I would not recommend him
Description of Work: Got some basic stuff done around the house, he did an awful job on the caulking and I had recommended him to my friend and he really messed up the job over at his place.

Everything was done on time and less expensively than the original quote! We've needed some additional closet space in our small house and Ian accomplished this from design to building! Also, we had some broken flooring in the bathroom and these tiles are repaired without having to do the entire floor over. Ian had some suggestions for other tasks in general (the house was built in l920) and we will definitely have him complete these.
Description of Work: Roofing repair, bathroom tiling & built-in design for closet.
