Maid Bright has cleaned my home for close to three years. Their cleaners have always been polite and hard-working, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for the relaxed feeling of having a clean house. I have never had the unwelcome surprise of a no-show, and their service is thorough. While they seem to be a bit rushed for the size of my home ( 2 cleaners take around 2 to 2 1/2 hours, really needs three), they work hard and when they leave the house always looks clean. My picky husband is even satisfied! Ms. Sanaz in the front office is always a delight to speak with, and very responsive to any questions or issues brought up. From my experience, Maid Bright is a reliable and pleasant way to get an important job done well.

I believe it went well. They said the deep clean could take up to 4 hours. They finished in 3 hours 10 minutes. Obviously, it wasn't perfect, because you can't deep clean a house in under 4 hours. No one can, unless you had an army. The two women that came, came on-time (actually, 30 minutes early). They worked hard and feverishly, systematically cleaning the house, working top-down. To their credit, our house was a sty, but by the time they finished, it looked like a new home. They were very communicative and after they were done, I felt I had to tip them for the job that they did so well. Again, with 3 hours, they did an exceptional job. I will definitely hire them back, with a satisfaction guarantee, you can't go wrong. Be sure to read the fine print because there are some things that they won't do, which is completely acceptable. They won't move heavy furniture, which is fine. I don't want them moving my carefully placed furniture. They won't step up on tables or chairs to get to hard to reach places. You need to provide them with a safe means to do this (ladder). Again, not perfect (especially if you're OCD like me), but very impressed for the time constraints they work in. I would absolutely recommend and I will be calling them for a return visit.

The owner came promptly to the condo and gave a realistic estimate of time charge. He described in detail and made sure our concerns were noted. I wanted let you know that his professionalism had gotten me to accept him to work on my house and condo. Will update with further details at a future date.

evi said someone would be at my house after 2pm - they arrived at 2:30. they were pleasant and very hard working. they did a splendid job cleaning my largish 3-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house. they were thorough and detail oriented. i can't wait for them to come back in 2 weeks.

The service owner likes to make a house call prior to the first service and takes great pains to explain everything in detail. It was highly appreciated. We liked the overall story and decided to give them a try. However, the service itself left a lot to be desired. The quality of work was below par. For example, the cleaners did not bother replacing the bedsheets we provided. In summary, we are used to much better cleaners and did not like the quality of this service.

The initial contact and estimate was very professional and prompt. We had all of our questions answered. The first initial deep cleaning was very good and they worked with us on the price. We decided to have monthly cleanings. The only minor comments we had were that they advertise using all natural cleaners, but when the cleaners were not strong enough, they used bleach. We also had a problem where one bathroom was not being scrubbed enough, but upon contacting maid bright they made extra effort to get everything spotless. We are very happy with the cleaning crews and plan to continue using them. We checked with several other cleaning services initially, and we definitely made the right choice!

I am so happy I've found MAID BRIGHT!!! I know they'll do an excellent job every time they clean my home. Their services are top quality.

After an initial assessment visit by the company representative, two women came to our home and each spent about two hours thoroughly cleaning as per our request. They were fast, professional, competent, punctual. They only forgot one - fairly minor- piece of the work order, and when reminded immediately offered to stay longer to finish the work.

I hired MaidBright after being disappointed with several, smaller cleaning businesses. Overall, I have been quite happy with the service and would give it an overall score of A- if possible. Although a bit more expensive than what I was paying, I feel the price difference is worth the extra sense of professionalism offered by the company. I get my house cleaned weekly, and am assigned a two hour window the day before cleaning--the cleaning crew always arrives within the window. They are also dressed professionally and their equipment/supplies are in good condition. I also appreciate that they don't use the super harsh industrial stuff (supposedly their cleansers are eco-friendly). I pay $90 per visit for my very small two bedroom home with basement. A few times, I have felt the crew rushed through my home, leaving in about an hour and after they were gone, I noticed the baseboards and some nooks were overlooked. My house is just too small miss these things. When I called the service, they offered to come out and redo the cleaning and were very responsive and apologetic. I declined and just asked that they tell the crew to make sure the spots in question were cleaned and it hasn't been a problem since. This is the fourth cleaning service I have used in the past two years and overall, I"d say it is the best I've used.

I am quite satisfied with the quality of work performed. The cleaners are pleasant, do a thorough job and the house is sparkling when they leave!

