Maid Bright

We have been long time clients of Maid Bright and think they are are solid and maybe better than they were when we first started with them. Obviously during Covid we had concerns about having people in the house especially since we are working from home and our son is in school...but we have figured out how to stay out of the way with all standard safety protocols. The team that comes to our house are very nice, they are sweet to our dog and the service is really great. I also love getting an advance reminder, then an additional email with the window in which the time will arrive at my home. Thank you Maid Bright!

I have used Maid Bright for the past year and the service has been amazing. It is truly a joy to come home after they have been there. I have pets and they do an exceptional job with the pet fur. Everytime I have had a scheduling issue, I have received a response within 15 minutes and it is quickly resolved. Highly recommend!!

It has been a couple years of using MaidBright so I feel I can make an accurate review! Time and time again, we are always impressed by the quality and professionalism of MaidBright. The maids have always been very respectful and organized. In addition, the front desk staff is excellent in responding to emails/calls so quickly - the communication is just impeccable. Even when we eventually move, we plan on using MaidBright in the future as we have only ever had positive experiences with this company. I have absolutely zero complaints whatsoever.

From the initial consultation visit by Ahmed who explained everything to email reminders of the scheduled service to the actual crew that came in to do the work this company is above par and show excellent professionalism at all times. The cleaning crew came promptly on time , wore booties and masks and took all precautions that is important during this COVID time. Introduction and estimation process was extremely professional and organized . Very pleasant people. Very responsive and prompt and pro-active on the phone and with texts and emails. You have to expect only approximate arrival times for this type of service. You have to expect sudden reschedulings when there are delays ahead of you. That's just the way it is. My crew observed all virus protocols. They were pleasant and hard-working and fast and organized. They don't need any supervision. They were good about my little quirks, like using my vacuums and starting with the basement bathroom so one would be available throughout their visit. If you can, reduce your clutter so they can do their best job.

I’m new to the area and was in the market for a reliable, quality cleaning service that was reasonably priced. My husband and I are busy people and don’t have time, nor do we want to spend our free time cleaning. I was looking for a company that used eco-friendly and animal safe products and a crew that cared about the details so I didn’t have to. Maid Bright checks all of these boxes and many more. These guys are the best! They were punctual, courteous and did a great job. I used them for a rental property of mine. I've been using them for over 5 years and they always do a great job.

The crew was professional, arrived on time and was responsive. It did a good job cleaning all 3 floors including oven and fridge. This is the first time I am hiring this service and I will continue using them on a biweekly routine.

The team that Maid Bright sent was amazing! They deep-cleaned my entire townhouse in less than 4 hours and did a much better job at it than I have ever managed! They showed up right at the beginning of my appointment window on the dot. The products the company used seem to be very effective but don't leave an overpowering cleaner scent, just a pleasant clean house smell. I can't say enough good things about my initial experience.
