Maid Bright

After calling for an estimate, Jay quickly returned my phone call and came to my home within a few days for the estimate. He is very professional, courteous and prompt. After the first cleaning, our home looked great and we could tell that it has been cleaned. We were very pleased with the results. We have decided to use Maid Bright on a monthly basis and look forward to coming home to a clean house. I highly recommend Jay?s company.

They gave me a heads-up on email the day prior of their expected arrival time. Communication with Maid Bright via email (which is my main basis) is superb! We left for work, house was dirty. Came home, house was spotless. Hard to complain, and the price was great! We have used about 5 different cleaning services in the past 4 years. Each was flawed to some degree (unprofessional ownership/mgmt, poor job cleaning, careless job banging into walls and destroying things, etc). I am pleased to report after finally conducting some research this time, I finally arrived where I should have started in the first place. I can and will highly recommend Jay and Maid Bright. There are a lot of substandard cleaning places out there. This is definitely NOT one of them! thanks guys Kyle

Jay returned my phone call promptly and arranged a convenient time to come out and give an estimate. He is extremely professional, friendly and accomodating. I was amazed at how our entire house sparkled after the first cleaning. A special return date was requested the day prior to our first open house which was arranged and the follow up cleaning did not disappoint. I was especially impressed with the decorative styling of the kleenex, toilet paper and towels in the bathroom, it felt like I was living in a hotel! I never thought of myself as a slob, but the house hasn't been this clean since we moved in! It's wonderful! We will continue to use their services on a bi-weekly basis. It will be much easier to keep our house in top showing condition with the services of Maid Bright!

We had a 50th anniversary party coming up, and our contractor had just finished on the inside of the house. I needed someone who could respond quickly and could do this really heavy cleaning. The crew from Maid Bright was AMAZING! I came home to gleaming hardwood floors, immaculate bathrooms, and an entirely fingerprint and paw print free kitchen! I was especially pleased to learn that the products they used on the floors were "pet safe". I was proud of how my home looked the day of the party, and I owed that entirely to the crew from Maid Bright. I am so happy I've now got them coming every 2 weeks!

Professional staff that was punctual, courteous, dilligent and thorough. I have used other housecleaning services that were not as professional as these two ladies. I was impressed enough to sign up for bi-weekly services.

We found Maid Bright from Angie's List with glowing reports. Owner Jay was very responsible, flexible and accommodating, and fit us in the next day. The price was a little bit high for the first cleaning which we fully understood. The employees arrived a little late and worked right away. They dusted the furniture, vacuumed the carpets and mopped the floors in the master bedroom, the foyer, the kitchen, the bathrooms, the sun room, the living room, dining room, and the library. They were very focused, worked very hard and everything shone after the cleaning. They did a terrific job on some carpeting which had got pretty grimy. They stayed later than planned to get the job done. Jay called back the next day to inquire about the work. We have scheduled with Maid Bright to come monthly.

Very pleased with our service. Very little instruction was needed and they started right in. They came in an knew exactly what needed to be done and proceeded to clean everything as needed. They were efficient and thorough. Very focused on doing the job and doing it right. Plus some nice touches with folding of the tissue and toilet paper (similar to a hotel). They even cleaned on top of the refrigerator!

We've been very happy with their service. Jay is responsive and the maids are punctual. We've had them do four cleanings so far, every three weeks, and each has been as good as the last. We plan to stay with them so long as the quality remains high. The price seems like it may be a bit steep, but it's definitely affordable.

We needed a cleaning done no later than Wednesday, and contacted MaidBright on Monday. Even though we couldn't be home, MaidBright came on Tuesday. The house was cleaned very well, and they locked up behind themselves as asked. The price felt a little steep, but given how quickly they scheduled and performed the cleaning it was worth it.

We were very pleased with Maid Bright's services. Jay explained the nature of their services upfront and explained in detail the services offered. The service was everything we were promised - punctual, professional and very thorough.

I was in a bind and needed my house cleaned the next day. I called Maid Bright and they were able to send two ladies out the next day, bright and early the next day. I only had 2 hours that day that I would be home and they were able to accomodate me. They worked diligently and I will definitely hire them again. Thank you!!

I found Maid Bright on Angie's List. Jay responded to my email inquiry promptly and we scheduled a first visit for estimate. I was pleased to learn that all employees are documented and receive benefits. Jay was thorough, friendly and professional as he explained their service and listened to my needs (dust allergy.) The higher charge for a first deep cleaning was waived because our house had been cleaned recently by our long term housekeeper who moved from the U.S. The first cleaning was scheduled for that same week. I liked that we did not have to wait long. I was very pleased. The house smelled clean, not chemical, the wood floors shone, and the many wood blinds were dust free. The attention to detail is high. We've scheduled for a regular bi-weekly cleaning. The same two bright eyed friendly women came yesterday for the second cleaning. They changed sheets and left the house very clean. I was happy to provide a key, which Jay assures me will be kept secure at the office. I trust this company in my home and have already recommended them to others. We received a $25 discount off the 2nd and fourth cleanings. Maid Bright excels at customer service.

Jay came by about a week and a half before the job to look at the house and give me an estimate. He explained what the ladies would do as we went through the house. He was very personable and professional. We worked out a time for the first cleaning and that if after that I wanted to continue to let him know and they would put us on a regular schedule. They did a wonderful job and came when they were scheduled. The house is so clean, I feel like I could invite guests over again. We wil certainly continue on a biweekly basis.

I would recommend the company. They are incredibly professional. They are very easy to work with and communicate with. I think they do a nice job. Everything is wiped down and cleaned and taken care of. If I see something or if there is an area of the house that I want maybe a little extra attention, I can just leave a note or tell them and it gets done. I am never there when they come home and it's very nice and clean when I get back home. Their punctuality is not applicable.

Owner's customer service is great. The girls do a pretty good job cleaning. Some of them do better than others, and most of them do a pretty good job. Many of the cleaning crews don't speak or have limited English-speaking skills, but that's OK, I don't need them to keep me company, just clean my filthy house! I have not been disappointed and will continue to use them.

We have been really pleased with them. It has been a positive experience. They are dependable and the quality of their work is good. The pricing is on the expensive side, but it's comparable to the competition.

I called on Monday to schedule a cleaning before my wedding on Saturday (clearly..not much advance notice.) Regardless, Jay promptly made an in-house appointment for the next day. He did a walk-through of the house and quoted a price. We decided that his team would do an initial cleaning before deciding on a regular schedule. The team came out later THAT SAME DAY to clean the house so that it would be done before guests arrived on Friday. They were quick, yet thorough, and everything was left in top-notch shape. The house looked fabulous.

We love them. They do a standard housecleaning job. They do a pretty thorough job. We have a contract with them so we would continue to use them.

They are wonderful. They charge us according to how often they come. They charge me twice a month. I definitely recommend them. When you call them to get a contract they ask all the necessary questions, give the quote, and give us options. They work according to my convenience. Usually two people come to do the job, and they don?t take more than 2 hours. It?s usually the same people that come. I am very happy with the quality of work they do. Though they come regularly they still call me before they come to make sure am Ok with it.

They are excellent. They are very timely, professional, and very fast workers. They do a fantastic job.
