Munoz Construction LLC did a great job on renovating my primary bedroom bathroom. Jose, the owner, listens well and makes great recommendations. Everything went according to plan and I am 100% happy with the result. The work occurred during a time when I had to be out of the house for large parts of most days, and I had no concern about it. Communication with Jose and his team was excellent. In the end, we also stayed within the estimated cost.

We had a wonderful experience in contracting with Munoz Construction LLC for a thorough bathroom remodel in October 2024. Mr. Munoz worked with us each step of the way from advising us on our original design plans, to scheduling the construction work, and closely overseeing its completion and quality. His expert team demolished our old bathroom in one day, and cleaned up so well afterwards that one could hardly tell any construction work was underway in the house. Each weekday for the next two weeks Jose's experienced team rebuilt the bathroom from the ground up. They replaced old subflooring where there had been water damage; installed a new bathtub, wall and floor tile, added recessed ceiling lights and extra electrical outlets, and recessed shelves in the wall, a new vanity, toilet and all the fixtures. The final touch was a beautiful paint job. The excellent workmanship, attention to detail, daily clean-up, and meticulousness of his highly experienced crew completely met our hopes. Each day, Jose Munoz personally came by to check on the work and quality, and consult with us. The entire project came in on time and on budget. We were absolutely delighted with the final look, the attention to detail, and the professionalism of Jose and his team members who were scrupulously polite, talented artisans, and a pleasure to have in our home. We couldn't be more pleased with our entire experience and look forward to working with him on our next remodeling project.

Smoothest remodeling project we have ever experienced! Workmanship was top notch, and Jose did an outstanding job communicating with us throughout the project, sending photos and videos of progress when we could not be present. Our master bathroom remodel was completed in three weeks, as promised. I give them my highest recommendation, and would definitely use them again!

Munoz Construction has completed two projects in our home and we are extremely pleased with their work. The most recent project was a kitchen update wherein they replaced the countertops, backsplash, downdraft exhaust fan, spice cabinet pull out organizer, sink, faucet and disposal switch. They also did some carpentry work, repaired and painted drywall, and coordinated the installation of the new countertops as well as repurposing the granite from the kitchen to the basement bar area with the stone contractor. Jose and his team (Pedro and Armando) arrived promptly each morning and were a pleasure to work with. They were always respectful of our home; laying down drop cloths to protect our floors and thoroughly cleaning up the work spaces at the end of the day. They worked tirelessly to solve complex issues and create innovative and cost saving solutions. Munoz Construction is the only company I will use going forward because of their professionalism, excellent communication, trustworthiness, value and exceptional quality of work. Jose and his employees were amazing. He was reasonably priced compared to other quotes we received; they paid attention to the smallest details; and they did a fabulous job. We couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom. We plan to ask Jose to do future projects for us! Very highly recommend!!

We hired Muñoz Construction, LLC (Herndon, VA), to remodel our kitchen, install new flooring in three rooms, repair drywall that had been damaged by a previous owner, remove old wood paneling and replace it with drywall, then paint all ceilings and walls in the remodeled and repaired areas, including the basement. We are very happy with the results. Throughout the process, they were professional, respectful, courteous, and efficient. They listened to our ideas and preferences, plus offered us helpful suggestions and advice. They completed the entire project ahead of schedule and well within the contract agreement cost. The quality of their workmanship is excellent. They used high-quality materials and equipment, and paid attention to every detail. They also cleaned up the work area every day and did not leave a mess behind. The outcome was a total transformation of our kitchen into a light, bright, and airy space. We love the new cabinets, countertops, floors, paint, and fixtures. The new flooring they installed is beautiful; all of the painted walls are fresh, smooth, and bright. It all looks fantastic. Every project with Munoz Construction has been a perfect experience, and we have done at least five. They have run the gamut from sliding door installation to complete stairwells removal and reconstruction to a full kitchen remodel, among others. Owner Jose Munoz is a true professional. He has excellent crews and oversees their work daily. He is usually on site at the start of the day; often here at midday; and, always at day's end. The attention to detail is superb. His ability to find solutions to the unexpected or to help make our desired enhancements possible has been truly satisfying.

