Very responsive to email. The work went well and I brought them back again.

Just hired, but after two visits I'm suitably impressed. I set up an automatic plan where they come every 4 weeks. Had my second visit yesterday. Everything ship-shape. A keeper.

Again, I'm a repeat customer and can't imagine using someone else!

They were to arrive between 8-10:00 am. They arrived at 8:15. The did a good job cleaning leaving the house with a fresh scent.

The cleaning girls were to come between 8:00 - 10:00 a.m. They arrived at 8:15. They cleaned everything we asked and did a good job. They did some things I didn't expect -- a few windows and window tracks. Everything smelled nice and fresh.

Maid Bright provides punctual, professional, and thorough service. The estimator wore a uniform and their vehicles have signage too. The two house cleaners were also in uniform, on time as planned and finished cleaning our home in the amount of time they estimated. They bring their own products and the cleaners are pleasant and unobtrusive. We have contracted them for regular monthly cleanings.

I've been using them since last October and they're just absolutely wonderful. The cleaning services I use, I use year-round. I have them come every three weeks, so they're here on an every three week basis. They're just terrific. They get in touch with me and ask me how things are going, is there anything that they're not doing right that they can improve on. And to be honest, their cost and I think they're $100 less than what I was paying a week. I was paying $230 per week and I pay $149 now to these people, and their work is better. I couldn't recommend them any more highly - that's what I told them. I'm just extremely pleased and the ladies are absolutely wonderful. I've never had any problems from being charged the right amount and I've never been overcharged or anything like that. I have the same time frame, like an hour on either direction, essentially between 12 and 4, as long as you don't come before one. They always come within the time that they should be coming, and to me that's very, very important, they come when they're supposed to come. If we're going to be out of town or anything like that, we get in touch with them and it's just absolutely no issue, and then when I come back, they get me right back on the same schedule. I would really give them A's on everything, all across the board.

This is my first time using a cleaning service (besides for move in/out purposes) so I don't have anything to compare to, but I was pleased with the quality of the cleaning. The reason why I did not give straight A's is because the cleaning staff were not aware of specific guidance for my house - such as two rooms that I am not having cleaned - and despite company policy they did not wear shoe covers in my home. They did do a thorough job though, were polite, and professional, and communicated with me as they worked through the home. I relayed the minor concerns to the office and hopefully they will not be an issue in the future. My other reason for not giving full marks is because in the initial arrangements to set up a quote I had several issues with the office staff requiring rescheduling which was frustrating and almost led me to rule out the company but ultimately I decided that was a factor that probably would not come in to play with a recurring service and I otherwise preferred the company over others I interviewed. As this was only the first service, I will try to update this review after more experience with the company.

It went very well. The ladies were timely and very professional.

We pay monthly. We really like them, we've been using them for over a year. We have indeed recommended them to family and friends.

They did a thorough job describing what they would do, walked me through the list of services and coming up with an estimate. The cleaning was exceptional. They even did more than I expected--such as taking out my recycling. I will be sure to update after subsequent service.
