Maid Bright was extremely prompt and professional throughout the process from coming out to do the estimate to cleaning my house. They worked with me to find a convenient time. They arrived when they said they would and did a great job cleaning my entire house. A job well done and will definitely recommend them to others.

I really enjoy how they operate as a business with email reminders, expected time of arrival 24 hours in advance of service and the team follows up via email to see how the service went. Maidbright has been cleaning our house since 2012. We love our cleaning ladies; they do a consistently great job and are professional and considerate (I’m disabled and often at home when they’re cleaning). I don’t think we’ve ever had a complaint.

They are five star company when it comes to the performance and when it comes to scheduling or rescheduling. Ladies are incredible thorough and hard working but always happy and with smile walking in the house. Big plus for us is that they are using the green environmentally safe products. I have been a Maidbright customer for over five years, and I have been extremely happy with the quality of the cleaning as well as the profession tone of the front office. I have had several teams work in my home, and on very rare occasions have I had to call the office to remedy - and they are extremely responsive and caring. The cost is very competitive and the quality is consistent - you can't go wrong giving them a try!

We had to fire our previous cleaning company back in June - their service had steadily gone downhill over time. We went for about 7 months without a cleaning crew - I thought we were doing pretty well at keeping the place clean. Then my husband broke his leg and on a whim, I called in Maid Bright to help me out. We were absolutely blown away by the level of service we received. I totally did not expect it. I had always been basically disappointed with our previous service provider - they did a fine job, but never more than a totally average job. Let me just list all of the things Maid Bright did specifically that we noticed and appreciated: - Our shower is spotless. After 7 months of mediocre cleaning jobs, it was getting gross. They clearly used all the right cleaning supplies and techniques because it came out sparkling clean! - They cleaned under furniture - no dust bunnies hiding under bookcases or in corners. - They cleaned cobwebs and actually wiped down baseboards - they didn't just dust them and move the dust around. They actually used a wet cloth to clean everything - amazing! - They cleaned out my fridge - as in, they took everything out, cleaned it properly, and put everything back in. - They cleaned my oven - they took the racks out and wiped it down thoroughly. It is no longer smoking when we turn it on! - All of the light fixtures in the house were thoroughly cleaned and are sparkling. - I don't know what kind of vacuum they use, but I want one. OMG - our basement carpet is old, but since they came, it has been really nice and feels much, much cleaner. - They put liners in my trashcans - all around the house! Really amazing. I could go on and on. The job was simply excellent. We have signed up for monthly service, which is $80 more per month that we used to pay. If Maid Bright can keep up the level of service they provided in the first cleaning, then it will be well worth it!

Basically, a good job. Some spots were missed and cobwebs left hanging. Workers were most pleasant and tried to follow instructions carefully.

The two staff members were punctual, professional and did a thorough job. We are so pleased with the excellent job done that we have signed up for monthly cleanings.

This company is terrific. The estimator was efficient and clearly very experienced, coming exactly when she said she would. And the cleaning team has been wonderful. The two young women are cheerful and diligent and our house is sparkling every time. It's super easy to reschedule if I need to, and they always send me a reminder a couple of days before. I love this service!

Maid Bright did a great job cleaning our house! From the initial in-home estimate to the completion of the job, the entire process was very easy and painless. Being a first time user of these types of services, I was a little nervous at first, but they made me feel at ease and answered all of my questions. The cleaners arrived early and worked tirelessly the entire time they were at our house. I was amazed at their attention to detail and willingness to move some items around to get to the dirt you know is there but don't always see. The cleaners were also very pleasant and nice to talk to. They understood exactly what I wanted and didn't have to ask twice about what we needed cleaned. I would definitely recommend Maid Bright for a one time deep cleaning and I am seriously considering hiring them on a more frequent basis.

They have been consistently very good. The teams are punctual, efficient, and comprehensive. They've also been very responsive when I've needed to reschedule or get extra cleaning services at the last minute. They've also been really good and checking when something might be unclear, like if something should be thrown out or if I needed a bed made up.