Everything went exactly as planned. Workers were always on time, minimized disruption, and left the house clean each day. I'm a repeat customer and will call on Jose Munoz for my next project. Work was excellent and for each project he completed it at or less than the initial estimate.

Jose and his team did a fantastic job! The kitchen, the floors, the bathroom, and the walls they painted look amazing! They finished within the timeframe discussed and even worked with us when we confronted issues with the delivery of some appliances by a third party. There were no surprises and he was always available to answer any questions we had. His team went the extra mile to clean the spaces they renovated each night. Simply put, they surpassed our expectations in terms of quality, professionalism, and affordability. Initially, we sought 3 different estimates/bids from 3 different contractors, including one from Muñoz Construction, LLC. Muñoz’s estimate was definitely the more complete, accurate, and transparent. It described exactly what was to be performed, the cost for each item and the cost of labor. We liked the fact that José, the owner, was very clear in explaining the pros, each of the steps, and the timetable, the whole project was going to take. It was and easy and painless process. My wife and I felt very comfortable choosing the services of Muñoz Construction. Once the project started, they were very professional and did an excellent job; finding solutions to unexpected issues or problems. His employees were very responsive, responsible and respectful (and hard working!). Jose was always on top of the project, making sure things were done correctly. And also talking to us, checking with us, and making sure we were comfortable with the job and the personnel assigned to do it. They were also very accommodating with last minute changes we wanted. That was really good. The result was extraordinary. Our kitchen is really beautiful, well built and we’re very happy with it. Munoz Construction provided professional, timely services at reasonable prices. Their work crew did an excellent job on our exterior wood home repairs, which included fixing our balcony that was sagging severely because of rot, and took the time to explain all aspects of the completed projects to my wife and me. We are extremely satisfied with their work and will be contacting them for our future repair needs. We highly recommend their services.

We can't speak highly enough of Munoz Construction. From the time we first reached out to Mr. Munoz (based on the recommendation of our neighbor), our experience with the company was professional and friendly. Mr. Munoz and his team showed up when expected and cleaned up exceptionally well every day of work. Although it is always disruptive to lose use of a kitchen, Munoz Construction worked to allow us as much access to our appliances and space as possible and took steps to keep the rest of house clean and free of dust and debris. The team worked full days and was exceedingly polite. The work was well done, clearly exhibiting the high skill level of Mr. Munoz and his team. Mr. Munoz kept us informed at each step of the project, prepared for and avoided any issues that might have delayed the project, regularly checked each day's work and overall progress and was extremely profession and trustworthy. Extremely well. Mr. Munoz submitted written bids. His teams were always punctual and got the work done on time. They were courteous and helpful. They always did top quality work. If Mr. Munoz wasn't satisfied with any detail, the work was quickly redone. They have completed several projects for us and we would never call on anyone else. We recommend them highly!

From the initial consultation to project completion, Jose and his crew did an outstanding job. I had multiple contractors estimate the project, all quotes I received were not only much higher than Jose's, but Jose was the only contractor that actually spent time, wrote everything down, and adequately priced out each component of the project (as this was a large project). I chose Jose due to his thoroughness, trustworthiness, and price. He really cares about his clients and making sure that they're happy. The job consisted of flooring, drywall, insulation, framing, windows, siding, electric, paint, and all trim work. It was all done in about a month, which was impressive. Jose's crew showed up every day he had them scheduled, on time, and even some Saturdays. He has his own crew who does all the work. They were also very personable and clean up every day. As you can see I can't say enough good things about Munoz Contracting and their work, and we will definitely hire him again for the next project.

This is the second job Munoz Construction has done for us and they are a delight to work with. The crew is friendly and always on time. Jose, the owner, offers helpful suggestions. Workmanship is excellent.

Jose and his team remodeled our master bathroom. They removed the existing tile, tub, and shower and installed a walk in shower, They needed to move the plumbing for the shower and vanity, install a new tile floor, build the shower, install tile for the shower floors, walls, and two niches. They also, repaired all the walls and painted the entire room. Their craftsmanship on the tile work, drywall work, and painting is the best that I have seen. They did an incredible job. They were very professional. They arrived on time every day. Jose is an excellent communicator and took the time to explain any options throughout the project. They put protective material down on all the floors leading to the bathroom and setup a plastic barrier each day to contain the dust. At the end of every day, they cleaned up their work area so that the construction materials and tools were limited to the bathroom itself. We had compete access to the rest of the master bedroom. Very highly recommended and I would not hesitate to contract with Munoz Construction again.

