It went great. Very thorough job.

It is a thorough cleaning and scheduling is easy. They send the same cleaning team each time and they are friendly, on-time and considerate.

They were great. I was very happy with their service. I've used their service on a monthly basis. I find them to be punctual and they will call me ahead of time to let me know they're coming.

They show up on time, clean the entire house, organized everything including taking the trash out. They even change the sheets on the beds if you want (we opt-ed out of that). Overall, the house is polished, clean and squared away when you get home. They are not the cheapest, but you pay for quality. I am sticking with Maid Bright for the long haul. Saving $120/year ($10/month) is not worth it.

They are wonderful and pay great attention to detail. They are able to work around our constantly changing new home and all the new furniture and boxes. They listen well to instruction when I have specific things I need done. I love coming home to a fresh smelling clean house and the patterns they make with the tissue boxes :)

They come every other week. Their services in cleaning the house are excellent. There are two people that always come together. They are two ladies and they work very hard and efficiently. We are quite pleased as far as the services go. They give you a list ahead of time of what they would do. The only things that they do not do are the usual. They do not do windows; that kind of thing, but they clean every room on the two floors of the house.

I have been using Maid Bright for almost 2 years now on a monthly basis. We have worked out a schedule so they arrive the same day once a month. You can always count on Maid Bright to arrive at the scheduled time. I have been very pleased. I love a clean house, I hate housework.I was impressed from the first visit when they came to give an estimate. Very friendly, courteous, obvious they will do what is needed to be sure the customer is happy, and that attitude has continued to be evident with the workers who arrive at your house, and the staff you communicate with by phone and email. I am very satisfied with the price, especially for a once a month service. I live alone, am very neat and organized, keep things relatively clean. But it is obvious my house has been cleaned when I walk in the door and see the freshly vacuumed carpet, clean floors in the kitchen and baths, clean sinks, tubs, showers, counters -- they always do a very nice job. They even wipe light bulbs in your lamps. I was here the first time they came in case there were any questions. Since then I leave before they arrive and don't return until they have finished. I leave their tip in an envelope on the kitchen counter. They did a very thorough job the first time they were here and have continued to do so on every visit. I have no complaints. I like that they use environmentally safe products and provide all their own supplies and equipment. I appreciate all the little things like no water spots on any of the faucets in the kitchen or baths (faucets sparkle), nice scent when I walk in the door that lasts a few days, they even fold the toilet paper in the bathroom as done in hotels. I did not know if the same crew came each time, but I did notice some differences the last time. It was a different crew, they did a very nice job, maybe even a little better than is usually done. I especially liked the creative vacuum pattern on my stairs - just looked very nice. You can pay for additional services as a one-time thing or recurring. It is easy to change a date if necessary just by calling or sending an email. I initially selected Maid Bright based on reviews on various sites. I spent some time reading all the reviews and those for other services. Maid Bright had the best reviews and ratings and I continue to see why.

We use this service twice per month. Very pleased with results so far. I requested the same cleaning crew come each time and they have. Home office is very responsive by phone or email. Price might be a little high, but company is bonded, insured, etc. Cleaning crew very courteous and they arrive on time each time.

The two ladies arrived exactly on time. Asked pertinent questions prior to begining work. Worked efficiently. Approx. 3,500 sq ft home that has large amount of decorative moulding and hardwood flooring and all was throughouly cleaned. For years, I was hesitant to have a cleaning service come to my home, as I was concerned they would not clean as thoroughly as I. I am so happy that I selected Maid Bright. They exceeded my expectations and I am happy they will be returning on a routine basis.

Very professional, calling before to confirm the cleaning date and time, accommodating of the timeframe I needed, easy to communicate and understand the maids, friendly and thorough cleaning.

I contacted Maid Bright through Angie's List and recieved a response within a few hours. Maid Bright came out the next day and provided an in home estimate for the initial cleaning and an estimate for cleaning on a monthly and bi-weekly basis. We scheduled them to come out the following week. I was very pleased they were able to accomodate us so quickly. When I came home after the cleaning, the house smelled good and clean - the wood floors were shiny and everything was dusted. The bathrooms were clean - they even changed our trash bags. I was very pleased overall with their service. We decided to have them come out on a monthly basis but may go to bi-weekly once we have children.

I've used Maid Bright for three cleanings so far, which have been very acceptable, in terms of noise level (not a lot of thumping and banging around, talking on phones), odor (no strong scent of cleaning fluids after the work was complete), and quality (efficient and complete). I have a high standard for cleanliness - much more than others, I believe - and there are a few areas I would like to be cleaner, such as in the kitchen. The outside of the stainless steel refrigerator was wiped but not the sides, e.g., and the toaster was left pretty dirty. I don't anticipate this will be an issue, though, because requests for specific jobs have been taken care of without a problem in the past. The only real problem I have is that I was told that if I have a weekly service, I will have the same team come to clean. Last week, however, a new team showed up without the company informing me, which means they were not as acquainted with the house, which makes me wonder how well they can do the job in the time allotted.

