Elegant Kitchen and Bath

Elegant kitchen and bath was incredible to work with. My project manager Alex was a true professional and my kitchen is beautiful. I wish I had done it many years earlier.

Elegant Kitchen and Bath is among those rare few companies that truly embody excellence. Every facet of their business exceeded my expectations. I have lived in my house since 1983 and have had many experiences with contractors, but Elegant Kitchen and Bath receives my top rating. I chose all the necessary fixtures, tiles, grout, sink countertop, etc. from their well-appointed showroom. Construction was fast, detailed and ahead of schedule. Communication was outstanding as I was regularly informed of progress by phone, text, email, facetime, etc. as was necessary (and to me comfort level). Very soon (the next day?) after the initial measuring of my bathroom, I was shown a 3-D computer sketch of my bathroom, along with a detailed list of everything that would be done. I had several other contractors submit bids, but Elegant Kitchen and Bath provided me with the most comprehensive list of renovations, from plumbing to tile and wall work to electrical with the best quality, price, work timeline, and communication. I did have to provide the paint for the job, ensuring that I had exactly the color and brand I desired. The work was done in the estimated time, even considering minor unanticipated complications. Another consideration is that they stand by their workmanship for three years. Without a doubt, I would use them again and I will let my friends know of this company.

It was excellent. They worked with us in coming up with choices for designs. And then spent considerable time with us going through all the options for cabinets, shower design, bathtub design and tile design. Execution was outstanding. They took care to keep things as clean as possible. Once again, they asked for inputs on those things that were not chosen exactly at initial design. And the people they had doing the work are very competent and took the time required for an impeccable job.

This is the third time that I have used EKB and am very happy with the work that was done. They did a Bathroom remodel this time and it looks great! Alex , the Project Manager, and his crew were great!! Alex went above and beyond with a couple of things that I wanted tweaked and I certainly appreciate it. If you plan on using EKB, you will be very happy you did!

We are over the moon with the outcome of this project. This was a very large Kitchen project that included knocking walls down, moving windows, and making the Kitchen footprint 2x. I've seen plenty of jobs involving kitchen companies where you could tell the companies doing the work didn't have the skill set or knowledge to customize certain aspects of a kitchen. This was not the case with EKB. The quality is unmatched, and the Alex works were something we were actually very impressed with (Firm Fixed Price). I'd hire EKB in a second to do more work in our house. They're exceptional at what they do! We couldn't be happier with the results of our remodel, and honestly feel like we're living in a new home. I was so stressed out, being this is the first ever remodel I had done in my home. Once the demolition had started I was so worried about the dust that might cover my furniture. But the contractors had sealed off every other entrance, I was so relieved. I could go on and write a book on how happy I am with the whole service provided by this company. I’m sure they’re also glad to be done with me the amount of phone calls and emails I sent every day and night lol the excitement was real. Yes we had a few delays with couple of items witch delayed the project finish date for about 2 days. Overall happy with our new kitchen. Thank you to my PM, DESIGNER AND CONTRACTOR. will most definitely recommend to friends and family.

Courteous, efficient, follow through customer service. Sensible installation directions. would reuse and regret not knowing about this service in the past. Looks great

Great service from start to finish! An amazing design team, project manager, and an extremely professional and courteous work crew made this complete overhaul of the master bath a pleasant experience. The entire Elegant Kitchen and Bath team demonstrated genuine care and pride in their work and were very attentive to our big and small asks. We are looking forward to the next bath remodel.
