The two women that provided cleaning services were friendly, hardworking, and detail-oriented. We appreciated their hard work.

The cleaners showed up on time, cleaned the place well, and left-- pretty straight forward. The company initially billed me incorrectly, but when I addressed it they immediately corrected the issue. I paid by pay-pal, so it was easy. This company was easy to work with, the workers that showed up did a good job and had a great attitude. I got a full deposit back.

The service is good, professional. One team appears to be more at tentative to detail than a second team who has cleaned the house but the work of all the service professionals is very good.

We recently had to contact Maid Bright about an extra cleaning service that we needed prior to our family coming from out of town. We are always thrilled with Maid Bright cleaners and this extra service was no exception! The ladies are very thorough and friendly and after many visits, I am more than satisfied. I also appreciate their management as far as scheduling appointments. They always email us beforehand to let us know the window of time they will show up. Our place looked great for our company and even they noticed how fresh our house was!

We hired Maid Bright to do a move-in cleaning before we moved into our new house. Ahmet came to our house a week before the cleaning to walk through the house, talk about what we wanted in each room, describe the services Maid Bright provides, and give me information on the products they use. He also gave me an estimate of the cost of cleaning, based on the number of hours he expected the cleaning to take. On the day of the cleaning, the women arrived right on time. They tackled the house right away - we were impressed with how quickly they moved while also being incredibly thorough. They dusted everywhere, cleaned our floors, cleaned appliances, scrubbed the tile and grout in the bathrooms and basement, wiped out cabinets, and cleaned the insides of the windows. They used eco-friendly products that would be safe for our dog, but we also left some Tilex for the bathroom so they could really scrub at the tiles and grout. All in all, this was a great experience and we definitely recommend Maid Bright. We will definitely use them for other cleaning needs in the future!

Two updates to my previous review? 1. The dollar amount was put in by mistake, It's $460, not $660. 2. After speaking to their management, they agreed to adjust 2 hours of service. Apparently their management is fairly responsive to customer satisfaction. To that point I would say this is a good team to count on. 3. Maybe it was just that particular crew was not performing up to the standard. I will have another move-out cleaning to be seen in the next week or so, will update after that.

We have been using Maid Bright for over an year and are extremely satisfied with their service. They are always on time and do an excellent job of cleaning. We have 3 long hair cats - so their job is not easy! Their coordinators are extremely responsive both by phone and email. We did a move out cleaning with them recently on a Saturday. We needed to be in touch with the team before they arrived and called the central number. It was a pleasant surprise to get a coordinator instead of voice mail on a Saturday. Our issue was, of course, resolved promptly. One final note: We had to reschedule some of the visits because of out of town visitors and trips. Everytime Sanaz (one of the coordinators) was extremely helpful in quickly arranging an alternative time. We give them our highest recommendation.

I have had this service for three years. The office staff is the most responsive of any cleaning service I have ever had. They work with my schedule, my needs and don't make it feel like I am every asking above and beyond. I always get responses back on emails - and almost immediately with a thank you or a you are welcome thrown in each time following each communication. The team is made up of two women and at least one of them speaks English. Staff always checks to make sure things are to my satisfaction. They are thorough and if I ever find something that got missed and point it out I receive a big smile and of course they will take care of it. I have had services where everything seemed like I was asking too much. NOT with this group.They all seem happy too which tells me they like their company.

Maid bright did a great job. The only problem was that they use "eco" cleaning products, and not bleach, so they were not able to get a stain out from the bathroom. I mentioned this to them, and they came out again. This time, I provided them with bleach, and they were able to get the stain out. I was surprised that they were willing to come out again at no extra charge and fix the thing that they missed. Service was great. I would definitely use them again.

They were great! The in-person estimate was very professional - complete with iPad presentation. They arrived on time, did a great job, and charged exactly how much they said they would. Very pleased with the outcome.

My family and I recently moved into the Northern Virginia area due to our jobs. We have three children and we needed a space big enough to accommodate our family. After a long search, we finally found a home for us. It had been renovated recently, so there was quite a mess to deal with. I needed the house ready to move into by the weekend. I read about Maid Bright here on Angie's List and decided to give them a try. The office manager arranged for a representative to give us a free estimate. During this time the gentleman that came by explained all of the details and gave us pricing for a one-time, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly cleanings. He told us about the products they use-all environmentally friendly! This was a plus for us because of my kids and pets.We were sold on what we heard from the estimator and the reviews we have read. We had our initial cleaning and we were very pleased with the results. All of the cabinets, appliances and hardwood look spotless! The ladies that came did a phenomenal job and we requested to have regular service with them going forward.

I e-mailed them on a Monday, just before 5pm, hoping to schedule a cleaning for that Friday. They responded immediately and scheduled an in-home estimate for Thursday. The service manager was punctual and very professional, and he provided me with all of the information I needed. At that time it was unclear whether they would be able to fit me in for Friday, but the office called shortly after the estimate to let me know that they would be able to do it. (Yay!) The team of two women arrived towards the end of the 2-hour window I was given, which is what I anticipated, given that we were added to their schedule at the last minute. They immediately got to work and worked hard for nearly three hours. The house looked great when they left. They didn't get to absolutely everything on the checklist, and the kitchen floor only got a quick mopping, because they just ran out of time. I couldn't have asked for more.

