This company is terrific. The estimator was efficient and clearly very experienced, coming exactly when she said she would. And the cleaning team has been wonderful. The two young women are cheerful and diligent and our house is sparkling every time. It's super easy to reschedule if I need to, and they always send me a reminder a couple of days before. I love this service!

Maid Bright did a great job cleaning our house! From the initial in-home estimate to the completion of the job, the entire process was very easy and painless. Being a first time user of these types of services, I was a little nervous at first, but they made me feel at ease and answered all of my questions. The cleaners arrived early and worked tirelessly the entire time they were at our house. I was amazed at their attention to detail and willingness to move some items around to get to the dirt you know is there but don't always see. The cleaners were also very pleasant and nice to talk to. They understood exactly what I wanted and didn't have to ask twice about what we needed cleaned. I would definitely recommend Maid Bright for a one time deep cleaning and I am seriously considering hiring them on a more frequent basis.

They have been consistently very good. The teams are punctual, efficient, and comprehensive. They've also been very responsive when I've needed to reschedule or get extra cleaning services at the last minute. They've also been really good and checking when something might be unclear, like if something should be thrown out or if I needed a bed made up.

Excellent work. Reasonable rates and top quality cleaning. Also great with our large dog. Highly recommended!

Maid Bright were very professional and easy to work with. They did an excellent job cleaning the house, were easy to communicate with over phone and email and were able to work with us on the days/time of arrival. We plan to continue having them clean our home.

The first crew did a good job but could have done better. I complained to management and the the second crew did a great job cleaning and dusting. They made beds, windows and dusted very well. Will continue to use. They also have a great discount incentive for repeat services.

Everything looked great and the over was a huge improvement from what it was. They were very through and got all the nooks and crannies. Hired them on a monthly basis.

Most of the time, the maids are pretty good, but if your crew gets changed, things can get messed up. I've noticed little things (small appliance remotes, chargers) go missing - probably just getting confused for trash? Also, random things like doors getting locked that can cause a huge hassle. All in all, it's a pretty good service, but just be prepared that things will get broken, go missing, etc. every once in a while.

The cleaners were really professional and attentive to every detail. The house was in good need for a scrub and everything was left very clean. Would recommend and will hire them again!

My first time using Maid Bright. Lovely ladies! They listened to me and one lady could speak English. I needed to communicate my house needs. They are using my cleaning items and vacuum. When they entered my house, they immediately covered their shoes with paper socks!! How great because shoes should be off or covered in the house. I do worry that they will slip on one set of my stairs that do not have carpet. The company very receptive to all my suggestions and requests. Thank u Maid Bright☺️

First time using Maid Bright. Scheduling went real well. Person who came out to explain their services and provide estimate was very professional. I thought the pricing was fair for a company of this caliber. I moved forward with the initial cleaning which was $79 per hour for two cleaners. The cleaners showed up when scheduled and got right to work. The results were satisfactory to me so I hired them to come back again at the quoted fix price. We will be using them every two weeks. In summary, if you’re looking for a professional cleaning company for a reasonable price I would recommend Maid Bright.

I’ve been using Maid Bright for about 6 months and I have been very pleased with their service. They teams do a great job of cleaning our home. The first time they cleaned a pair of expensive earrings got knocked off a night stand, totally my fault for leaving them there. They searched through the vacuum they used and found one and brought it over the very next day. I searched and searched for the second to no avail. But the next week they came, they found the earring in about the only place I didn’t look. That is service. My only minor frustration is that we have a little dog that is not stranger friendly and we have to be available when they come to be sure he gets leashed and is controlled with us at all times. So when they email the day before and give us the two hour block of time to expect them, and then change the time the next morning, and we did not see the email with the change of time because we were working, that has nearly caused an issue twice. Thankfully the team recognized my husband driving home up our street as they were driving away and they turned around and came back to do the job. Overall, Maid Bright works very hard to deliver a quality service. The teams we have had are friendly, work efficiently and thoroughly. I recommend them highly.

I really appreciated that Maid Bright sent someone over to do an estimate before setting the price. It felt more official than someone giving a quote over the phone. Also they did a great job, cleaned things I didn't even know needed cleaning!

So far they have been very punctual and done the job. We are pleased with their work and would recommend their services.
