Maid Bright

We've been using Maid Bright to clean our home for 5 months now and the service has been excellent each time. We have a 4 floor townhouse which is no easy task, and they send out a 2 person crew once a month, and they do a fantastic job. Good price, great quality, and customer service when scheduling, etc is quick and accommodating. Great service.

First, a service rep came out to assess our place and describe what they would do and went over all the details and asked questions. After that, I scheduled the initial cleaning appointment and they confirmed that date/time with me. Two ladies arrived a little earlier than promised, which was fine, and had gotten right to work, they were very efficient, thorough and cleaned the entire the place, above and beyond my expectations, within the 2 hour time frame that they estimated. All rooms, kitchen and baths completely spotless and wood floors were even steam mopped and carpets were pristine, as well as everything was dusted, just pleasantly surprised with how detail oriented they were. I will definitely be having Maidbright clean our place on a monthly basis and highly recommend to others. Keep up the great work!

I have had Maid Bright clean my house for close to a year now. They are very professional in the work they do. You get called before every appointment. They show up on time and do a very thorough job. I had to reschedule a few times and it was breeze to postpone appointment. This is my third maids company in the region and i am very satisfied with them.

Awesome, we've hired them as our permanent house cleaning service. Their business model includes a detailed walk through and explanation of how they approach the cleaning with systematic, sanitary methods and team approach to ensuring the home is as clean as possible. They bring all of their own supplies, unlike other services we have used in the past. They ask upfront about particular areas of concern and ensure these areas are addressed. Approaches such as using color coded cleaning products and specific assigned cleaning divisions of the staff and wiping products are never causing cross contamination between the bath cleaning and kitchen cleaning staff. This was a test in essence, to see if we wanted them coming back on a regular basis, and the level of delivering on the promise more than met our expectations.

Maid Bright provided the most professional estimate I have ever received. They came in and did a thorough evaluation of my home, took copious notes, and gave me an estimate. It took a couple weeks to get on the schedule, but when they arrived, they came with notes on my likes/dislikes and concerns and the crew was very careful. They took their time and did a great job cleaning my large, 3 story home (4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths). I am rather picky, but I was very pleased with the service and have hired them for weekly cleaning.

They became less thorough over time and scheduling was a real pain. They started going downhill in customer service too.

Excellent service. Two maids arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. Cleaned the windows, oven, cabinets, fridge, bathroom, and vacuumed the carpet. Very efficient and effective.

I am very happy with the responsiveness and quality of service provided by MAID BRIGHT. Two cleaners arrived early and were very professional and responsive to requests. They cleaned all blinds, countertops, sanitized bathrooms, dusted thoroughly etc? for 3 floors in the agreed upon 2 hour timeframe. I would caveat that our home is free of most clutter and just needed a deeper dusting and refreshening. It may take longer if there are obstructions. We plan on hiring again. Thanks MAID BRIGHT!

Scheduling was a breeze, cleaners were punctual and professional. We were very happy with the service and appreciated the attention to detail. Everything in our house sparkled, and I was impressed that the cleaners took the time to move and clean things instead of just cleaning around them, made a huge difference. Will definitely be using maid bright again.

I am very happy with Maid Bright. I chose them because they have a great reputation in the DC area, which is important when allowing someone access to your home. I've only had one cleaning so far, but I have to say they did a great job! There were things cleaned that I haven't even touched in months! From top to bottom, I was very pleased. I'm looking forward to spending more time doing things I enjoy and leaving the cleaning to Maid Bright. I recommend you give them a try if you need a one time cleaning or recurring. The prices are very reasonable as well.

Maidbright really cares about their customers! They not only do an excellent job that is truly professional with every attention to detail, they are also very accommodating if a schedule needs to be adjusted. I am so happy with my "team"--not only are Olivia and Anna thorough cleaners, everyone at the office (Seth and Clarissa recently) is open to taking care of the customer and ensuring a top-notch experience. One of the first things I did was tell a friend--now another Maidbright client!

Maid Bright ladies arrived within the time slot promised and performed an IMPRESSIVE deep cleaning on their first visit. They moved furniture to dust around it. They scrubbed bathrooms until they were spotless. They vacuumed and mopped. They emptied trashcans, folded towels and washed dishes. The ladies cleaned without rest for more than four hours. My husband and I were thrilled. On the second visit, the two ladies cleaned for a little over an hour. They did an adequate job, but nothing like the first visit. I chose not to continue using Maid Bright for three reasons: 1) the ladies don't speak English. I don't speak Spanish. I had to call Maid Bright to have my directions translated to the ladies. I did not want to take that step every time I wanted to communicate. 2) Something was broken on both visits. 3) The company wanted to keep my credit card on file so that it could be charged automatically. I was not comfortable with that. I wanted to be billed monthly, and this could not be accommodated.

