ROSSEN LANDSCAPE

I called Rossen's for an estimate on landscaping all of my mulch beds and pool area on 15 April 2105. The person who answered the phone took my information and said someone would get back to me shortly. Two weeks later (1 May), someone called and said they had been going through their notes and noticed my request. When I mentioned that I had called two weeks prior, he said he had left me a message and that I had not called back. This, of course, was not true - or he had called the wrong number, because there was no message, nor any record of a missed call on my cell or on my caller ID on the home phone. Regardless, I repeated to him that I wanted landscaping done to my beds and the pool area, and he said he would set up a time to give me an estimate - that he would call back after he looked at his schedule. I realize Spring is a busy time, but it has been 19 days and no one has contacted me again. I really had no other companies in mind, and since Rossen's did work on my street, I had really planned on using them. No any more and not ever. Over 30 days just to get someone to contact me about an estimate is not what I would expect.

The service was excellent. The workers are very polite, considerate, and they do a good job. They were on-time. They are meticulous, and they do a good job. Everything looks real good when they leave.

I changed to Rossen Landscape this year and love them. They do all of my services, have done many installations, remove the leaves on time, close sprinkler system and are scheduled for snow removal. What a relief to have a company that can handle the entire outside.
