Maid Bright

Maid Bright is an exceptional cleaning service. They are very professional - I have never had to worry about their entering and exiting my home when I am not there. They are also very careful to work around our puppy! Every Tuesday I come home from a long day at work and they've left my home sparking and organized.

My cleaning service includes dusting and vacuuming of the entire house. Kitchen and Bathrooms are completely scrubbed down. The total process takes 2 hours with 2 cleaners. I was very pleased with the service.

I changed to Maid Bright several months ago after becoming unhappy with my cleaning service and with no resolution for my complaints. I am so glad I did. I have been extremely pleased with the attention my house has received from Maid Bright. I have the same 2 cleaners every time and I find this very reassuring because I know how they work and that the work will be done well. They also provide a senior discount which is very nice for those of us who are retired with a smaller income. I highly recommend this company.

I now use Maid Bright as my cleaning company every 2 weeks. They are punctual, respond amazingly fast via phone, or by email. And the cleaning services are superior to my old company I used for the last 4 years! They show up on time within the window they give me every two weeks. And if I need to reschedule in advance due to a work trip or a personal trip, they are very accommodating!

I have used Maidbright for several years and have been extremely happy with their service. I have had the same crew chief the entire time so things are done exactly as I have requested each time. I love coming home after they have been here! I have a cat and dog and they have been great with them. Any time I have had an issue or special request they have been very responsive. I highly recommend this company.

They come in two maids per household and the general time is not more than 2 hours. I am pretty happy with them as they did not break any appliances so far and bring all their cleaning supplies except bleach for the toilets. They are careful on hardwood floors and seemed not to damage while cleaning. However, I have seen they have escaped few areas in few of the cleanings and hence I tell them during every cleaning what are my cleaning priorities zone and which ones they escaped last time. The maids change every week and not constant which is a major drawback.

When we first moved into our house, we thought we didn't need a house-cleaning service. We could just do it ourselves. After a month of working late and doing home improvement projects on the weekend, admitted to ourselves that we needed a house cleaning service. Maid Bright has been good to deal with--the initial quote process was easy, and they come like clockwork. If there's ever an issue, like rescheduling an appointment, they respond quickly to phone calls or emails. Over Christmas, we didn't have them come, and now we're noticing how much we depend on their regular service. I'd recommend to others.

Maid Bright has been cleaning our home for the last few months. They have done a great job overall. The only reason that I gave them a B rating for professionalism is that one time they cleaned the house, they broke one of our picture frames, but did not bring it to our attention. Accidents happen, I get that. I just wish someone had mentioned it to me versus me finding it after they left. Some key points to me... -I think that their price is reasonable for the size of our home. -They always show up within the designated time window. -They are polite and professional. -They do a respectable job cleaning.

I have been Maid Bright for a year and am very pleased with their services. They are always on time and professional. They try to give you the same crew each time so they get to know your home and needs. They do an excellent job and my house always is neat and clean smelling when they leave.

Generally, Maid Bright does a good job and we will continue to use this service. There are two issues that I would raise and have discussed previously with the company. 1. They seem to slot about 2.5 hours for team of two to clean our home. Sometimes the team takes some shortcuts relative to the expectations for the individual cleaning tasks as promised by the list of services that Maid Bright provides to the customer "in the what they do list." 2. The following occurred in the past. We have high end fixtures in our bathrooms that the cleaning team scratched by using abrasive cleaning pads. We know this because we have been using this service since the bathroom was refinished. We contacted Maid Bright and the manager came out, looked at the damage and refused to accept responsibility for this even though we could show cause. We kept the service because of how hard it is to "retrain" a new cleaning team for our home. Still bothers us that Maid Bright shirked their responsibility but there was a larger picture to consider here in our opinion.

ALWAYS on time, always professional and always great results! I especially appreciate how flexible they are with changes to the cleaning (either service or date)! I would HIGHLY recommend this cleaning service. Have been with them for over 2 years and plan to continue!

We've used Maid Bright for 2 different residences now (condo and row house). They do a good job, are punctual, and are consistent. We've had to reschedule a few times (due to renovations, being out of town, etc...) and they've always accommodated our requests.

We have been using Maid Bright for almost a year and have been very happy with all around. We were with another, more expensive, company previously. Maid Bright is more competitive in pricing and is easier to work with regarding scheduling preferences. We have a dedicated two-person team and they have always arrived on time, are friendly, follow any special instructions (types of cleaning products to use on marble, for example), are thorough and efficient. The few times I've had to reschedule, it has been easy to do so by phone (you need to give them 24+ hours notice, however). We are all around pleased and would recommend Maid Bright to friends.

