St. Joseph's was very responsive and communicative. They stayed on schedule and completed the work in a timely manner. They also had several quality checks throughout the project.

I could not be happier with this company!! They deserve a higher rating in Quality, Responsiveness and punctuality. Their Workers were respectful, and the clean up were impressive. Everyone I spoke to was very professional, every phone call, ever encounter. I would rate this company a 10.

St. Joseph's was the third business we consulted when seeking a Townhouse Roof replacement. Our home lost several shingles due to wind and we decided to go for a full replacement (vice repair). St. Joseph's was referred to us by word of mouth and felt went with them for the following reasons: 1) Pricing was a primary factor and they were not the cheapest of the three, but felt the value was best -- their warranty, shingle offerings, and options for items such as exhaust vents and flashings were the best for us. We were able to easily adhere to our HOA guidelines for company/color for shingles. 2) There was a lead time on the materials and scheduling of the service. However, they offered and did come out to ensure any tarps were secured and suffered no additional damage as a result. 3) Their customer service hit the balance of timeliness/punctuality, as well as knowledge of the process and how to provide a solution for us. Overall, we are quite pleased with their service.

St. Joseph’s roofing was very easy to work with. The price they quoted was much lower than two other estimates I received. Communication in terms of scheduling was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

The true test of a roofing project is its longevity, and I can’t speak to that because my new roof is less than a month old. This review, then, is only about quality of service, which I could observe, not about quality of materials or workmanship, which will not be evident for quite some time. I took estimates from three highly rated roofers on Angie’s List. St. Joseph’s offer fell in the middle between the other two. It’s worth noting that it was a tight grouping. All estimates were within a thousand dollars of each other. The main reason I went with St. Joseph’s over the other companies is that Tim Kelly, the company’s Sr. Project Manager, provided highly personalized service. For example, of the three companies that sent reps to inspect my roof and draft estimates, Tim was the only one who also inspected the inside of my attic. (Interestingly, the company with the highest bid didn’t show up at all. They wrote up their estimate based on a satellite image of my house. High-tech, yes, but impersonal and not at all confidence-instilling.) Once the contract was signed, St. Joseph’s sent out two crews on consecutive days, one to replace the roof and the other to replace the gutters. Both crews were mannerly and highly professional. The gutter crew even made suggestions for how they might redirect a couple of gutters over my porch so that they would drain more effectively, a task they completed at no extra charge. Both Tim Kelly and Kiki Fusco, the company’s Insurance Operations Manager, were easy to get in touch with and responded to every one of my emails within one business day, at the most. They usually responded within hours. A couple days after the work had been done, I noticed that downspouts on two corners of my house had been set so low that my downspout extenders weren’t draining completely. (Rainwater had to go uphill a little in order to clear the extenders.) I emailed Kiki about it, and she sent out a crew to address the issue almost immediately. St. Joseph’s is serious about wanting happy customers.

It went very well! The employees replacing my gutters and roof were wonderful to work with and would answer every question that I had. Did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I have not found any debris or nails in my yard.

Scheduling was convenient, Communication was good, the crews were timely & efficient and cleaned up afterwards.

Roof and gutters damaged due to hail storm and wind. Here are steps: 1) Worked with Sean S. for initial estimate and insurance claim. Sean is very personable and followed up multiple times before, during (came on-site), and after the work. 2) SJR works with Allclaimspro to coordinate insurance claim directly with insurance. I would say this is one of the key parts of their business that I didn't have to worry about. They met with the insurance claims adjuster and worked through a couple iterations to get the complete repair costs (less upgrades) covered. I didn't have to worry about it. Also if they were unsuccessful then I was not obligated to use SJR. 3) Upon approval and receipt of insurance checks schedule roof repair. 4) Roofing supplies delivered. The company they used cause some damage to my property but it was resolved to my satisfaction. I will say it took a little more time to resolve than I expected though. 5) The roof replacement took 1.5 days. Much faster than I have seen other crews in the neighborhood. Was very please at the speed at which they completed the replacement. They did a mostly good job of cleaning up but did leave some nails and debris. 6) Gutter replacement took another month to schedule but I didn't care as it was only a few downspouts that were dented 7) Quality inspection happened a few days after the gutter work was completed and it was a review of the roofing and gutter work. As far as I can tell they did a good job on the roof as there are no more leaks. They also provide a 25-year manuf warranty on the shingles and a 10-year workmanship warranty. Hope I don't need either. Note: I did get a few upgrades and did have damaged boards that needed to be replaced that was not covered by insurance. It was completely out of pocket but SJR let me know up front. Overall a good experience and no surprises. As of this writing 3 of my neighbors have used SJR as a result of their work on my house.

We had great experience working with St. Joseph replacing the gable vents and repairing our damaged sidings. They provided a thorough estimate and answered any questions. The price is competitive comparing to others. The office staff was responsive, courteous, and helpful. Kevin, who worked on the project, was punctual, friendly, efficient and professional. We would definitely use this company again and recommend to our neighbors and friends.

We hired St. Joseph’s Roofing to replace the roof, gutters & downspouts, and siding on our house. I could not be happier with how the project turned out. The house now looks great! I used St Joseph’s Roofing when I replaced my roof back in 2017. Since I was very happy with their work, zero issues with my roof, I recently rehired them to replace my gutters. Nick, the VP/General Manager helped me through the decision process. Nick was very patience and professional, giving me time to decide while answering my barrage of questions. He assisted with choosing the right gutter guards for the house. (Apparently there are different guards for different trees, such as pine vs oak leaves- something I learned). I ended up getting the seamless aluminum gutters, with matching downspouts and powder-coated gauge steel E-Z Gutter Guards. The crew did a great job with the installation. I had two birds’ nest resting on the downspouts. They carefully removed the nests AND gingerly placed them back after installing the downspouts :) I am very happy with St Joseph’s Roofing and highly recommend them for any roofing or gutter work!

