Our initial contact was with Selwa, one of the owners. She made the appointment with us and came right on time. She was enthusiastic, thorough, and gave us many suggestions as to how to complete the job. She answered all of our questions. She got back to us with the estimate within a weeks time. The estimate was very thorough and easy to understand. During this process we also met with Ryan, the other owner. We had put in several extras (the I wants vs I needs). They were very patient as we went back and forth deciding what we could do to reduce the cost. All in all, she was very easy to work with and the estimate came back with all changes made. We felt that the estimate was very reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done. We first needed to raise our floor under the bathroom (do to poor construction when the house was built). They provided us with an engineer who assured us that the problem could be fixed and at a reasonable cost. He was also terrific to work with. We also knocked out two walls. The workman showed up on the day they were scheduled right on time. They came everyday, on time, until the job was completed. The workman, both named Adam, were friendly, personable, and easy to have around. They worked hard and cleaned up after they were done for the day. The foreman, Adam, made sure that everything was perfect. He would see imperfections and fix them before I even noticed. Ryan checked in with me frequently, on the phone and on site, to see how everything was going. If changes were made, he kept me informed. They were absolutely fantastic to work with. Nothing was too much to ask. I can't say enough nice things about them.

The process could not have gone better! Selwa and Ryan took the time to understand what we wanted to do, had great ideas, and communicated with us regularly throughout the process to make sure that our needs and expectations were met. Their work crew was friendly, excellent at communication, and very skilled. Our previously cramped and unattractive master bathroom is now spacious and beautiful. It includes a large custom shower with multiple Kohler water tile fixtures, built in soap and shampoo niches, a frameless glass door and side panels, a marble bench, and overhead lighting. As well, we now have a beautiful wood vanity with a granite countertop, a custom linen closet, and a new toilet. The tile and listello work throughout the shower and bathroom floor is amazing. On several occasions, the team went beyond the call to help us out. For instance, Selwa met us at the tile store and helped us to navigate among all of the various alternatives for floor and wall tiling, listellos, and grout. She took the time to help us to find the perfect combination of materials. Ryan volunteered to take a sample of the granite from our vanity to a local granite shop to locate matching granite caps for our knee wall and shower threshold. He found what we needed and was able to get us a good price for the matching pieces. Although the contract only called for patching the floor area in our closet after the wall was moved, Antonio spent hours removing, cutting, and replacing the existing hard wood flooring to make the repair seamless. Meanwhile, Anuar kindly buiit us a custom frame for our attic entrance so that we could access it without having to laboriously remove the screws holding the cover in place. The contract called for painting the new wall in our bedroom to match the adjoining walls. However, when they determined that the custom color match was not quite exact, the crew took it upon themselves to paint the adjoining walls as well so that the room would look perfect. Many of the doors in our home were in bad shape and did not open and close properly. Thanks to Ryan Reph Remodeling, we now have beautiful custom wood doors throughout the house that operate perfectly. We were so delighted with their work that we hired them to do additional work on the main level of our home. The new porcelain tile floor in the foyer is beautiful as is the remodeled adjoining powder room. The sagging popcorn ceiling in the dining room has been replaced, and both this room and the living room now are much brighter with new recessed lighting that has been installed. During the process of repairing drywall and installing lights in the living room ceiling, the crew identified and repaired a leak from outside, thereby preventing costly future damage. With a significant remodeling project, an important concern is cleanliness. The Ryan Reph team was excellent about putting up plastic barriers to contain dust, protecting the floors, and cleaning up at the end of each work day. They also removed all of the old fixtures and debris and disposed of them. We highly recommend Ryan Reph Remodeling. Their prices are very reasonable, their communication is excellent, and their work is first rate.

We decided not to use them because their price was a little higher than other comparable companies. We also felt that they were too inflexible compared to others. They were generally favorable, but we had a better rapport with other contractors.

They did a great job with the estimate. I didn’t use them because their quote was higher than I expected. The estimate was for $30000. They were really prompt and very friendly. They were very open to our suggestions. They gave good hints and suggestions as well.

I got a quote just to see how competitive they were. They were good. They were very professional. The only reason I didn't use them was because they were pricier than some of the others.

The work started on time, finished on time and the daily interruption was minimal.The area was cleaned & the workers did not disturb any other area of my home.

While planning the remodel of our master bath, we contacted Ryan Reph Remodeling, Inc. Selwa Mazouz Reph responded to us promptly and visited with us shortly after. We were impressed with her practicality and enthusiasm as well as her general knowledge. She submitted their estimate promptly and the price quoted was well detailed and much better than other quotes we received. They also submitted almost 30 names and emails of references! While in the end we decided not to proceed with the project, should we pick it up later we will certainly be contacting them.

