Description of Work: Friendly, punctual, and ok cleaning. They just weren't quite as detail-oriented as I was expecting, particularly around bathroom sinks and showers. It was sufficient not to complain, but not good enough that we would bring back on regular basis.

Description of Work: Tried to coordinate with company through email to set-up an estimate time and set up a future cleaning date. Representative, Sanaz, immediately said they were unavailable to come out after 4PM or could do a Saturday. I asked if cleaning services could be provided in conjunction and was immediately told no. After calling around to a couple of other cleaners, who are just as highly rated, found them to be extremely accomodating and able to come during hours that work with working professionals. If you want a flexible service with reasonable times, do not use this company!

Description of Work: Maid bright has two workers clean our house weekly. We had a long term (over 10 years) relationship with another company, but their work deteriorated over time Maid Bright is outstanding. The team cares about the quality of their work they are careful and reliable. I am very particular, and they are consistently excellent. Whenever I have a request, I email the office and they make sure the team does as requested. Our house was under construction for a few months, and they did a great job dealing with all the mess. I could not be more pleased, and I recommend them highly.

Description of Work: Really outstanding service. It was like having luxury hotel service in my townhouse/condo! This initial price that I paid was for a deep, deep cleaning with the oven, fridge and windows included. It will be reduced to a $115 monthly fee now. I can't say enough about how professional the service is and what a great job the cleaning crew does.

Description of Work: Maid Bright sends two ladies to clean our house every two weeks. The initial visit by a sales person to make the estimate and arrange the cleaning schedule was very professional and efficient. The first cleaning visit was a bit more expensive ($210), but the subsequent visits are reasonably priced at $135 every two weeks. This is a house with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and family room. They dust, vacuum, clean the bathrooms, mop the kitchen floor and empty all the trash cans and even bring their own trash-can liner bags. They also change the bed sheets. It is possible to set up payment with a credit card for convenience. The same two ladies (Sandra and Wilma) who did the first cleaning also came back the second time, and I hope they continue to be the ones who clean our house as they are pleasant and efficient. So far, after two cleanings, I am very satisfied with the work.

Description of Work: Excellent cleaning service. First time cleaning is extremely thorough. I would say they do a bit of overkill on their first visit to explain the company and their services, like their insurance, their charges, their cleaning products, their scheduling, their phone reminder calls and more. Its a bit much. But, I understsnd that they want to have every t crossed and every i dotted. Its just that if you are a busy person, it can be time consuming so be prepared. Otherwise you can expect excellent service and, what they promise, is what you get. I am continuing to use them and am very satisfied.