I used Maid Bright to fully clean a newly purchased home and a rental property that was between tenants at the same time. I should start by saying that I gave specific instruction to Maid Bright when I hired them that I wanted a very thorough cleaning, and was willing to pay extra for it. I hired them mainly due to the reviews here. Though the rental property cleaning was done well, the "cleaning" at my main home was an awful experience. Unfortunately, the maids that came did essentially nothing - gently slapping a wet rag here and there, spending time talking to each other, and one of them on her cell phone. (!!!) They left the house just as dirty as when they came. When I called back to report this, they sent the same 2 women back, who promptly did the same thing. After 10-15 mins of seeing them do nothing, I told them to leave. I called Maid Bright again to report this, and was very detailed in describing exactly how dirty everything still was. I ended up cleaning the house myself, with all the dirty rags to prove what a terrible job they had done. Maid Bright offered me $30 back. I explained that the maids didn't simply do a poor job - they actually cost me more time and effort than if I cleaned myself beforehand. However, the $30 was all they offered. So I essentially paid $300 so I could clean my own house. To add insult to injury, they actually charged me $30 instead of refunding $30 - so I had to call back to straighten that out. While the other cleaning crew did a good job, it doesn't excuse the treatment I received from the company after I reported what their crew did (or didn't do) to my house. I will be using a different cleaning company for both my house and rental unit from now on. Update: I received a call from Jay at Maid Bright after posting this. He apologized for the bad experience and offered a free cleaning to make up for it, as well as a gift card. Though I declined the offers, I thought it only fair to add this here.

Overall, it went well. I had two issues with the service. First, while cleaning the oven, they misplaced some dirty dishes with the clean dishes, a minor mistake. Second, they did not thoroughly clean the shower curtains. But, the rest of the work was good.

70I can't say enough how wonderful this company is! The customer service is always courteous, and they always arrive on time. I used to do all of my cleaning alone thinking that no one could get my house as clean as I could, but Maid Bright changed all of this for me. I have no idea why they would ever receive negative reviews...it is so hard to find honest companies these days who stand behind their word. They make the customer their number one priority, and I certainly feel it. Thank you Maid Bright, I appreciate it and my house does too!

I tried out Maid bright based on the high reviews for them on Angies List. I was however very disappointed with the over quality of their work. I even hung onto them for 4 months hoping that maybe i just ought to give them some time to adjust to my home and get used to the space and cleaning areas but having seen no improvements in the last 4 months I plan to discontinue their services. pros- * their customer service on the phone is extremely polite * the person who came for a free in-home estimate was courteous and good * they use eco friendly cleaning agents (for those who are particular about these things) * the cleaning crew is very punctual and always arrive within the 1 hour window of the scheduled appointment * they assign a couple of women to your house and try to ensure that the same crew arrives for each cleaning. This promise they maintained except for one unavoidable occasion. cons- * the green cleaning products DO NOT leave my house clean. The ladies are not allowed to use any abrasives including bleach unless the homeowner provides it. I have lived in my house for 3 years now and since I've started using Maid bright I have actually noticed a few spots of mildew appear in my bathroom stall and soap scum accumulation on my bathroom stall doors * dusting - it is always lacking in the areas that are covered. For example the books on my night stand are always left undisturbed and dusting is just done around them. There are also several specific areas that are consistently missed after repeated reminders these areas include a bookcase in my bedroom, decorative shelves in my living-room area and the surface of a small breakfast cabinet in my kitchen. * vacuuming - This is also done at below average level. Carpets and wood floors still have dust bunnies and debris particles leftover. * the women dont speak english very well so it is a little hard to communicate with them to indicate problem areas and suggest redos and notes for problems to avoid in the future. UPDATE(4/6/13): This was unexpected but I am pleased to note that Maid Bright management cared enough and responded within 1 day to my grievances listed in the review above and Jay himself came to see and make notes of issues with the cleaning. He came up with a two pronged approach: 1) They have offered and suggested I try a new cleaning crew. This crew will be briefed with all the notes regarding the problem areas I have had thus far with the cleanings 2) They have offered a significant discount on the next cleaning. I have agreed to giving them another try and I hope the next cleaning is up to par. I look forward to having the chance to regrade them on the quality of the cleaning based on their performance in May.

This company is simply amazing! I'll be honest that we've had a few house cleaners founds on Craig's List that were pretty good and a bit cheaper than Maid Bright, but have NEVER had my house cleaned like this! I was so impressed with the professionalism of the crew and quality of the work that I've decided to have them clean my home every 2 weeks. With 3 dogs and 2 full time working people living in the home, it's needed :-) I adore Maid Bright and plan to keep them for a very long time! Highly recommended!!

