A company required us to have a professional come out to clean our dryer vents. A friend of mine highly recommended JP Home Services. The person that scheduled my appointment was very helpful and informative. On the day of the appointment, they arrived on time and were super professional. I have recommended them to all my neighbors. They may be open to a group discount if multiple units are booked for the same day. I do not have anyone else clean our vents.

I hired this company to come out and clean my gutters and dryer vent servicing. The lady who answered the phone(cant remember her name) was unbelievably accommodating. She was able to fit me in the same week I called! When the service guy, travis, came out he quickly got to work on the services I requested. He noticed I had shelves next to my dryer that were in boxes(my husband said he would hang them up soon, 4 years later 𠤦â â ï¸ they are still in the box). Travis said it wouldn't be any trouble to do those for me also. This company went above and beyond my expectations and requests. I will definitely have them back out for a power wash service as it gets warmer!!

I was concerned about birds possibly nesting in our dryer vent. We live on the 2nd floor of our garden style condo, and often see birds going trying to get inside the vent cover. After he cleaned out the ductwork, he confirmed that it had a screen, and that birds will not be able to make a nest. I was very pleased with the result, and would highly recommend their service! Very professional, and friendly.

The contractor was asked to clean a dryer vent from the rooftop and clean gutters. However, upon reporting for the job, the contractor was afraid to clean the dryer vent from the roof, borrowed tools, and did not clear all gutters. From an upstairs window, leaves were spotted in a gutter after the service. Finally, the contractor said that he could not provide a receipt at the time of the job because his phone was out of power and promised to send it later in the same day. I had to contact the contractor via text message several times to get a receipt.
