Maid Bright

We are repeat Maid Bright customers. We hired Maid Bright for bi-weekly cleanings of our previous home based on their reviews and use of eco-friendly products, and had a great experience. After completing a renovation of our new home, we called Maid Bright to do a whole house post-construction clean. From getting a quote, to the day of service, Maid Bright staff have been friendly and professional, and the team did a great job cleaning our house. We are looking forward to having bi-weekly cleanings.

The cleaning crew was friendly and on time. They did a very thorough job. I’ve used other companies in the past and felt Maid Bright did a better job. I will continue using them and would definitely recommend!

We have been using Maid Bright cleaning services bi-weekly for nearly two years....we remain very pleased. The crew arrives on time, (even though they are in Virginia and we are in Bethesda) work efficiently and very professionally and leave things sparking. Excellent attention to detail - especially to kitchen and bathrooms. Cost is very reasonable.

Worked hard. Patient when lock malfunction delayed admission to apartment. Sink (Bath and kitchen) nor fully cleaned.

The crew arrived on time, well equipped and with all of the supplies needed. They worked as a team to clean the house, taking care to use the appropriate cleaning supplies in each area. I was absolutely delighted with the results and have hired them for regular house cleaning services.

We have been very happy with Maid Bright and kept them as our cleaners for many years. The personnel are good, pleasant and professional. The office staff are responsive and helpful too. I like that they remember the little things -- e.g. we don't want plastic trash can liners and they accommodate, even when it's not our regular crew. Credit card billing is simple and straightforward; prices reasonable. I don't see you you could do any better.

It always goes very well! I am most pleased with the services provided. I usually have the same two ladies come. In the beginning I used to check that certain things were remembered and they were, every time. They are friendly and get right to work. I am very happy with their work. Plus, they are nice to my dog!

This was the initial deep clean. The Maid Bright team did a great job. They were professional and friendly. They thoroughly cleaned my 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home, including baseboards and windowsills. I have hired them to come back every 2 weeks.

I hired Maid Bright to do a deep cleaning. The estimate was for 3-4 hours but it actually took about 5 hours for a four bedroom, 3 bath house (about 3,000 sq feet). The friendly crew did a very thorough job. For example, cleaned the blinds, vacuumed curtains, cleaned the woodwork, changed the sheets, vacuumed all the furniture, wiped down cabinets, emptied the trash and relined all the cans with bags, and even matched up the shoes in my closet. Really, they cleaned everything. I had purposely not cleaned several random (not obvious) places to see if they got it clean and they did in all cases. Also, they brought all their own equipment and supplies which was helpful.

The Maid Bright Team arrived on time for the move-out cleaning of my single-family, 3-finished level home, listened to my instructions and got to work. I had to leave during the cleaning, but I checked back in with the cleaners and all was going well. They Maid Bright Team did an an outstanding job cleaning out cabinets throughout the house, all appliances, the floors and even my own furniture that I was leaving for staging. The house was sparkling! Great service and I would hire them again!

It was done professionally and accurately. The women did not cut corners and completed the job on time.

I was very happy with the cleaning I received. The house smelled clean without the annoying smell of chemicals, which always gives me a headache. My house looked great...the bedsheets were changed, baseboards wiped clean, kitchen cleaned with shining stainless steel appliances plus much more. I highly recommend Maid Bright!

We were not pleased with the service that we initially received from Maid Bright. It was not as thorough of a cleaning as advertised, and parts of the house were left untouched. To the company's credit, they did send the crew back to correct their mistakes. We do hope to use them in the future, as long as the quality of the service improves.