I have so many complaints, I am not sure they will all fit in this box. First, we told them we wanted the same crew every week and we get a new crew almost weekly. This means that all of the things that we want done special are either not done or done incorrectly - and it is not a very long list. Second, they come every week at a different time, even if you ask for the first spot of the day. For instance, I wanted the first spot every Monday and every Friday they call with a different time (between 2:30pm - 4:30pm or between 2:00pm - 4:00pm). If you stay at home and don't have jobs I guess this is okay, but we work. I've had multiple conversations with them about this and there is no compromise. Also, they don't work weekends. Third, they just charged me a higher rate for when I missed two weeks of cleaning due to vacation. This was not in my contract and they did not inform me they were doing this, they just charged an extra fee. I will be having my credit card company reverse it. Fourth, they sometimes forget to clean rooms. First it was the laundry room, then two of the three upstairs bathrooms. They will come back and clean what they missed but it is a pain to schedule them back with our extremely tight schedules so I ask for a discount when they forget to clean something. The cleaners themselves are okay, not great. There is frequently still hair on the floor in the bathrooms when they are done. A couple of them are fantastic but when I ask for that crew to come every week I am told I can't have them - they seem to schedule folks every morning for that day. Their prices are okay, not great. An average job for an average fee. The customer service people are very polite, but not very helpful in resolving issues. After about 6 months of dealing with them almost weekly we are done. With so many maid services out there, we don't need the hassle of constant disappointment. UPDATE: After posting this update, the service has been calling and emailing me asking me to remove this review as it "affects their rating." When I declined, they offered to REFUND my last cleaning if I would remove the rating. I use Angie's List all the time and believe that FACTUAL reviews are what I am paying for. I am offended and outraged that they would try and manipulate their rating by offering me money. I have contacted Angie's List and asked them to look into this. I have been an Angie's List member for years and have several homes across multiple states where I utilize their services. I remain committed to their service and hope others take the time to put in factual reviews of services received. MAID BRIGHT: Please quit calling and emailing me, I find it harassing. I am not changing my review.

They try to set you up with the same cleaners if you are a weekly or monthly customer. However I've had three sets of two different women each time. They were all not native English speakers, so some were easier to communicate with than others, but really not big issue with communication. It is necessary to be specific for anything unusual, like doing the windows or inside the refrigerator. I am also clear about whether I want which closets cleaned inside or not. They have always arrived in the two hour time slot they said they would. They work well without supervision, once initial instructions have been given. The overall quality can vary a bit. Some have been just outstanding. Some have been a bit sloppy, for example pushing around the books when they dust and then not straightening them up the way they were. However overall I would rate the quality as excellent. The job the last pair did cleaning the stove was amazing!

Maid Bright has been coming to our home for quite some time now.We have a bi-weekly cleaning service with them and they are incredible. My home is spotless and looks great every time they come. At one point in my life, I could keep up with the cleaning, however, after marriage, kids and a full-time job I can no longer balance life and keep my home as clean as I would like. The Maid Bright office staff, cleaning crew, and managers are all very responsive, polite, and do their best in trying to make their customers happy. I highly recommend them because calling Maid Bright is a great investment in your time!

The first time they came they charged me per hour and were here for almost four hours. When their rate was fixed, they were done in two hours. They cleaned the same house, same thing and they did it half the time so I let them have it. They didn't really clean that well with the last and now they clean much better. They came through and they do a much better job. We had the same crew all the time. It was much better. They are very easy to get and talk to. The girls are good. They do a nice job. They do what you expect. The house looks clean when they are done. They were responsive when you complained. Their price were competitive with everybody else.

Overall it was a good experience, a few things went awry but they offered to do everything they could to make it right. Please note this is a revised review from the earlier one in which we gave this company a C. On further review, their work was good, so I upgraded them to a B. Thanks.

I had an issue recently where the cleaning crew used too much bleach when they were cleaning. The owner, Jay, came by to talk with me, and was very apologetic. I appreciated his concern for customer service and his desire to repair his company's relationship with me.

Maid Bright comes to my home every week on Wednesdays for regular cleaning service. I have two small children under the age of five and also a dog, so it can get really dirty at times. With the snow storm occurring last Wednesday, we had to reschedule our cleaning for that week. The office staff was very prompt in letting us know of the cancellation and also with the rescheduling of the cleaning. We were so glad and grateful that they could come on Saturday and not have to wait another week! I appreciate their professionalism and diligence in taking care of any issues.
