 + 0 moreRoseanne worked with us for over a year to help us purchase the right hot tub and furniture for our new outdoor space. She was very patient with our family as we visited the store many times to look at the different furniture and fabric options available. The hot tub delivery and installation went smoothly. The furniture arrived quickly after the order was placed and they held it for us for several weeks until our project was ready for the delivery.
Description of Work: Home Escapes provided a new hot tub and outdoor furniture for indoor and outdoor spaces.

 + -1 moreOur salesperson, Roseanne, was wonderful; she was very knowledgeable and helpful. Our hot tub was delivered in a timely manner and we love it! Be sure to wet test your tub first to make sure you like the seating and jets configuration.

 + -1 moreWe love the product and are very pleased with the customer service. The cost to us for the service and the electrician's house call was $0.
Description of Work: We purchased a hot tub from Home Escape. They have consistently provided us with excellent customer service. Anytime we have a question, someone is always there to provide us with the answer. Dave went out of his way to send his electrician out the weekend before Christmas to troubleshoot and repair what turned out to be an electrical issue done by our contractor's electrician. Dave did not even charge us for this service call.
