It went well, quick and to the point.

He did a good job and he's very thorough. He caught the potential source of the leak and repaired.

The work itself was fine. The communication during/afterwards was unclear and confusing. The service man was hard to follow.

It was a negative experience. It was supposed to be a $99 Big Deal to come in and inspect the roof and replace couple of shingles if necessary. Then they showed up and said the roof is too steep, so we got to charge you $300.

9/15/14: Purchased $99 Roof Maintenance package 9/18/14: Contractor Jason Reed (Creative Contruction Solutions, Inc) called to request a re-schedule due to needing to help out on another job. Agreed to 9/20/14 1 PM. 9/20/14: Contractor showed up but couldn't work due to back injury at the previous job. He will call to re-schedule. 9/30/14: Re-scheduled to 9/30/14 in the afternoon timeframe. Contractor called and left message that he has health issues with his mother and can not come. He stated to schedule another time/date. I called back and left a message that Oct 1st will be OK. 10/1/14: No show, No call. Unknown date/time: Contractor showed up and inspected roof when I was not present which was approved. He stated my roof was OK and did not need caulking/repairing. He did not see issues with my skylight, but could see the damage on the inside of the skylight area. He stated he would give an estimate for replacement of the skylight. Never heard from the contractor again.

Lousy. Company never contacted me nor does it respond to calls. Your form does not allow for no date if there was no contact to begin with. Please cancel this order asap and refund my credit card I do not want to do business with this company.

Contacted them twice (11/25/2014 and 12/5/2014) and never heard back from them. Black hole service.

I bought a "Big Deal" from Angie's List and Creative Construction Solutions never called, never contacted me and never answered nor returned my many phone calls. When I complained to Angie's List customer service, the said they would "reach out" to this company and get me scheduled. After 3 more days, Creative Const Solns never contacted Angie's List either. After reading other recent reviews, these guys either got in over their heads with this deal or they are a scam. DON'T USE THEM!!! Angie's List just gave me a refund and I am going with another...more expensive and reliable contractor.

Initially they were very responsive. They had to come out to our house 3 times. the one thing we needed fixed and expected the maintenance package to resolve (a leak), they are trying to charge a few hundred for. We have been waiting 3 weeks for a final quote to fix the leak in our roof. do not purchase the Angie's last deal and have an actual leak that you would anticipate this maintenance package to cover.

They never responded to a Roof Maintenance Package that I purchased from them.

It went fine. Overall, I was happy with them. They applied the $99 towards the extra work that I had done. They are an excellent organization with good customer feedback and response. They showed up on time and they did the work that I contracted for. The quality was high. I paid an additional $150 for the additional work and I thought it was a reasonable fee.

It went very well. The installers were pleasant and efficient. The windows look wonderful and I am thrilled with them. The company even fixed some interior trim damage caused by my dog as part of the process. I will definitely use the company again if I need further work on my house.

Bought the maintenance package. Jason R. did the inspection and left with popped-up flashing. A week later, the roof was found leak in the area supposed to be inspected and fixed. My complaint with this company is: after the issue was found, many contact efforts through emails or phone calls were made, but nobody from the company replys anymore! The phone numbers they left are just voice boxes. You will be extremely lucky if you could get anyone to answer your phone. I used to think this is a temporary contact issue, but after I read the other reviewer's post (the homeowner was left with half-done roof without any further response), I no longer expect the company will get back to me. I ended with hiring another company which addressed all my concerns within 24 hours. If you really have some specific thing to fix, find a responsible roofer. This maintenance package is more likely to have an opportunity to check if you need the whole roof replacement or some big project, which is where the money is made. Building a good reputation is more important than just taking care of those customers you could make most of money from. It is interesting that the company's rating degraded from A to B just recently.

He inspected the roof. He also noted an issue with my gutters, which he then took care of. I also asked if he could repair my rake board, and he came back at a later day to fix that too. Very thorough and attentive.

