home looks brand new and I have no worries with a great 25 labor warranty on the roof. Pete and Maggie were a great help and the crews that worked on our house were professional and courteous but most of all showed great workmanship

I used St. Joseph’s Roofing to replace my entire townhouse roof after approximately 30% of the original, 8-year old shingles were blown off during a wind storm. After initiating the initial estimate, St. Joseph’s sent multiple information packages with valuable detail outlining important roofing considerations along with details on St. Joseph’s Roofing. This information was useful as a non-roofing expert. On the initial consultation Tim Kelly was very helpful answering my questions, outinging the options and making recommendations. Once the service was scheduled, the only delays were weather related. The mult-person crew arrived on time and completed the job that day. They did an excellent job cleaning my property leaving only minimal debris. Following the installation, Mr. Kelly came to inspect the roof, do an additional sweep of the property for metal, and answer any questions. I spoke with Maggie at the St. Joseph’s roofing office multiple times, and she was always pleasant and helpful. The only area I wish St. Joseph’s could improve is the notification time before the install or any install related changes. I was only notified after 8:00 p.m. the night before my service date changed due to weather and the night before it was reshceduled. This made it complicated to coordinate being at home for the install. I haven’t noticed any problems since the service was completed. I thought the price was fair, and would use St. Joseph’s again if I needed additional roofing help.

Excellent service. Provided a detailed contract that clearly identified what materials were needed and service provided. This detail was appreciated because the recent storms in the DC Metro area seriously damaged the existing roof. The price was competitive and reasonable from the start as opposed to those firms quoting high prices and suddenly finding a reason to discount the services when it was made clear we were obtaining multiple prices. Once the contract was signed the staff kept us fully informed of planned installation dates. This constant contact proved critical when more inclement weather affected schedules and caused leaks. We greatly appreciated the company rearranging their schedule to replace our existing roof as soon as it was safe to work. The resulting work was top notch and looks great. The work was estimated to be two full days and was completed ahead of schedule. They cleaned up as they went along leaving no debris to cause problems. We are a very satisfied customer!

All went well! My wife and I were very pleased with the professionalism of St. Josephs staff. The new roof looks great and, more importantly, works well. The repair work on the siding went quite seamlessly too. All in all, we were very pleased with the job.

I wish we had saved a bunch of time and called St. Joseph's Roofing first. Pete was extremely knowledgeable and gave a very efficient non-pressure presentation. Scheduling and delivery of materials went perfectly. We can’t say enough about the installers! Professional, courteous, kind, highly-skilled, and extremely detail oriented. They spent a huge amount of time cleaning up when the installation of our new roof was completed. Even the St. Joseph's Roofing inspector at the conclusion of his inspection tried to find anything left behind. Every person we dealt with from St. Joseph's Roofing was professional courteous. We highly recommend them not only for the price but the quality of the workmanship and professionalism.

The St. Joseph's team did an exceptional job. Installers were organized and experienced. They arrived on time and worked in groups -- each group was assigned to a specific task making it seamless and worry-free. Very pleased with result. They did spotless clean-up after job was completed and took care not to damage property. Before work began, their rep, Ron, worked with us in getting approval from our home association architectural committee (which could be a daunting task). He followed up with final inspection to ensure we were satisfied and that there were no outstanding issues. Highly recommend.

Working with the entire crew was a pleasure and very informative. Once the job started, everything went smoothly and on time as planned. The detailed explanation of the work to be done was complete and very specific with all my questions being answered.

St. Joseph’s Roofing did a great job with my new roof. They took their time to walk me through all aspects of the job, shingle choices and warranties. They even took the time to discuss the pros and cons of a repair versus replacement. The quote was right about what new roofs cost in our neighborhood, no surprises in final bill. Communication was timely and convenient, they were very accommodating to work around my schedule. The crew that came were very nice and polite and did a thorough job cleaning up afterwards. They even cleaned up the garage floor for me. My neighbor, who is a general contractor, even stopped by and assured me that I had made a good choice to go with St. Joseph’s Roofing. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Couldn’t have gone better. Ron coordinated all the work and Osmin was the supervisor of the crew. Communication was excellent and providing excellence in the work itself was also clearly a priority. They followed up immediately after the work to make sure I was happy and then again a few weeks later to make sure all was well!!! Let’s face it, no one likes having to buy a new roof but when the time comes, this is who you want.

The work started and finished on time. Staff was very responsive and the management and supervisors all did an excellent job of oversight. The yard was cleaned up of all extra materials and shingles and a final inspection was done to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We chose St. Joseph based on a recommendation from a satisfied neighbor.

We had several estimates done, and most of the roofing companies never bothered to get up in our attic and look and see what the condition of the roof was from the inside- those companies send someone to look at the roof from the yard. Nick showed up with his camera and went into our attic and sent us photos which he incorporated into the estimate. They were able to schedule us more quickly than any of the other companies, and helped us with color and approval from our homeowner's association by providing color brochures and gutter color samples. The shingles arrived quickly, and the work crews were excellent- respectful of our property. They also did a great job of cleaning after themselves. Since it took a couple of days to complete the project due to rain, we were pleased that everyday a supervisor from the company came to check on the crews and to make sure we were satisfied. Their communication, whether it be face-to-face or email, was excellent. They did not take payment from us until Nick came back and inspected the job to make sure they delivered what they had promised. Customer service was superior. The gutter replacement was also quick and painless. Finally, we found their pricing to be extremely competitive- when you are paying that kind of money, you want to be in good, capable hands. We would highly recommend to anyone facing the daunting task/expense of a new roof and gutters!

They completed a roof inspection, wrote everything down and explained everything very well. I was really impressed with their services.

Scheduled service, never showed up, never called. I had to call them to find out what the situation was. Rescheduled, never called to say they weren't coming because worker left the company the weekend before service was scheduled. Said they'd call back to let me know when it would take place. Never called. I had to take initiative to contact them. It was disappointing because I had a successful previous service from this company. The VP is very non-responsive. The staff non-responsive. There were more non-returned calls than I've listed here. I would not suggest doing business with them because they are unreliable.

It went perfect. The estimate was reasonable for the work. The weather delayed my work but St. Joseph's was quick to communicate, punctual, and did great work. I was very impressed with the entire process and they will get my business in the future. Prior to the work, I spoke with the company about my concerns about this being "throw away" money. They assured me that this would not be the case and the work they were doing now would work right into a new roof in the future.
