From beginning to end, the service was exceptional from the St. Joseph team. Nick spent a great deal of time to assess all of the details about what was needed to replace our roof. He was extremely professional, patient and helpful while deciding exactly which shingles and color would be best. He and his team provided many references for work they have done. Once we decided on shingles and.color, the installation crew arrived on time and did an extraordinary job. It took two full days and it looks incredible! The customer service throughout the process was extraordinary. Andy snd Isaac went above and beyond! Finally, the clean-up of materials after the job was perfect! Our expectations were far exceeded by the St. Joseph’s team. We would highly recommend them, especially after the estimates and service that was offered by their competitors! From the start of the process, making an appointment, to the final installation of the roof, the project was GREAT! Even before the initial meeting, I was sent a very informative email along with an comprehensive slide show describing the entire process of roof replacement. I had a lot of information going into the initial meeting. The quote came in quickly with many options, the scheduling was simple, and the installation crew was great: professional and thorough. And when they left, other than a beautiful roof, you never knew they were even on our property. Great job from start to finish!

We contacted several other roofing companies in the area. While SJR was not the cheapest, they did have the best presentation. Everyone involved in the project was very professional. We had new CertainTeed Landmark shingles put on our entire roof. We also had 2 skylights replaced. Our gutters we done as well. The crew cleaned up great both times they were here. Once for the roof/skylights and another for the gutters. They did our whole roof/skylights in one day. We've had the roof on for over a month now and have had no issues. It has rained often too. Everything looks great. I would recommend them and use again.

Great company and workmanship. They took their time, had great attention to detail and even came back a 3rd day to do some caulking touch up and and another sweep of the yard for nails and old shingles. Communication throughout the process was top notch. My neighbor had his roof installed by a lower cost company on the same day and wishes he spent the extra money to have it done right. Their pricing is competitive, but may not be the cheapest. However, you get what you pay for! I would highly recommend this company for any roof repairs or replacements.

We got several estimates for our roofing project. St. Joseph's estimate was right in the middle. They handled the entire process professionally and with integrity. St. Joseph's spent extra time researching an affordable way to replace three skylights that were not a standard size. Their solution was creative and reasonably priced. The project took two days with some additional time for inside work to finish out the skylights. St. Joseph's took extra care to make sure the job was done correctly, and in fact, redid some of the skylight work to make sure it was perfect. I would highly recommend St. Joseph's.

We are very pleased and satisfied with St. Joseph's roofing. They did a thorough job of assessing the condition of the existing roof, including climbing into our attic to actually see the condition of the plywood under the roof and how well the roof ventilation process was working. That allowed them to make a very good estimate to replace our roof. They also offered a long term guarantee when we used the proper high quality products. They recognized that the original roof had leaked at one time, so they recommended we contract with a company that could assess whether we had any mold or mildew issues and whether we needed to replace any insulation. We did hire a company and St. Joseph's worked very closely with them during the actual roof replacement. St Joseph had to remove part of the roof so that the other company could ***** the insulation and mold situation. Fortunately for us, the leaks had been fixed many years ago and the ceiling drywall and insulation under the roof were totally dry and did not need to be replaced. St. Joseph's completed the job in two days, just as they planned. They cleaned up all debris at the end of the first day so that our driveway and walkways were completely clean. The workers were very professional while they were here and worked non stop from 8 am the 7 pm except for a half hour lunch break. We received complements from our neighbors on how professional the installation crew was. I definitely recommend St. Joseph's roofing company as a high quality, customer focused, professional organization.

We chose St Joseph's roofing for our new roof because they offered the lowest price in their contract and showed the most knowledge about roofing. We were incredibly pleased with every step of the process. Everyone we dealt with was polite, thorough, hard working, and incredibly honest. Not only does the roof look great, they inspect it a month after before sending a bill. The bill itself came in exactly as quoted. We would use them again!
