Maid Bright

Maid bright calls the day before your schedule cleaning to give you a time frame during which they will arrive the next day, and they have always been very accommodating if I ask for an earlier or later time window. The ladies are usually early, and never late, friendly, and do a nice job. Whenever I have asked for something specific to be cleaned (for example, floor under the couch or a thorough scrub of the shower tile) they do.

Stopped using them after they raised the price of the cleaning without informing me before doing so, only noticed it when I reviewed my credit card bill. The increase came after they had to come back out to the house after a cleaning to do items that the first crew did not do like MOP THE KITCHEN FLOOR! UPDATED INFORMATION: The company did refund the the increased portion of the service after I called. Also please note that they called or emailed me 3 times to request I change my review to make it more positive

This company made an attempt to resolve an issue after it escalated to the owner who initially canceled commitments. Since that time, the issue has been resolved.

I have been using Maid Bright for some time. They are the best housekeeping service I have used. They always do a good job, and they are very thorough, careful, and trustworthy. Furthermore, I sometimes have an unpredictable work schedule, and Maid Bright has always worked with me and accommodated my schedule, whenever possible. I highly recommend them.

It went very well. From the initial emails to the visit by the manager to the cleaning itself, everyone was very polite. The two cleaners worked hard for 3-1/2 hours, tackling some difficult areas and leaving them spotless, and generally doing a deep cleaning. They checked with me on several items when they weren't sure what I wanted, and were polite and hard-working. I was so relieved to have this cleaning job done. I have hired them to clean for me regularly and I would recommend them to my friends.

Very professional and dependable service.

We used Maid Bright for the first time and had a very positive experience. It is apparent that customer satisfaction is a priority for them given prompt scheduling and how the cleaning crew frequently asked if I was happy with the work or if there was anything I felt needed more attention. The cleaning crew were extremely thorough, including the couch being vacuumed, baseboards and window sills dusted. We also appreciated the delicate manner in which they handled household items/structures. We're were somewhat hesitant and reluctant to hire a cleaning service. However, our initial visit by Maid Bright was extremely positive and we are glad we gave them a try and we have already scheduled a 2nd cleaning for next month.

These guys are great. They show up when they say that they are showing up, no problems whatsoever. The one time they broke something small, they proactively called and told me (It was something so minor that I don't remember what it was, but I remember thinking that i never would have even realized it). I've gotten biweekly cleanings for just short of two years now, so I have had almost 100 cleanings from Maid Bright. I am very satisfied and have recommended them to several friends. The cleaning ladies don't always speak English, but that is not a problem. On the rare occasion when I've been home from work, they are unfailingly polite and quiet. (I even have a very large dog, and while I could tell that one of the women was perhaps not a big-scary-dog lover, she was undeterred and still did a great job.)

Maid Bright does an outstanding job. The bathroom is spotless when they are finished; countertop, sink, and faucet are polished; mirror is cleaned; toilet is cleaned; and shower stall is scrubbed.

This is perhaps the fifth time I have used Maid Bright and I continue to be impressed by their professionalism and the quality of their cleaning work. Another plus: They use green products. Generally they are very punctual, so it was a surprise when last time they still had not arrived half an hour after their appointment time, so much so that I was concerned something had happened to the team. It might have been good if the team had sent word that they had been delayed at their earlier appointment.

I've used Maid Bright to clean my house for 4 years and have always found them reliable, thorough and pleasant. The cleaning teams do a great job (and bonus points for being kind to my children!) The office staff are responsive and organized. Very pleased. Have recommended to family and friends.

Maid Bright sends two employees to our house every month to provide cleaning services. All of the employees who have come to our house have done an excellent and professional job. We have recommend Maid Bright to friends and all of them also have been happy with the services provided.

As always, they were on time and very thorough! I've been using Maid Bright for a few years now and find them very reliable and flexible, should I need to make an adjustment (skip a room, add the basement, etc). Very happy with their services and highly recommend them!

We have used this service for over a year. We have them come in once a month because it fits our schedule. They are always prompt and very efficient. They clean every room from top to bottom. We have a large 4 bedroom townhouse with 3 baths. They always come with two women who work very hard. They bring their own equipment or will use yours if you ask. It takes around two hours. They vacuum, make the beds, scrub the bathrooms, dust everywhere, pick up any litter,empty all the trash and will perform any small task you might desire like cleaning windows etc. They are super to work with. They reschedule when asked. The house always is spectacular when they are finished.

It went very well, after a brief confusion on my part about getting into the building. They were on time and did a thorough job cleaning the apartment, down to scrubbing in the corners of the floor boards. My new tenants were very happy to move in. The job did not take more than two hours for an approximately 900 square foot apartment.

We've been using their services for a few years now--never any issues. Always on time and always conscientious of our belongings. Our house is in far better shape after they leave then when they arrive.

Maid Bright has been cleaning my home on a biweekly basis for several months now and I couldn't be happier with the service I receive. The ladies that come to my home are professional and friendly plus they do a great job. I like the fact that I have the same ladies visiting every two weeks. I initially called to make an appointment several months ago and Ahmad came out to the house to give us an estimate within a couple days of my call. He was right on time (even early) and very professional. His explanation of the company vision as well as what services were offered and what I could expect with each cleaning was quite thorough. After discussing options with my husband, we decided to go with bi weekly cleanings with Maid Bright. We opted to have the windows cleaned with the first service at an extra charge. The two ladies that came to our home were really nice and did a fantastic job cleaning. I will admit to being somewhat picky about how my home is cleaned. My husband laughs at me because dusting light bulbs and cleaning doorknobs is a regular part of my cleaning routine. These ladies took care of everything and the house not only looked, but smelled fantastic. Their products are ecofriendly and non toxic (safe for pets/kids). I was so happy with the service I called Maid Bright and requested the same team visit every other week which they had no problem accommodating. Even the staff answering phones in the office are polite and professional. If they miss your call and you have to leave a message, they return the call promptly. Additionally if a service has to be rescheduled, they are very accommodating. We are so happy to have found Maid Bright! Excellent experience - highly recommend.

I really like maid bright. The price is very reasonable. They do a very good, thorough job on the entire house. They are very professional and punctual and often work with me to change the cleaning schedule as events arise for us (guests, travel, etc.).