I purchased a package from Angie's List for Roof inspection and minor repairs. They were prompt on scheduling it and completing the minor repairs. He recommended getting a new roof and provided me with all the info, warranties, and cost. I told him I would think about it. In the meantime, I asked a neighbor's opinion on the color of shingles and mentioned I might be going with this company. Nice man, good price, and he was on Angie's List. The neighbor also was going to get a new roof and was going to cost him around $5000. I mentioned my roof was around $3500. So I gave him the name and number for the company. The neighbor hired them for the roof replacement. I was a bit reluctant to do this at this time since I was in a lot of physical pain. A couple of days later, my neighbor and Jason Reed show up at my door with a proposal that I could get a discount if I had my roof done the same day as my neighbor. I invited Jason in and ended up signing a contract for the work. The day the work was supposed to come changed 2 or 3 times. The day came and Jason called me the night before to tell me they would do my roof first and then the neighbor's. I was concerned because thunderstorms were in the forecast. I noticed the crew came and began working on the neighbor's roof first. They finished that roof at 5 PM so mine had to be rescheduled again to June 19, 2014. I had so many reschedules that I am not sure what day the roof was completed. I expected Jason to stop them immediately to start my roof first. That didn't happen. I became the add on customer which I was not happy about. The roof was replaced the following day....and I was ill and dealing with a lot of pain which lasted more than a month. However when I went to look at it there were some unusual patterns that resembled clouds in the front of the house. The shingles didn't match and my roof looked just like the roof on my next door neighbor's 21 year old roof. I emailed Jason, and he said he noticed that as well. They ordered the wrong color shingles, not the color on my contract. Jason said it was his fault and would change it for me, or not make me pay for the rest of the roof project. My choice. I had put half down. I opted to stay with it, if they could change the shingles to match. A few days later, I noticed a number of shingles were sticking out. Jason sent a crew to hammer them down and noticed the shingles matched better. That was the last time I saw him. A few days later I didn't see the unusual pattern anymore. Jason wanted to look at it. He called me June 28 and left a voice mail that he wanted to stop by and look at it that day. I was not home, and I returned his call after the 4th of July. I emailed and called numerous times and received no response. I finally called their home office in Herndon and left voice mail. No one has called me back. I waited for over a month to write this review giving them the benefit of the doubt that they were busy. As of Aug. 4, 2014. No one has returned my call. My last phone call from Jason was June 28. Up until then, Jason returned calls and emails. I don't know what happened. This is worrisome because Jason told me I had a 30 year warranty and there would no charges for shingles or repairs. The siding was scratched but Jason was able to clean that off. The small shell shaped birdbath in the backyard was broken when they threw the shingles down. I was told they would pay for that after I purchased a new one. I guess that won't happen now since there are no return emails or contacts from Jason Reed or their home office. I am very sorry he chose not to complete the "job" with me. Yes, the roof is replaced but looks just like the neighbor's roof that is 21 years old. What I have learned from this very unpleasant experience is don't have a job done that you hadn't planned to do. Speak to more than one contractor before making a decision, and then hope for the best. Joining Angie's List I expected top notch work from top notch companies, and most importantly dealing with honest reliable people. I would have given this company a much higher rating had they returned my calls and emails, and paid for a new birdbath. I am sorry they chose not to.

Jason was knowledgeable in helping us assess the necessary repairs to our house. He was willing to spend time listening to our concerns and offering his professional advice. I would contact this company again.

He came out to honor the deal, he couldn't do it right then so he said he would come back. I had another roofing project, to add a dormer for an A/C vent. He said no problem, he would do both jobs in a few weeks. I signed a contract and paid him $975.00 down. We made an appointment that he had to break because he was with another customer. This happened twice. I finally told him I just wanted the refund because of these delays. I no longer want him to do the work. He has cashed the check and has been unresponsive since.

We have had tons of those walk up sales that want to book the time because "someone was in the area" We had sat down for numerous sales pitches. From the moment CCS walked in Jason was different like an old friend. He was professional and took time to answer all our questions. Then helped us get exactly what we wanted for a fair price. The guy that did the final measurement called in the correct time frame and worked around our schedule. The windows arrived early but it worked out fine better than late.. The installers arrived at the early end of their time window and were great. They all spoke English and were very very polite they talked when asked and carried on a conversation when appropriate. They worked hard and finished on time. Even replaced wood and the house looks amazing. I have enjoyed my first spring in about 10 years with the weather and the windows open!! Jason came by later to make sure everything was "up to Par".. the whole crew a CCS was amazing.!!

Provider came on 6/12/2014 in the morning. But he said he could not perform the service because the roof was wet and he scheduled to come back the next Monday to start the work. Didn't show up on that day so I sent him a message asking why he didn't. He called my home number and left a message telling me to call him back. I called him back and he gave me another schedule for the following Monday or Tuesday. But he said he can't be sure about the exact time so he would call back on Friday to confirm the exact time. This time I gave him my cell number in case he could not reach me at my home number, but I didn't hear from him again.

He informed me that I would need to be home to do the work, and I wasn't able to.

Also known as Safe & Sound of Herndon, VA. Signed contract in May 2012, showed up to start working and then disappeared. Would show up for a time, then disappear for weeks or months. All sorts of execuses. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!

Christopher came down exactly at !0:00 AM and explained to me the process. A jolly good guy who likes to talk :), he went up the roof and alerted me that I have to replace a ridge vent which has been torn from the storm we had couple of months ago. He told me he will call back with another date when his workers will free up. Scheduled for next week installation and everything went flawlessly. Will certainly recommend no qualms

Very easy to speak to. Jason was very patient and explained all the work, and then told me why I need a new roof.

This was a service call for a leak in the kitchen. Jason located the source of the leak and indicted that he could simply caulk the crack in the plastic boot at no charge. Jason was already in the neighborhood on a different job just before my appointment and the caulking would not take more than a few minutes. I very much appreciated the gesture and goodwill. Jason was polite, knowledgeable and answered my questions on the longevity (2 years) of the existing roof. At my request, he measured the roof and provided a detailed estimate for a new roof. I also requested an estimate for bathroom renovation which would be better handed by the company's carpenter (to be scheduled). I would definitely consider hiring Creative Construction Solutions for the replacement and other renovation projects.

Jason responded to my request immediately and came out the first day that I chose. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and very honest. If I do have any problems with the issues that he pointed out or have need of any of his companies other services, he will be the first person I call. I will definitely recommend him and his company to everyone that I can!