Hands down the best experience we have ever had with a contractor … and we’ve had numerous highly regarded contractors over the years. Munoz Construction (owned by Jose Munoz) earned our confidence and utmost respect during the two-week project of installing a skylight tunnel, modifying another skylight tunnel, building a sound proof room (complex job), adjusting light fixtures, electrical work, insulation, and painting. We selected Munoz Construction over two other highly rated contractors and couldn’t be happier with the results. From our very first conversation and throughout the project, Jose was very courteous, thoughtful, thorough, reliable, and punctual. He listened intently on what was requested, asked questions to ensure he fully understood our desires, and offered constructive suggestions as appropriate. Jose would always check on the quality of his crew’s work several times throughout the day and always communicated the plan for the following day. As pleased as we were about the quality and way work was done, it was the small things that set them apart from others. Each day the crew draped plastic coverings over furniture and drop cloths on the floors. When the workday was over, they didn’t just tidy up but they would thoroughly clean-up the area (to include vacuuming, removal of draped plastic coverings on furniture, and policing up their tools). They even noticed and graciously fixed our bathroom door that didn’t close properly and resolved a GFI issue we wouldn’t have known was a problem. Munoz Construction, thank you! Jose and his crew are outstanding. Their attention to detail, cleanliness, and respect of our home was incredible. Jose is so easy to work with and he is accessible almost 24/7. I would highly recommend Munoz construction and my family will never use another contractor besides Jose. Bathroom #1 - this bathroom had major issues. The floor was damaged and the shower was leaking. Jose replaced the entire subfloor, shower/tub, title, vanity, and all electrical. This was a major job. Everything was strengthened and given strong structural support. It is now extremely safe and beautiful. Bathroom 2 - the master shower also had a leak and poor tile work from a previous remodel. Jose replaced all the tile and rebuilt the shower pan. He was able to save an expensive shower door from the previous remodel. We also decided to replace the title floor during the remodel and it was not an issue and Jose never questioned our request. LVP Floors - Jose replaced the kitchen, dining room, hallways, and stairs with LVP. Selecting the product was simple and Jose was helpful throughout the entire process. The product was of high quality and is extremely durable. The stairs were replaced with wood and painted to match the LVP. This was done for durability and quality. The stairs match the LVP perfectly. All the walls were also painted. There was some drywall repair throughout the process too. Jose made sure to strengthen all the walls and it looks fantastic. Seriously, we couldn’t be happier with this job. I wish we would have found him years ago so we wouldn’t have had to redo a previously completed renovation done by another company. We highly recommend Jose and Munoz Construction for any and all jobs.

Everything went great. Jose kept us informed the entire time, and let us know how things were going. He even fit in some paint work on the outside of the house that we needed done while he and his team were working. We are very pleased with our fence and the work that was done. Munoz Construction was excellent from start to finish. This was a pretty large project that took a few months of lead-time before we got started. Jose was great the entire time, even before we put down the initial deposit. Once everything was in place and the project started, his crew, led by Johnny, were really professional and easy to work with. Jose works really hard to keep his customers happy, specifically by keeping us well informed throughout the project. In the end, our screened-in-porch looks amazing. We definitely recommend Munoz Construction.

Mr. Munoz was very professional from the beginning since we started to look at the possibilities of building a new garage to the end of the completion . We have started on the winter time which makes things a little more difficult but there was a precise time . the permits.the plans .preparation of the grounds. Very proactive and very accessible on the building of every single part and detail of the project,he was always there the confection of the garage floor and everything else. He has a very good group of employees that are very nice and always cleaning everything at the end of the day which is very important in order to go on with the normal activities of your household.! Other things that are to comment are that he is behind his work 100%. And prompt response. So in few words I am very satisfied with the performance of Muñoz company and I will recommend him for any of my projects.
