Description of Work: This is second project on which Ryan Reph Remodeling and I joined forces, and I was equally as pleased and satisfied with their overall quality of work and cooperativeness as I was on the first project. They are on the top of my list for any future "to do" list and I can recommend them honestly and wholeheartedly. Their work and pricing were exceptional.

Description of Work: I contracted Ryan Reph Remodeling Inc to remodel my basement/recreation room and was totall satisfied from the original estimate to the completion date. This organization was polite, accommodating, helpful and professional regarding all aspects of this project. I am completely satisfied with their workmanship, work ethics, good nature and helpfulness. The project consisted of removing old paneling, old floor tile in basement/recreation room, hallway and bedroom, and replacing with moisture barrier, insulation, new wallboard and laying new floor tile and overall painting. I couldn'thave bee more pleased with the outcome. The teamwork and communication between work crew of Alex and Anthony and their supervisors and/or office personnel was excellent and helped make their entire work environment acceptable. I would certainly recommend Ryan Reph Remodeling for any home remodeling or home project to anyone needing a reliable, professional and knowledgeable organization.. I intend to keep Ryan Reph Remodeling at the top of my "go to" list of contractors..

Description of Work: We are still in the process of getting estimates. They have great ideas and are very friendly. Their prices are also very good. I will post more after we decide who we will go with.

Description of Work: We wanted to install either an egress window or door in the basement. Selwa Reph was very responsive when I called for an estimate, and their pricing was very competitive. She came out on a Saturday morning to give us a quote. We ultimately went when with another contractor, but were very impressed by some of the general remodeling suggestions that Selwa had (and will probably call her when we get to that phase of the project). We chose the other contractor because we liked their approach better, even though it was a little more expensive - they are a masonry company that will build the wall block and concrete versus the prefabricated Bilco approach that Ryan Reph suggested.
