Superb! Mr. Munoz designed and built the new structure to meet both Fairfax County code and my homeowner's association's strict architectural guidelines. I am delighted with the look and quality of the construction and even a neighbor has commented on the exceptional level of effort and the attention to detail. I have used Mr. Munoz on several other remodeling projects over a period of several years, including tile, wood flooring, drywall, painting, and other remodeling efforts. All projects have exceeded my expectations for design, quality of workmanship, selection of materials, timeliness, and value for the money. I will continue to use Mr. Munoz and would recommend him without hesitation.

1. He does quality work. He went back and fixed a roof problem he didn't like that I never would have noticed. He redid dome molding work his guys did because he didn't think it was done well enough. 2. He did not try to sell me on more work or raise the price because "we didn't expect this" the way other contractors often do. He replaced the roof vent on my neighbors roof for the price of the vent ($5.00) because "he was there anyway". 3. Some other contractors show up for 1 day to start and then you don't see them for 2 weeks. He didn't do that. He started when he said and finished on time even though he had to stay late1 day.

Jose is the best! We use him for all household repair from minor jobs to major renovations. He shows up on time and works hard to get the job done to the high standards of my husband. Jobs he has done for us include: installing recessed lighting, installing wood backyard fence, painted, installed drywall, full bathroom renovation including plumbing, electrical and tile, full laundry room renovation, finished basement with drywall, polish concrete floor, repoint our front steps, the list goes on and on. We trust Jose to show up at our house while we travel and get loads of repairs done while we travel. I can not recommend Munoz construction enough.

I will only use Munoz Construction for my home repair and new home addition jobs. I have used a well established company named C & S Construction during our initial move-in and I have literally spent thousands of dollars repairing the work done incorrectly, not to mention the areas where work was not done as it should have been completed (insulation under new addition in kitchen, and warped wood flooring due to their mistakes). Jose Munoz responded promptly to every call, followed through every assignment and provided the most wonderful, detail to all repairs. I tell everyone about him. The work was completed promptly and to the highest standards. In the future, I will only use Munoz Construction-so thankful they are in this area.

I was given Jose's name by a friend and contacted him to come to my home and provide an estimate. He was very professional and was able to provide me with a proposal in a very timely manner. He explained in detail as to how he would perform the work. He worked with me to pick out the finishes and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the materials needed for the entire renovation. He provided me with a timeframe as to how long the project would take to finish. He was extremely accurate with his estimate of time and in fact finished earlier than expected. While performing the work he was very conscientous about other rooms in proximity to the bathroom and ensured that plastic protection was placed over the furniture and walls to minimize dust. They cleaned up daily before leaving. His staff was very friendly and accommodating. The renovation entailed a complete demo of all all drywall and flooring so that he could complete the plumbing under the floor and replaced the the 30 year old drywall. His attention to detail was very much appreciated. His suggestions on how I could save money on the project was also impressive. He was very concerned about my satisfaction throughout the project and would ask for approval on any changes that he wanted to make. Once he was done I had a beatifully renovated bathroom that was extremely functional. Due to my husbands health condition, I had to remove the tub and create a walk in shower. His workmanship with the tile, plumbing, hardware and flooring provided me a finished product that more than exceeded my expectations. In fact, I have recommended him to several other people and they are utilizing his services. As well, he did such a great job, I have him scheduled to do my second bathroom. I will also be reaching out to him to do some additional flooring work throughout my house. Excellent contractor with a very professional attitude!!

I have had Munoz Construction working for me on and off from 2007 to date. Mr. Munoz has completely rebuilt my home from opening up the floor plan to remodeling my kitchen and bathrooms, completely repainting inside and out. His company has provided me with excellent work, very prompt, cheerful & courteous at all times. The work in my 1920 cape cod style home would have never been completed without his 150 percent efforts, dedication to his work and a budget he was able to meet. If ever there was a concern, or a new procedure Mr. Munoz with his great attitude, cheerfully will say things like; "Okay.. I'll get right on it" This was quite a job, at ever turn he provided me with many ideas and cost savings solutions to what could have been very expensive. I would highly recommend Munoz Construction for any job in your home inside or out. He and his company is completely trust worthy matter a fact he has a key to my home so that if I'm not here he can come in and fix my problems, locking the doors on his departure. Very punctual and reliable, finished products are always excellent. Paint work (2 coats) completed beautifully and door work, which required repairs to poor framing work done by a previous contractor, completed perfectly for replacement of two sets of steel patio French doors. I have hired this contractor in the past to lay hardwood floors, paint the interior of my home, install crown and other moldings, install wainscoting, and install ceramic back splashes. His work was always done correctly, on time, and at a reasonable cost. The finished product has always exceeded our expectations. In addition, Jose Munoz stands behind his work, appreciates our business, and respects our property.

I met Jose Munoz when he was the punch list person for Keswick Construction. He can do it all! He and his crew are meticulous and perfectionists. He has painted my entire house, inside and out...repaired every nail pop in the house and built my shed from scratch (no kit - and it matches the craftsman style of my house). Of most importance, we can leave him in the house knowing that he will take care of the dog and watch the house as if it were his own. We used him this time for cosmetic work around the house...he and his crew are prompt and work until the job is done. They always make sure we are happy with the plan before starting, happy with the progress of the work, and happy with the results.
