I have used Maid Bright on a weekly basis for the past three years and have always been happy with the service they provide. I have recommended them on several occasions to friends and the friends have raved. The crew that comes to my house are friendly, relatively fast yet thorough and they speak English. If I need for them to pay attention to a specific area they always do exactly what I need and are friendly about it. Sometimes I have needed to reschedule a cleaning due to a scheduling conflict on my side and the manager has always obliged. Customer service in general is outstanding.

I have a family of four with two infants and two dogs. Maid Bright is always able to accomodate my busy schedule. They are punctual and take their time to do a detail-oriented cleaning, which is crucial when you have pets. They also bring their own equipment and supplies, which is convenient for my family.
Description of Work: I currently get my three-level townhome cleaned by Maid Bright every other week. I have been using Maid Bright for the past two years. They are consistent in sending the same cleaning crew which makes it convenient. The crew also speaks English, which is very helpful. Their prices are reasonable; comparable to other companies without finding excuses to charge more.

They do a decent job. I am overall satisfied with the work that they do. They put a big scratch on one of my tables. The manager came out and looked at it so they agreed to pay for half of the refinishing work that needed to be done because of this. There was no argument about it, they were very responsive and took responsibility for it. I will continue to use them. The approximate cost listed is every other week.
Description of Work: They come out every other week to do house cleaning for us. This is for a four bedroom, three and a half bath two story home. We have used them now for a couple of years, about two to two and a half. They strip the beds and remake them, clean the bathrooms and kitchen, dust, mop, vacuum, clean the microwave, oil the wood furniture, etc.
