We had used another service previously, so we knew the cost was fair. The office is pleasant to deal with and flexible whenever it has become necessary to change the date of the appointment. They are always willing to work around our schedule. Description of Work: The person who gave me the quote arrived on time, as does the bi-weekly cleaning crew. I had some initial issues with the first team that cleaned the house, and when I mentioned the issues to the company, a new crew was sent the next time who addressed my concerns. Additionally, I had some issues getting scheduled for a time that was agreeable, but haven't had any more problems with this after the three times I contacted the company. The pricing is better than my last service and the cleaning provided is meets expectations.

Description of Work: Three "maids" arrived and divided up our two story home among them. They immediately set to work and there was little chatting unless it was work related. There was always one worker who spoke English but all were pleasant. They did a good job so I always felt like they were worth the money.