The Maid Bright team always does a great job. They are here when they say they will be (usually at the beginning of the window given) and do a thorough job. My only issue is that they occasionally change teams who will be working at my home so I have to be here to give them instructions, but they do warn you of the change so you're not surprised. I have used other maid services, but this is the best one I've used so I've stuck with them. The girls who come our friendly and listen to your needs. I would highly recommend them!

All went well and the ladies took a house that hasn't been touched in a major way in over 30 years and did a great job. Thanks

My experience has been positive. They do a good job cleaning and show up on the agreed day.

Two cleaning crew members showed up promptly at the appointed time. They cleaned everything that I asked them to clean, and the estimate was spot-on. Great job, no complaints at all. Also, the company's estimator came out at the appointed time and did a thorough and accurate estimate of the job. Scheduling the job was easy and flexible. All good.

The crew of two arrived on time and in about two hours cleaned the apartment. They were very professional, spoke good English and dealt well with an unexpected glitch (the person at the front desk wouldn't let them in despite the instructions at the desk). This was the second time I used this company's service. The initial cleaning lasted 7 hours, was very thorough and very professional, the cleaners were pleasant and worked hard. I'm very impressed, so far.

Very professional and helpful on the phone. The crew that cleans our house is great. We tried a couple other crews which were average before this one. We continue to use the every two weeks. They come when we are away from the house and they are trust worthy.

We recently had a baby and it has been impossible trying to get our house cleaned with a newborn. We constantly have visitors and family that want to see the baby and spend time with us, so the house needs to be kept clean. Recently, with 4th of July approaching, we needed an extra cleaning to get our house ready for guests. We have our regular cleanings with Maid Bright, so we gave them a call to have the extra cleaning done and they were very accommodating. The cleaning crew did their best to work around us and the baby, which we appreciated very much! All I can say is that I have been more than happy with the level of professional service Maid Bright has provided over the years and I will continue to use them.

We live in a ~2200sf townhouse. We were looking someone to clean it every other week. We have no children and no pets, so the place does not get very dirty. Maid Bright got some of the best ratings and reviews on Angies List, so we called them. Believe it or not, we could not get any other company to come out, look at the place, and give us a written proposal for cleaning. Everyone else we called just wanted to come out and clean it once, charging by the hour, then go from there. Needless to say, most of them were giving me estimates on the phone that were higher than what Maid Bright gave by actually looking at the house. I still think the price is a tad high based on the effort required to clean it each week, but their professionalism is unparalleled and it is worth the $5 or $10 we MIGHT be able to save with someone else. We are pleased and have secured their serviced on a bi-weekly, ongoing basis.

July 12 - Maid Bright sent a different cleaning crew and it must have been their "A" team! They took an appropriate amount of time to clean the house and did a very good job. The ladies were very pleasant and professional. I will update again after they have been here a few times. July 1 - I spoke with one of the owner's of the company today. He has offered to send a different cleaning crew and a complimentary cleaning service. I will update my review if the service is improved. I have been using Maid Bright for quite a long time; however for the last 4 visits there have been problems. I had had some problems in the past but thought they had been resolved. I have communicated my concerns with the company after the last several visits. It seems as if the cleaning crew is just anxious to do my house in the shortest amount of time period. That means that many things are left undone. Today the cleaners were supposed to be at my house around 10:30 a.m.. They actually arrived at 1:50 p.m. When this has happened in the past, it seems they are even more in a hurry to move on to the next job. I called the company to find out what time they would arrive and I alerted the company that I wanted an thorough job done. She said she would talk to the crew to find out where they were and tell them to do a complete job. They were finished by 3:25 with my 3 story townhouse. I am now spending the rest of the day doing the dusting that was not done properly. The cleaners simply dust the front of shelves, etc., and leave the dust at the back. Tops of pictures and picture frames and not dusted. Forget about ever getting ceiling fans dusted. Baseboards are left uncleaned. Lamps are not dusted. I am not a fussy housekeeper and don't expect perfection. I just want a well dusted and cleaned house. I don't want to have to follow the cleaning crew around to ensure they are doing what needs to be done. I'm very disappointed as I thought this could be a long term relationship.

,de gI am reluctant to say something bad about the service this time because the previous 3 times were excellent; however,i don't want to give them an easy pass either. I can't enumerate all the omissions in their cleaning effort,but suffice it to say,whereas it took them at least 2 FULL hours in the previous three times to do an excellent job,this time they finished in about an hour and 10 min. They were called by an office person(Maria?) and spent my paying time arguing with her; the cleaning crew was visibly under stress,i.e.they were too busy to chit-chat,but finally,Maria finished talking and they resumed their work. I realized that they were told of another job after my home was finished and get it done by noon(?). To make a long story short,they started working around 08:40 A.M. I didn't mind when they would start as long as the job was done as well as the previous 3 times. Unfortunately, within 1 hour and 10 min.they told me they were done. I was upset,but i wanted my wife to check the work done before i said anything. My wife took a note book and checked all the areas that the team had taken care so efficiently before. The amount of money paid for the service is in the high side,but to not get what you contracted for is galling. I plan to continue using them(consider it(a Mulligan) ,but next time it won't happen.

I may have reviewed this company in the past but this was a new service. I have to just state how incredible it is to see a cleaning company consistently come out and do a great job. Always on time, always a great job, and a great price. We used them for routine cleanings for years but this was the first top to bottom cleaning of the home. Great company, best cleaning company in Northern Virginia.

The consultation was great. The guy explained everything, and let us explain all our preferences. The people were very professional. And very efficient. The service was great.
