Description of Work: We used St. Josephs twice. Once to install new gutters and down spouts and recently, we had them out to repair a roof leak. Both times were very satisfactory. They are good at responding to calls and very professional in the way they perform the work.

Description of Work: They did a beautiful job on my roof and gutters. Slight hiccup which they fixed perfectly.

Met with Nick from St. Joseph's, their VP/GM, he was professional, extremely honest & responsive..even on weekends & late at night. |Crew was punctual, clean and very detailed. |Didn't have to pay deposit only when work was completed. St. Joseph's came back out after roof was replaced to inspect the work & to make sure we were happy. The whole process was seamless and easy. Second roof I've had to replace and by far the best experience I've had with any contractor. |Don't expect this to be the cheapest roof but expect quality & professionalism. |You do get what you pay for. On a roof project I know from experience not to go with the cheapest option. |I would use St. Joseph's again and recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: ST JOSEPH'S ROOFING INC installed a new roof on my in-laws house. They removed the old gutters and the old roof. Replaced some areas of rotted plywood and put on new shingles. They repaired some siding also. The workers were prompt and polite and worked continuously. This roof is very steep pitch so the job was not easy. They cleaned up the old shingles very well. Over all a very good job.

Description of Work: They came out to inspect my roof the same day that I contacted them. However, after several promises to send me an estimate for the roof repair, they never did send one so I went to another vendor, DryHome, who sent someone out immediately and send me an estimate the next day. I will be scheduling DryHome to do the work.

Description of Work: Their representative came and quoted a figure for replacing our roof. He was very professional and fair. We got two other estimates but decided upon St. Joseph's for very practical reasons. | |The materials were dropped off a few days before the workers began. They showed up early one morning and worked until near completion that same day. They came back the following day to finish up. Their foreman came to inspect a few days later and the work was done. The roof looks great. We now have a ridge vent. Over half the pieces of plywood needed replacing, which brought the final total up, but the house is 40 years old, and all of that plywood was original. Very happy with the result.

Description of Work: Replaced the roof with a beautiful covering of shingles that enhanched the look of the home and added 4 new windows to our home. Cutious and fast workers that worked very well with us. Yes, I would work with them again.

Description of Work: They were excellent in terms of coming out and providing an estimate. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. They seemed quite competent, but I just went with a less expensive company.

Description of Work: I called SJR to look at a small roof leak into top floor of TH. It hadn't leaked again recently but stain still evident. Kevin the estimator went up on the roof and looked at the valley. He noted it was probably related to old ice dam or snow dam. He advised to paint with "KILLZ" and then a final paint coat. He said to keep an eye on it and if the leak or stain re-appears then the valley may have to be repaired. No problems seen on roof!

Description of Work: My elderly father-in-law whom I help with home maintenance used St. Joseph's on a difficult roof repair in a very old house. We had tried many roof repair services before, none of whom were able to diagnose the problem; St. Joseph's succeeded in diagnosing and implementing the repair.

Description of Work: This is the second time that St. Joseph's installed a roof at my residence. The second installation was due to hail damage. We set up a time for the supply delivery. We got a call stating that the delivery and the installation could be completed during the same day. The crew showed up promptly. By the end of the day the new roof was on. The sales staff were prompt returning calls re: questions. The foreman was thorough and used his phone to take pictures on the roof that he wanted to discuss. The crew cleaned up well after installation. I have yet to find one nail. I have pets and kids - so this means a lot.

Description of Work: I am a Realtor. Following a home inspection, I needed an estimate for a potential new roof and/or repair on a listing of mine. I called St. Joseph Roofing because of my dealings with them in the past and their excellent reputation. Sure enough, Mark came out in the pouring rain and spent a lot of time looking around. Once he determined that the roof was in no need of even a small repair, he continued to offer help in dealing with the potential buyer of the home. He wrote a report and offered to even speak with the purchaser on the phone to detail what he saw. This was totally above and beyond what he needed to do but much appreciated and shows that the company is there to help even when they stand nothing to gain. I won't forget it and I recommend them to anyone.
