Call me back rightr away kept to their estimate and WOW. unbelievable 2 women over 4 hours did what would have taken a week to clean and it was spotless. the bath white-all mildew removed and grime, all the wood floors polished moving rugs and furniture to do so and the kitchen spotless with the frig and stove scrubbed clean--AMAZING

I gave them short notice and they delivered. The women came the next day during the window when they said they would come. I am very pleased. Another nice thing was that the women had a really good attitude, unlike some of the crews at other companies.

They have been here three times. We pay $116 if they don't clean the basement. It is an extra $20 to do the basement and we don't have them do it all the time. Their price is fair. They bring all their own stuff and take it with them when they go. It is just the usual getting used to the household stuff that you have to go through. They didn't put the garbage in the recycling bin one time; there have just been minor issues. They have been fine and they do a good job. We are happy with them and we are going to continue. One time they were several hours late but there was a mix up. That was only the second time we used them but they were right on time the first and third time.

I gave them a try because they had such good reviews on Angie's List and because their estimate for cleaning was lower than others who were similarly highly rated. The owner came to my home at the appointed time, explained in detail what they did, how they clean and what is included in their regular schedule. He gave me a written estimate, too. I scheduled the cleaning service after that and call them every two weeks. The teams they send (not always the same 2 ladies) are very efficient, polite, and neat. They don't pause for an instant -- they just clean everything without barely taking time to talk. They bring all the cleaning supplies and their own vacuum. They leave everything shiny. If I have special requests (like wipe fingerprints off window sills) they do them cheerfully and thoroughly. When they leave everything sparkles, the beds are made and pillows neatly arranged, the towels are folded nicely in the bathroom, and life is good.

I called and got two estimates from Maid Bright and another company. The other company acted as if I was wasting their time and couldn't guarantee a time of arrival. Maid Bright was about $100 cheaper and the estimater was so nice and really knew what he was doing. I went with Maid Bright because I got what time and price that I wanted and felt confident that the job was going to be done to my specifications.

We have been extremely happy with Maid Bright's service. We first used them when we were having houseguests around the holidays in December and decided that if they did a good job for the first cleaning, we would keep using them on a monthly basis. Jay (the company's owner) came out on short notice to give us a price estimate. He took the time to thoroughly tour the house in order to provide a price quote. He also took the time to explain exactly what services the cleaning crew would provide. Essentially, they clean pretty much everything (all surfaces, baseboards, fixtures, etc.). They also change the sheets on all beds. The only things they don't clean are windows and electronics. They also don't clean the inside of the refrigerator, freezer, or oven, but with advance notice, they will add on this service whenever you want, though for an additional fee. Jay gave us a price quote for the first cleaning (which was slightly higher than the cost of the ongoing service), as well as price quotes for both an ongoing monthly service and an ongoing bimonthly service. The cleaning crew does an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this company. As far as I can tell, the same crew comes each month (we are generally at work when they come, but we have crossed paths on our way out the door a few times). They are thorough and diligent. I particularly like that they don't "miss" anything - i.e., not only do they do all the "obvious" things like sweeping and vacuuming and cleaning the kitchen counters, they also do things like wipe down the stainless steel trash can and the tops of the washer/dryer; dust the framed pictures and knick knacks on shelves; pick up our cat's toys; etc. Also, the office staff is very responsive to emails. One month we wanted to change the date the cleaning crew came and this reschedule was easily worked out over email the same day that I made the request. Thanks Maid Bright!

I continue to use them and I got a discount from them because I am a member. Their weekly rate is $225 and I am okay with that because it is less than other people I have used for a better job. They are very professional and the office is very responsive. They have one person on the staff that comes to the house that is able to communicate in English. They are very responsive and any person needs some reminders, but they are excellent and they do good work.

Maid Bright cleaned my home for a checkout service. The prices were competitive, and the work was done very well. They were able to work with my tight schedule and budget. The house looked amazing when the work was complete. I would definitely recommend this service, and I will be using them again in the future.

I just started using them. They were very thorough. They mopped all the hardwood floors and cleaned all the appliances, but they didn’t wipe the inside of the microwave; despite that, I think they were great. They spoke English well. The initial cleaning was $135 and the subsequent cleanings would be $90. I got $25 off for the second course cleaning because I am an Angie’s List member. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future; in fact, I have scheduled for cleaning from now on, so they will be coming this week.

They are fine. I don’t have any dislikes. Overall, they are good. They are a little expensive. I would use them again in the future.

They do a good job cleaning my home. like any cleaner, the cleanings get lazier with time and it depends on who cleans your home. The first time they came I was sold. The crew did lots of nice little touches that no other company did. They left all of my blinds at a 45 degree angle and folded up my towels all fancy. The next week I could tell I had a different crew b/c it wasn't as nice as the first day. I requested the other crew and I seem to get them about 80% of the time. They have someone on hand to take customer service requests and they are always responsive. The problem is that the problem is only addressed during the next cleaning and then things return to normal. For example, we signed up for the afternoon timeslot b/c my husband works nights and sleeps during the day. They are not to come before noon. Well, they've come at 8 am, 10 am, and even after calling them out on this a few times, this last time they arrived at 11:30. I've made other cleaning requests that they add to my account and then never look at. Over all I'm satisfied and will continue to use them unless they continue to come before noon. If you are very particular then you will probably not consider them an A+ company. If you aren't then you'll love them. UPDATE: Most everything I said holds true however they have started calling me the day before they come to confirm the time. I am satisfied with their services and have changed my overall grade from a B to an A.

