Paid 240 for two people to clean for three hours Most rooms were very clean. They missed some areas that I asked them to check including under the beds

They have cleaned twice so far and have done an excellent job. I called three top-rated companies for estimates. Maid Bright was the only one that came to the house to do the estimate (others did it by phone). Seb did an excellent job of explaining what the company does and their price was less than the other companies. His explanation and their web site were also much more explicit on how things like holidays were handled, payment options, etc. Would definitely recommend Maid Bright.

After years of cleaning the house myself I finally decided to get a cleaning service. I was nervous because I know all of the areas of the house where dust and dirt hide out and wanted to be sure that the company I picked could do a better job than me. I found Maid Bright after a recommendation from my Mom and I couldn't have been more pleased. They arrived on time, used the time efficiently and cleaned the house top to bottom in the amount of time they estimated it would take. It was sparkling when they finished. I double checked all of the areas that I was worried about and they managed to find the dust (even without the sun shining in the house that day). I look forward to having them come each month.

I have used Maid Bright for a couple years and have decided to stop using them. While they act very professionally in their sales pitch and the customer service isn't bad, the crews they send are a disaster. It is a different crew every time, and they have broken or ruined several items in my condo, including parts of bath tubs, toilets, paintings on the wall, and items on bookshelves. They don't inform you that they accidentally broke something; they simply let you discover it on your own. While Maid Bright is quick to remedy the problem by paying you for it, that isn't a sufficient remedy.

Workers usually arrive as scheduled. They move vigorously for about an hour and a half, Normally have same two ladies. Very s125.00atisfied with their efforts.

When we first moved to our new apartment, we used a cleaner found off Groupon. Both my girlfriend and I were not satisfied with the cleaning so we decided to go on Angie's List to find something better. We selected MaidBright because of their promptness of their reply and the reasonableness of the estimate. This morning was our 'initial' cleaning with them and we are both extremely satisfied. I have now scheduled them for a recurring monthly appointment. I highly recommend this company.

I was extremely pleased with the results. The ladies who cleaned our house were punctual and very professional. They followed my instructions to a T. Based boards were dusted, blinds were cleaned, house thorougly vacuumed and dusted. The kitchen and baths were sparking. They did an outstanding jobs and based on other cleaning services I have used, they far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use them again and and highly recommend them.

They do excellent work. We look forward to coming home after each cleaning. They also provide special touches, by arranging furniture (a little), arranging pillows, throws, bath towels, bedding, etc. Our house looks like a luxury hotel room when they're done. Also, when we have to cancel for any reason, they are very flexible. The supervisor often calls or sends me an email to see if we're happy with their service.

They responded to my online quote in less than an hour, were able to schedule a free in-home estimate for the next day, and were really informative and helpful during the whole process. Our house shined from top to bottom! Great company - excellent work.

Maid Bright has been a dream to work with so far. I had a previous cleaning service that constantly arrived late, left marks on my walls and always left my apartment smelling very industrial. I was tired of paying a fortune for subpar cleaning, and found Maid Bright. I have only had an initial cleaning, but have been very happy with the professionalism and the first cleaning. My place looked great and did not have the horrible smell after they left.

They are great. So far so good. They are always on time. They do a very thorough job. They are friendly.

Started out fantastic but then after a few months progressively got worse. The last cleaning they drug garbage from the basement that leaked on the tile, on our carpet and then onto our hardwood and lastly into the garage. They saw it and did an extremely poor job attempting to clean it up. They were barely cleaning my house for some time! The hardwood floors were dirty as could be after they "cleaned" and they half way dusted around things! I took multiple pictures on different cleanings and sent to them showing the poor job. The toilets were awful!! I always had to re-clean them. Finally my husband called them out and they sent someone back in the following day and they did ABSOLUTELY nothing....stains still on carpet and I could tell they did not clean the tile because I intentionally left some of the leakage stain there, however I HAD to clean the garbage leak from off the hardware and garage because of the smell and stickiness. I called to tell them how terrible the job was and told them that I no longer wanted service from them and that I wanted my money back for that service. The owner told me that he would refund the service back to my credit card....guess who STILL has not been refunded their money??!!! Note to all potential customers....be prepared to have degraded service quickly and do not expect to be refunded money that they say they will do!

Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. The two ladies showed up on-time for the cleaning appointment and were very efficient for the three hours that they worked on my home. They were very thorough on the bathrooms - which was excellent - and very good with dusting and vacuuming. There were a few spots left untouched (e.g. some ceiling fans weren't dusted) but overall, excellent work!

The overall cleaning was very good. Where there are for improvement are with their scheduling and invoicing. I was scheduled for the wrong day of cleaning, even though the correct day was written in the contract. But they took some money off of the cleaning as compensation for their error. In addition, I did not receive an invoice for the credit card charge. It would be nice if the scheduling and invoicing were automated.

The ladies did an amazing job cleaning my home and exceeded my expectations! They paid attention to every detail of the house and spent time to ensure that every part of the house was cleaned thoroughly. I was so impressed by their services that I have decided to have my house cleaned by them on a monthly basis. Maid Bright's level of customer service has also been exceptional from the time I contacted them for an estimate up until now. I believe their pricing is reasonable and well worth the cost. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their house cleaned.