We have been using Maid Bright for about a year now. We have been very pleased with them and appreciate their service. The main office is very helpful and has always returned my call the same day if I left any questions on their answering machine. I do recommend them to my friends!

In general they do a good job. The biggest problem is that not the same people come each time to clean. So there is very little consistency. Also, it would be better if they did not leave marks on the wall going down my staircase. I live alone and only use the railing when I go up and down the stairs, so they are the only ones who would put their hands on the walls going up or down the staircase. So there are grease marks both top and bottom. I have tried to remove them, but I think only repainting will fix the problem. I am afraid to repaint as they will continue to make marks on the wall. ( And since not the same people come every week, you can't really tell who is doing it.) Also, they do not "wash" the wood floors. I think they only dry mop or vacuum them. So the floors are actually dirty -- I would prefer they be washed. (There is polyurethane on them so water will not hurt them.) Also, I think they need to be a little more gentle when they vacuum.. They have chipped paint off the woodwork, which now has to be repainted. I realize this is not a very well-written review, but just wanted to let you know some of the things that bother me. No one is perfect, but I think there is always room for improvement. Thanks for listening.

Maid Bright has been doing my housecleaning for the past year. They are outstanding in their service, always calling the day before to confirm appointments, always punctual, always professional, and very thorough in cleaning, dusting and vacuuming. Maid Bright performs in a very reliable and efficient manner during every visit. I have used other housecleaning services and Maid Bright is the very best. I very highly recommend them.

They are always very punctual. Bring all their own supplies and utilize green products as well. They do a great job and if there is something in particular, I would like them to pay attention to, they gladly do it. I especially like the team with Jhyaid. Been using Maid Bright for a few years now and been very happy with their service.

The cleaning crew is professional, punctual, and does a thorough cleaning job. The downstairs powder room contains a kitty litter box (used by 2 cats) and there is usually a low-grade smell of urine. Following the cleaning, the powder room smelled clean for several days following the cleaning. I would recommend the firm to others.

The cleaning was super in the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms. They cleaned the main floor and kitchen so well it looks better then when I first moved into this house. The basement is next but I have to straighten up a number of things just so they can get into it. Found Maid Bright on Angie's list, smartest money I have spent in a long time.

We use them for weekly cleaning. The service is ok to great depending on which crew you get. I promised my wife I would get a previous weeks crew to be the permanent one. I'm calling today to try and make that happen.

I searched Angie's List to find a house cleaning service that could do a deep cleaning of our new home before we moved in. I selected Maid Bright because the reviews consistently praised the work ethic of the cleaning crews and because Yusef, the manager, always preinspects the home of a new account. We had one problem though: we couldn't get access to the house until the day before our move and that was the day the cleaning had to be done. This put Maid Bright in the difficult situation of having to schedule a crew without knowing just how much work needed to be done. We were able to work something out however. Yusef agreed to examine our new home when we did the final walk through in the morning. And he scheduled a cleaning crew to come in the afternoon, knowing that their estimated hours might change depending on what he saw in his inspection. I was really pleased Maid Bright could accommodate us. As it turned out, the seller surprised us at settlement, saying that she had already scheduled to have a deep cleaning done when she moved out! Although we won't be needing Maid Bright this time, I feel that we have found a very professional house cleaning company and will definitely call on them next time we need cleaning services.

Two ladies came on time, and did the cleaning of the entire house very thoroughly and efficiently. We have some special requirements, including what we don't want them to dust, and which room to clean first, and they followed the instructions precisely. The cleaning work was very professional, and of good quality.

Just got home after the initial cleaning and I'm very impressed. Everything looks great! I scoped everything out with my magnifying glass -- I couldn't find one thing to criticize. That's saying a lot! I'm picky and they did a superb job. Thanks, Maid Bright! I'm looking forward to a long, satisfying relationship with you.

Yusef was extremely professional, contacting me immediately when I sent in my inquiry, and came over to the house for the consultation right then and there! We discussed what I needed, and he walked me through Maid Bright's services, how things work, etc. We set up an appointment for later in the week. I received a call the night before indicating what time they would arrive the next day. The two ladies arrived promptly and set immediately to work. The did a terrific job, and my house hasn't looked so good in years. My cleaning package came with three appliance cleanings -- I had the refrigerator, oven and microwave cleaned, and they were all gleaming! (She literally emptied out my fridge, cleaned everything, and put everything back!) Overall, it was terrific. I've already set up for them to come back every two weeks until my home sells. Definitely recommend them.

It went extremely well. I had other companies perform the same services before and I was pleasantly surprised that besides being less expensive they were much better.They did a first class job!