They are very good and are on time. Their price is good and they do an excellent job. We are consistently pleased with their service. They are flexible about scheduling and, even though we have had several different teams of cleaners out (due to the change of day/time), we have never been disappointed with their performance.

The woman who answered the phone was very polite and informed me that Jay would be getting back to me soon. Jay called me within the next hour and arranged an appointment to come out. On the day of the appointment, I was notified that Jay was running a bit behind, but that was fine as I was running behind with other appointments that I had scheduled for the same day so no harm, no foul. Once Jay arrived he explained to me how MaidBright works and the services that they offer. I showed him around the home and he took notes. Once we were finished he provided me a written estimate and a brochure for my reference. While he was there I also inquired on a move out cleaning of our current home and Jay was able to provide a price as he is familiar with the area. All in all, great service and I will be contacting MaidBright in the future for cleaning services.

They cleaned my house approx 4 times in 2 months. After the first cleaning I contacted their customer service through email and asked that more attention be paid the shower as there was mildew present along the edges of the shower, on the shower curtain, and mildew and lime deposits on the shower head. However, after several more cleanings and requests made by me via email or phone call, each time being assured that it would be taken care of, the shower looked the same as it did after the first cleaning. I was given a discount...but what I really wanted was a clean shower!

Maid Bright Inc does a good job and have reasonable prices. i will use them again in the future.

They did a wonderful job cleaning the apartment. We decided have them come back once a month because it was so nice to come home to a well-cleaned home.

The Cleaners arrived on time equipped with all the necessary cleaning supplies. I showed them what I wanted to have done and where to focus their efforts. Sure enough, when all was said and done two hours later, the house was spotless in all the areas I'd asked for. Before leaving, they asked if I was satisfied with the job. I appreciated their attention to detail and great effort. The ladies were wonderful!

I called the company and left a voicemail. My call was returned promptly. The representative was very polite and professional. The only reason I am leaving a review is to comment on the company's availability for giving estimates. My partner and I are both working professionals and cannot be present for an estimate during normal business hours. The representative told me that estimates are only done M-F between 10 a to 4 p. I find these hours to be unreasonable. I suggest that the company extend its hours for estimates to include evening and/or Saturday hours. I don't think it's reasonable to expect the customer to take time off work for an estimate. I would use this company in the future if the need arises and the hours fit my schedule.

Maidbright staff are always very nice, get right to work and do an excellent job. They move furniture to dust and clean. They are great with my animals and accommodating if my famly happens to be home during the time of the cleaning.

I called Maid Bright to get an estimate after reading review on Angie's List. An estimator came to the house and clearly explained all of the services offered and gave me an estimate for an initial cleaning and what the cost would be if we also used them bi-weekly. The first cleaning went off without a a hitch. My home looks great! Maid Bright brought all of their own supplies and got to work right away. The 2 person team split duties: one did bathrooms and the kitchen, and the other did the other rooms. Very efficient. It only took about 2-3 hours to clean all 4 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, game-room, dinning room, living room and and my office. We were very impressed and will definitely be using them bi-weekely ($119) going forward.

Great company - excellent work. On-time, fair price. Our house shined from top to bottom for the new owner!

The cleaners were on time and extremely hardworking. They did an excellent job cleaning our semi-cluttered home. English was not their first language, so there were some communication issues but nothing major. Very very diligent cleaners. Did a great job. Our complaint is with the pricing. On Angie's List, Maid Bright has a coupon that reads "$50 off cleaning for Angie's List members. $25 off second cleaning, plus $25 off fourth cleaning for returning Angie's List Customers." To me, that meant we would receive $50 off the total price of apx. $320 (79/hour x 4 hours). The management said the $50 refers to the second and fourth cleaning discounts of $25 each. I think the coupon is deliberately misleading and intended to entice prospecive first-time customers to use the service. It mars an otherwise excellent experience with the cleaning we received. It's hard to answer the question "would you use this service again." For the cleaning, definitely yes. For the management response on the coupon, no. Better customer service would have had the management say okay, you can use the coupon, but we will reword it for the future so its intent is clearer.

They do good quality of work. I am satisfied with this company.

Maid Bright is a very professional organization. They came out to my home to do an inspection and spent time discussing with me what I wanted and how they operated. I receive reminder phone calls the day before they are scheduled to come to verify service. I have never used a housekeeping service before but I had known about Maid Bright I would have. They have been to my house twice now and I signed up for bi-monthly service. They do well with both my large dog and cat. I love the little things they do, like vacuum the sofas, they line the trash bags and they make the bed. UPDATE: 9-13-2011 Having used this service now for a few months I have changed the rating. They do a good job but it is not great. During the interview Jay went on and on about how his team always puts things back exactly where they find them. This is not true. I have to constantly reorganize candles, bathroom items etc. Twice I have come home to find scented oil from a plug-in all over the floor because they put it back in the wall socket up-side down. I am currently now looking around and trying out new companies. They don't do a bad job - just not a great job.

Maid Bright has been cleaning my house each month for the past six months. I think they do an amazing job. Everyone is very professional. From the beginning, I appreciated the free estimate that explained in detail what areas would be cleaned and which cleaning products would be used. Their estimate was fair and a bit lower than other companies I have used. But their cleaning is leaps and bounds better than anyone who has ever cleaned our house. I appreciate the little touches, too, like when they fold the tissues or fold the throw blankets in different ways. They even make the ceramic stove top sparkle. I am really pleased with Maid Bright.