I had some wind damage to my roof and hired St. Joseph’s Roofing to replace it. I own a townhome with a roof that’s just under 800 square ft (8 squares) with an A-frame gable on the facade. I hired St. Joseph’s to install Certainteed Landmark shingles, synthetic underlayment, ice and water shield, pipe jacks, ridge vent, drip edge, replace two 26' rake boards, and install a ridge vent at the peak of my A-frame gable that didn’t have one already in order to increase the ventilation of my attic. Tim Kelly came out to look at my roof and was very thorough; he even climbed up through my scuttle hole to take a look at the decking and my roof from the inside. Mr. Kelly was very thorough and professional. Within a few days, I received an email detailing the project proposal and estimate with which I had a few questions. I called Mr. Kelly and went over the contract and he was very patient with all of my questions and very thorough with his answers. I agreed to the proposal, signed the contract, sent it in, and then I was contacted to schedule the project. I was told my project would happen the week of August 1st. I hadn’t heard anything by July 31st and reached out about my project and was told the earliest date would be August 2nd, weather dependent. The project began just after noon on the 4th and was “completed” that evening. I had asked 2 of the crew members to take photos for my insurance adjuster to determine if my existing roof had any synthetic underlayment or ice and water shield. No pictures seem to have been taken as none were provided. After taking a look at the roof a couple hours after the roofers left, I noticed there was no ridge vent on my A-frame gable. I called St. Joseph’s to ask about it and it seems as though it was an oversight. I was told a crew would come in a few days to take care of it. I was told the project was scheduled for the early afternoon of August 10th. I ran an errand around 10:15am and returned home at 11:50am, just in time to see the St. Joseph’s truck pulling away and leaving my home. I was not contacted when they arrived or when they finished. On the plus side I had a new ridge vent. In the contract, after the project is completed, a Sr. Project Manager will inspect the new roof to make sure it is up to the company’s standards. I reached out the second week of September since it had been over a month since my roof project was completed and I had not had an inspection nor received and invoice for payment. The Sr. Project Manager came on September 18th and performed the inspection and told me it looked good and to expect an invoice in my email. I received encouragement to leave feedback and review my experience and just received my invoice September 30th. Overall great experience with a few instances of communication breakdown, but I am thoroughly satisfied.

-The roof during their replacement leaked two floors down because it wasn't properly covered. -They cut the lightning rod cables and did not reattach them or inform me, leaving us vulnerable to lightning strikes. - I requested unsuccessfully that they fix the cut cable, the shingles that are detaching 3 years later, and the missing piece of ridge vent. - Immediately after the job, despite several requests to clean up, I had 3 flat tires; I had to hand pick up nails (a jar's worth) from the driveway. - For the problems of workmanship and failure to honor the warranty, I do not recommend them.

St Josephs Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof and several skylights. Their work was meticulous. They even repaired some siding that was causing a leak separate from the roof. They were followed up after the job was complete to ensure my satisfaction. Highly recommended.

I chose St. Joseph’s to replace my 20+ year old roof for the care they put into determining their estimate. For example, Sean was the only one of three contractors to climb up into my attic to inspect the interior. He gave me various shingle options and answered all my questions. When St. Joseph’s scheduled the project date, they sent a helpful email with instructions and description of the process. The roofing team was friendly and capable and left the area around my home cleaner than they found it. My new roof and gutters are beautiful, and I have confidence it will be another 20+ years before they need to be replaced.

First impressions mean a lot and I was very impressed with initial email briefing they sent about their company qualifications and process and estimator who explained their recommendations and process for roof replacement. Great communications from them throughout. Detailed email on what to expect once work was scheduled as well as phone calls. Very impressed with six guys who showed up to do the work as well as fact that they had two managers stop by during the day to inspect and monitor progress of installation. Great cleanup and follow through afterward on inspection.

I'm an architect, so I try to be selective about who I hire to work on my own house; I couldn't be happier with the work St. Joseph's Roofing did on my family's bungalow. Their price was competitive, their terms were fair, and they were professional and responsive from start to finish. If not for a rainstorm at the end of the day, they would have completed the entire replacement of my 30-year-old roof in a single day. They returned the next morning to clean-up and did a thorough job. I know we'll be reaching out to them again when it's time to replace our siding and our windows.

They were professional and responded quickly to questions and concerns I had. Only issue was the lack of communication when it came to scheduling the actual installation dates and if the day was going to have to be pushed back or come forward due to weather. They were in the average price range when compared to other quotes I received.

He was extremely professional, patient and helpful while deciding exactly which shingles and color would be best. He and his team provided many references for work they have done. Once we decided on shingles and.color, the installation crew arrived on time and did an extraordinary job. It took two full days and it looks incredible! The customer service throughout the process was extraordinary. Andy snd Isaac went above and beyond! Finally, the clean-up of materials after the job was perfect! Our expectations were far exceeded by the St. Joseph’s team. We would highly recommend them, especially after the estimates and service that was offered by their competitors! You will not be disappointed, if you hire this outstanding team!
