It couldn't have gone better in a million years. Not only were the people that moved us happy and eager to move, but they were very respectful as well. After I unpacked everything, I did not find one thing that was damaged and everything was taken care of perfectly. Not to mention I have a piano and I felt so bad having them carry it up 3 flights of stairs, and they did it without breaking a sweat! Honestly, my review can't come close to how highly I recommend this company and the workers. I really wish I could share my experience with everyone else! If I felt so moved to sit down and write such a gleaming review for them, then you know they must have been doing something right. I can not only see why giant companies use them, but also the NFL uses them. They take pride in what they do and not only have made the moving experience a joy to have, but an enriching one as well. Trust me when I say this, you'll never have a better experience with any other mover out there. Trust me when I say this, I've moved A LOT! I've used so many companies and not one of them can even hold a candle to them!

Since my goods have been delivered to me in Huntsville, Al. I've gotten no corporation with the vendor to address my concerns. My persistent phone calls (when I can talk with a representative) requesting answers about my complaints, I never get a caring response. I have received promises that the matter would be attended to, but nothing happens. They got their money and I get the feeling they just want me to go away. Many of our items were broken down and all of the fitting were toss into one box and we've been scrambling to match up screws, etc. to put them together. It's a mess. The only thing put together were two bed. One box was never discovered at the time of delivery. This move is my nightmare. While the moving crews were all nice and cooperative, I cannot say the same for the vendors Eureaka/Wheaton Movers establishment. This is just the tip of the iceberg with this move, I trusted these folk to deiver as advertised, They are not as advertised, they stink.

The team was great. Two movers showed right on time - 8am - and were extremely professional. They surveyed the rooms, laid drop clothes on the floor and wrapped all the furniture. They were really knowledgeable and seemed to have a logical reason for choosing each piece or room to clear out first. I loved that there were no marks on our walls and that they easily grasped where the furniture went in the next home. Very efficient, nice and well worth the cost to hire professional movers.

They were very good, they were on time, very professional, did a good job and there was no damage to anything, it was very good, it was reasonable.

We had an excellent experience with Eureka from the quoting process to the actual move. The crew was punctual, prepared, and very professional. The leader did a superb job in executing and delegating the work and the move went like clockwork. They tagged everything for inventory and handled all our belongings with care. They protected our floors and banisters by laying down blankets and were very careful with the walls, which we appreciated since we were moving from a rental to a brand new house. There was not one piece broken or scratched and all this during an ice storm! They placed and assembled the furniture as requested, removed all the wrappings, and cleaned up after themselves. After everything was said and done, the quote was right on and we didn’t pay anything additional. We were very happy with their service and we would hire them again. They made one of the most stressful things that you can go through in life very uneventful, which is a good thing! We can see why they are the official mover of the Washington Redskins. We are actually moving again in April and we have an appointment with Megan on Tuesday for a quote. Thanks Eureka!

The representative we worked with on our estimate was professional and thorough. They guaranteed their final price to be within 10% of their estimate, which was important because many companies estimate very low and come out drastically higher. We had some issues (outside of their involvement) and briefly discussed storage options with them if needed and they were very accommodating and quoted us prices and gave us almost up to the day of the move to let them know. On the day of the move the team made it on time, in spite of having truck issues on the way. The moving team was courteous and attentive to questions or direction and they moved very quickly both loading and unloading our belongings. Nothing was broken or misplaced. The move cost was well within the estimate and I would use them again in the future.
