JP and associates was very professional, accommodating, and skillful. I was afforded the highest quality customer service and gutters were cleaned, repaired, and gutter covers installed for an affordable price. I would highly recommend for gutter service in the future.

Travis called 20 minutes prior as promised and started work quick, He explained what he was going to do and let me know there would be loud noise; which was helpful since I am working from home. At the end of service we had a pleasant conversation as if he was an old friend helping me. I would hire him again.

Travis and Nate were amazing. We hired them to clean the vents in our new (sold as-is) home, but upon opening the return, we discovered an alarming amount of black mold. Travis educated us on the topic, walked us through our options, and at our request was able to remediate the mold issue the same day. The mold was an unexpected and alarming development for us, but their professional yet light-hearted demeanor while dealing with my and my husband's questions greatly helped us in dealing with the situation. Openly communicating with us at every step along the way, they built trust and rapport with us to the point that we are bringing them back for other tasks that we were initially planning to split amongst multiple contractors. He never mentioned he was the owner, he started doing the job and until the end, he then mentioned he was the owner. Very friendly and professional at the same time. Travis was AWESOME SAUCE. He not only cleaned the vents but he also recommended that my AC unit be cleaned. Thank God I listened to him. My pipes were rusting so he cleaned them off and serviced the unit properly. He also shared his knowledge to us to let us know what will be needed in the future. I had no idea about some of this stuff until he told me. I would recommend him to all of my friends and family. OUTSTANDING JOB AND VERY FRIENDLY. Will definitely use him from now on for my vents and will use him also for my dryer vent cleaning next year.

I had the dryer vent inspected and thank goodness I did! It was not hooked up properly at all and so Mr. Parnell cleaned, repaired, and tested it. Then I asked him to do a quick check on our 2 HVAC systems. They both had mold. I'm familiar with this from our house in Florida and was not surprised to find it here too with the weather we've had (so much rain the last year or two). For a very fair price, he cleaned both systems and will be returning in a week to install a U.V. light. I was pleased that the price was comparable to what I'd paid in Florida - usually, everything costs so much more here in Northern VA. We will be using this company for some other needed tasks.

Travis, my service rep, very respectful, informative and helpful. left everything looking spotless. Came out the day that I called to inquire on the work and was able to preform work that afternoon. Really appreciate his arrival on time for the appointment doesn't happen very often. Also appreciate Alexis who was the rep that I talked with over the phone who booked the appointment she was able to answer all my questions Will recommend this company to any of my friends or neighbors needing this kind of work done.