I greeted the team, since this was the first visit. I had errands to run, so I gave them the opportunity to ask any questions, and they had none. I returned home as they were leaving. When I arrived at my unit, I was immediately impressed with how well it was cleaned. As I walked through the entire space, there was nothing I could find fault with. On the day after the appointment, the Maid Bright office called to follow up on the service provided. Since I was impressed with the thoroughness of the cleaning crew, I decided to use them as regulars. All of my contact with Maid Bright, from the initial assessment to the follow up call was very professional. I am very impressed with this firm and would recommend their services to anyone.

Professional, responsive, friendly women cleaned my place from top to bottom. I had it done on Saturday, which meant that I cannot get the same team again - each of the women leads her own team during the weekdays. Carpets, furniture (including cat condos) very nicely vacuumed. Cleaned the stainless steel sink drains in the bathrooms better than any cleaners yet. Asked for a couple scuffs to be removed at the end. Took 3 hours for 2 women. Very nicely done. I have been looking for a cleaning team since January. Felt comfortable to hire Maid Bright again. If the regular weekday teams are as good as these women, I may have found my housecleaners.

We had a good experience with them and they were on time and took great care of our home. We are very excited to see how the service continues. They were wonderful about scheduling the next service and called and emailed to get a response after the first service. Maid Bright is a very professional service.

Great, at a reasonable price. I've had several crews come out and have not been disappointed. The communication via phone and email is great. They speak English so there's no misunderstandings since cleaners sometimes don't speak English. Nice to have a headquarters for that!

The estimator met with me in advance and provided excellent information about what would be done. I was thrilled to arrive home after the first cleaning, they did an amazing job! Everything was shining! Even the little details, like folding the TP and lining up the stuffed animals on my daughter's bed were appreciated. I especially love that they use safe cleaners and the house did not have a chemical, just cleaned smell. Everything was put back as if they hadn't even been there. Best cleaners I have ever experienced (and I am extremely picky about cleaning services). Highly recommended!

After my initial call, they sent a manager to my home in order to give me an accurate estimate. Most places just give you an estimate over the phone - how accurate can that be? He explained that the first visit is charged at a slightly higher rate because they're extremely thorough. Then you are charged according to how frequently you use them, 1x week, 2x month, monthly, etc. After scheduling my first appointment, Maid Bright sent a team of two to clean my 3-level townhouse. I was called the day before with a time window. I've never had a cleaning service before, but I have signed up for twice a month - they did that great of a job! They were very thorough, started upstairs and worked their way down. Cleaned bathrooms, kitchen, my small gym area, dusted, vacuumed and mopped floors. They'll even change your bedsheets if you leave them on your bed! I had forgotten to wash my coffee pot that morning and they even cleaned that for me. I work full-time and coming home to an already cleaned house is amazing! It's one less thing on my to-do list and gives me more time to enjoy my weekends. I highly recommend their services!

We have been using Maid Bright for about two years now. All of my friends had warned me that, after you start using a cleaning service, you have to switch companies every so often because the quality is always excellent in the beginning and then it drops off. I can honestly say that, in the two years that Maid Bright's team has been coming to our home, I have not been disappointed once. I am consistently amazed by how clean they can make our house and it just keeps getting better and better. The two women who come to our home are professional, friendly, and do the most amazing job. My children love them and they are always so excited to run to their rooms on a Maid Bright day to see what kind of adorable stuffed animal arrangement has been left for them on their beds. We feel like we must have the absolute best members of the Maid Bright team coming to our house because they are beyond fantastic and we couldn't be happier.

Excellent! They do great work and are very thorough. We definitely get out monies worth when they come! We recently moved and made sure to bring them with us to our new house!

The cleaning ladies are very polite and professional. Some of them barely speak English, but that does not really create a problem. They are always smiling and kind. They do a pretty job with the cleaning (some ladies are better than others). Even though the company cannot promise the same crew everytime, you can still request the same team, and they try to match you up depending on the schedule.

The ladies did an amazing job on our house. I don't think it has ever been this clean. Our shower doors were sparkling and the baseboards were dust free. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they had also cleaned our stovetop and the inside of our toaster oven, which I wasn't expecting.We will definitely use Maid Bright again and are planning to begin receiving periodic cleanings, which seem very reasonably priced, if the quality of the service is always going to be so high. They use eco-friendly cleaning products (they bring all their own supplies and take away their trash). One of the nicer things about Maid Bright, compared to other services we contacted, was that they didn't just tell us to buy one of the Angie's List deals for a random number of cleaning hours. They scheduled an in-home consultation during which one of the reps walked around our house, asked us questions about the services we would like, gave us an hourly rate for the initial cleaning, and a flat rate for both monthly and twice-monthly cleanings. The company is also very easy to communicate with, responding quickly to emails and phone calls.

They were very professional and did a great job. I appreciated that they checked with me before they left to make sure it was to my satisfaction.