I could not be more pleased! The in-home team is very polite and courteous and is usually very prompt to arrive within the designated service window. If they are expected to be late or early, the Maid Bright customer service team calls to confirm that I will be available and reschedule, if needed. The customer service team is excellent and are flexible in helping me to reschedule as needed.

I've used them for about 6 months every two weeks. They are quick but do a thorough job cleaning my house. They are also flexible about changing days and skipping. Communication is excellent via phone or email. They also check to make sure you are satisfied. Highly recommend and the price is right for a 3500 sq. ft house!

After several unhappy experiences with other house cleaning services, I found Maid Bright through Angie's List and have been using them for over 4 years. They accommodate my request for first appointment on servicing days. They usually have 2-3 people on a team and it takes them 1-1.5 hours to clean my 3 level townhouse with 4 bathrooms. I work from home and am there when they clean and they are so accommodating to whatever I need done, They bring their own green products but I found those were not cleaning my bathroom shower as well as I needed, so I supply the cleaner with bleach and they are happy to use it. If you are particularly happy with a crew, you can request them for all your cleanings. They are very responsive to changes in cleaning dates or if there is an issue or question. I always hear back from them within 24 hours Very happy with this company!.

I am very happy with the service I receive from Maid Bright. I have been using them for over a year on a bi-weekly basis. I look forward to the day each time they come as my home looks so pretty! The company regularly sends me the same team of two woman who do a very nice job. The ladies are friendly and professional and are always nice to my dog. Further, they are prompt and hard-working. Each week, Maid Bright notifies me of the window of time to expect them. They have always arrived on time. I have had to re-schedule my service at times and Maid Bright was always accommodating. I even had to suspend my service for a while and they were able to meet my needs then as well. I highly recommend Maid Bright.

s a fiWe have had Maid Bright for the past year. The maids come once a month, aand starting in February will come twice a month.Two maids come and clean. They start upstairs do three bedrooms and three bathrooms and come down and do the first floor, living roon, dining room, kitchen and family room and half bath. They work fast, but don't miss a thing. The hardwood floors absolutely gleam when they are finished. The front office is very good too. If there is going to be a delay they call and tell me. A gentelman came out to look at the house when I first contacted them, then he gave me the price for the service. This is a first rate company, would not deal with anyone else!

We love this service. They clean very thoroughly and consistently from week to week. I'm very fussy about my house and have fired cleaning crews in the past. So I like to think my standards are pretty high. Regardless, they vacuum, mop floors, clean all surfaces (dust or wipe), and cobwebs. Our town home is 1400 square feet and it takes them about an hour.

Their prices are really good and they give a significant discount when you use them more often than once a month. They are very accommodating when I need to change the schedule and they have NEVER been late. They send the same two cleaners every time which I love. One of their cleaners broke something but she was quick to notify me, apologize profusely and Maidbright covered the cost to replace the item. They made that process easy. While I wasn't thrilled she broke something, I know that accidents happen and it could have just as easily happened to me; what I like is the way she and the company responded.

Thank you so much for cleaning my home as I expect it to be cleaned. I love knowing that if I have an issue, someone will always look into it and make sure it is fixed. I know it is not easy putting up with my dogs, my family, and especially ME! I am a very picking person when it comes to cleaning. I expect the crews to do their job with out my guidance and supervision. I truly appreciate the time and effort the ladies put into making my house clean and amazing! I have and will continue to recommend Maid Bright!

I contacted Maid Bright back in December because I wanted someone to clean my condo on Saturdays (when I can be home). Maid Bright was the only company that returned my inquiry. I arranged to meet with Yusuf to discuss options and pricing. Yusuf was very easy to work with and the company is flexible with their scheduling. I wanted Saturday mornings between 10 and 12 and they were able to make this work. I found their communications to be very good (they send an email to day before to confirm the appointment) and their pricing is very competitive. They give discounts for repeat customers! AND they are insured, bonded and accept credit cards! The team that appeared on Saturday to clean my condo was excellent. They thoroughly cleaned all the areas I needed (kitchen, bath, carpet, etc). The condo looked and smelled awesome. I will be definitely be scheduling this company for monthly visits.

I thought their service was fine. They didn’t follow through some of the instructions that I asked them to do. They didn't return phone calls.

The Maid Bright experience was excellent from start to finish. The estimate process was seamless, an appointment time was readily accommodated around the holidays and a post-service follow up inquiry was promptly sent. The team arrived on time and did an amazing job of cleaning every nook and cranny of our home, top to bottom. The cost for the first appointment was based on an hourly rate. We are in the process of setting up a regular cleaning schedule (at a much lower rate) and would highly recommend Maid Bright to others.
