Description of Work: They clean my 4 bedroom, 3 bath house beautifully twice a month.

Description of Work: We used them three or four times. The cleaning job itself was mostly good, but the last time it seemed like the shower pan had not been scrubbed well. To be fair, I did not report it within 24 hours to have them come back and fix it as I did not notice right away, and then my schedule did not allow time for the coordination. There were times when the cleaning crew who came did not know how much to charge, so either they or we had to call the office to confirm the rate, which was inconvenient. It seemed they should have been briefed on this in advance. The office staff were helpful if an issue with a charge was reported, but it seemed there was a general lack of clear communication between the office staff and the cleaning crew, which resulted in our having to call in more than I think we should have. This is largely why we ultimately stopped using them. We did not set up a recurring appointment/contract, but rather made ad hoc calls as we needed to do so. Perhaps if we had a regularly scheduled service, the experience would have been better.

Description of Work: They came late, and after I explained exactly what needed to be cleaned, and what DID NOT, specifically noting the the framed wall hangings were NOT to be touched, they did it anyway! In doing so, they knocked off a valuable ceramic collector's item that I'm unable to replace. When I called management to complain, they reduced the price and offered to buy a new item, but it's irreplaceable--they never understood that. Services should have been complimentary at that point. They do no follow instructions and for that reason will NEVER use them again, nor can I reco them to anyone.

Description of Work: Maid Bright has cleaned our two bedroom apartment twice now - the initial cleaning and the first biweekly visit. The same two girls came both times and did a great job cleaning the apartment. They brought their own equipment and arrived on time, and the company is good about calling with 30 minutes notice of their arrival. The price is a bit high for just 1000 sqft apartment.

Description of Work: Overall a great value. We went with a montly cleaning plan and the first cleaning was incredibly thorough and fantastic. After that I saw a large drop off leading me to contact the company and ask that the details be paid attention to - I feel like the lack of quality was simply due to a rushed job. It wasn't anything major (and perhaps I'm just picky) but after the call service improved. We'll continue to use them.

They were pretty good, but always feels like they miss a few spots. Overall I'm satisfied, but I do want to shop around and see if there are cheaper places.

Description of Work: They cleaned the house. They did it well, but the price was too high to be used in the future.

Description of Work: The owner is very professional. The service is good overall, there are a very few issues that are not even serious ones. They clean what they are supposed to clean, no more and no less (e.g., they did not clean a yogurt 'splotch' on the lid-lift pedal of the stainless steel garbage can.) They do not dust lamp shades. I don't think the same "team" did my last cleaning, as it was not quite the excellent job done previously, just seemed a bit more hastily done (the job is in the details) but I have no doubt it will be up to par next week. I feel confident that if I called to comment on something it WOULD get done well the next time. It is a bit pricey compared to the competitors (from what I understand from my neighbors) but I am not looking to change providers, happy with the service for now.