After getting the job to rebuild our home, Ryan met with his structural engineer, electrician, and himself to perform a more detailed assessment of the job. His focus was to get the exterior pulled off (siding, windows, roof, trusses) and get them replaced ASAP as the colder months were closing in. He accomplished that excellent and a crane was brought in and almost of the truss work was replaced. After siding and windows were put on, the focus turned to the inside with electrical, insulation, plumbing and then dry walling). Overall this went smooth. They then moved into working on the finish work such flooring, cabinets, vanities, closets, interior doors etc.. and then on to painting. Things went very well and Ryan took care of any of our concerns immediately. Normally these types of things are frustrating but Ryan Reph really took care of us in the whole process and made us at ease. There was no stress when dealing with Ryan. He is a top notch professional who knows his customer. Overall, we moved back on March 1, 2011 and we are very happy with our rebuilt home.

The owner came to our home and did an estimate of the procedures and cost of the project. She was very friendly, professional and informative. She emailed the estimate details to us promptly. This was one of the most detailed and complete estimates that we have ever received. This is a very good company but the cost was way over our budget.

We were very pleased. They were easy to work with and very accommodating. The price was reasonable.

It was very good. The communication was excellent, they were prompt, but we haven't progressed past that point just yet. I would consider them in the future.

They are wonderful. They have done three rounds of work. They are fantastic, almost so good that I don't want them to get too booked up more than they are. Ryan, the owner, is wonderful. He just goes the extra mile. He doesn't nickel and dime. We can completely trust him. He is constantly going the extra mile. I can't say enough good things about him. He personally comes and his partner Selwa is great too. They get it done on time, sometimes even before time. I remember the first time when we were looking for someone. Everyone else quoted us much higher and a much longer time frame and they got it done more quickly. I really don't know how much we spent in 2005 off the top of my head because we had them come in a few times. It was in tens of thousands and all together it would have been in six figures. Of the three bids that we got the first time, they were the lowest and the quickest. If we have anything we will go to Ryan. He is great and really good in terms of going beyond the call of duty and going the extra mile. My husband and I have been really impressed. A month or so later if we had issues with one of the fixtures, he came quickly and fixed it. It's that responsiveness that we really appreciate. He is there and he makes the time to come out and fix it. I think he has even come out months later. We call and he will come and take a look. It is a gem of a company.

Everything went very well with them. They were very prompt. I rate them high overall.

The experience was very good. They were professional and showed up on time. They did the work within one day.

We are repeat customers of Ryan Reph Remodeling. We were so pleased with the work they did two years ago on our kitchen remodel that we used them this year to remodel the bathroom on the main floor of the house. This was a daunting job as the bathroom had virtually no improvements made to it since 1928, when the house was built. Ryan and his crew removed the plaster walls, the ceramic tiles surrounding the tub, as well as the floor and ceiling, bringing the room down to the studs. They also removed a 300+ pound cast iron bathtub and replaced it with a new cast iron tub. They installed tiles that we purchased, a new floor, a ceiling exhaust fan, and added new wiring and plumbing throughout. At our request, they removed a radiator in the room and installed radiant heating under the new ceramic floor tiles. They used high quality materials, including maintenance-free epoxy for grouting. The result is a beautiful and functional bathroom. We couldn't be more pleased with the job they did.

Work took 4 weeks. All phases went smoothly. Selwa, the advance/sales/marketing official, had good suggestions from the outset, and saw the potential for improving the appearance and functionality of the kitchen. Selwa gave us a contract with a description of the work to be done, the payment schedule, and the total cost, with upper limits on costs for two big ticket items: cabinets and countertops. The contract lets the customer select the cabinets and countertops he/she wants (from any vendor), and if the customer exceeds the contractual dollar limits for these two items, then he/she agrees to pay for the additional costs. We, in fact, opted for more expensive cabinets and countertops than the amounts assumed by the contract. and agreed to pay an extra $4,800 more. During the demolition phase of the project, the Ryan Reph workers took steps to prevent the spread of dust into other parts of the house. The foreman and crew were competent in all construction disciplines, including electrical, plumbing, masonry, and carpentry. We were consulted by Ryan and his team at all decision points, and the company was quick to point out options for handling any problems that arose. We felt that we were involved in all important decisions in the project. The Ryan Reph crew was polite, considerate of our property and respectful of our time. The results were amazing. We have lived in the house for over 30 years and would have never believed the kitchen could be so beautiful and functional. We opted for maple Brighton Cabinets, Cambria (quartz) for the countertops, each of which we purchased from Cabinet Discounters of Chantilly, a vendor suggested by Selwa (Fernando of Cabinet Discounters was very knowledgeable and helpful). The floor was ceramic, affixed with a maintenance-free epoxy grout recommended by Ryan Reph. By following Ryan's suggestions, we have ended up with a very low maintenance, yet beautiful, kitchen. Ryan was there at all key decision ponts in the project, and was quick to resolve issues that arose. His attitude is upbeat and positive, with a distinct interest in giving the customer what he/she wants. Overall, our experience with the company was very, very good.
